"You know it’s not possible to level up quickly in normal dungeons anymore. We need to go into the Cosmic World."
"Not only can we level up faster there, but the drop rates are also better. We can get more skills and equipment as well."
"Are you an idiot?" Kaiser rebuked him angrily.
"The regulations clearly say that we should only enter at Level 100 or above. Otherwise, we’ll just be lambs waiting to be slaughtered."
Alex immediately replied.
"Do you think I don’t know that?"
"But look at what we have now. We need to reach Rank 1 in one week, so we need to have decent combat skills."
"That’s already covered now that we have our classes. Still, it’s better to have some extra skills outside of our class."
"And the best way to get those skills is to go into the Cosmic World."
Kaiser raised an eyebrow.
"Then what’s your guild for?"
"Just go and take some skills from there."
Alex immediately became irritated.
"Tch. You think it’s that easy?"
"I also have to make some contributions before I can take skills from the guild’s collection."
Kaiser laughed.
"And you call yourself a Guild Leader’s son? That’s pitiful."
"Why, you bastard?! Do you want to die that badly?!" Alex shouted.
Kaiser quickly moved the phone away from his ear again.
"Shut your trap! You might rupture my eardrums."
His mother watched the two of them arguing through the call and simply shook her head.
"The only person who can control those two is that sweet girl, Alicia."
She sighed before leaving them to continue their argument.
Kaiser and Alex continued arguing over the phone as if they hadn’t seen each other in years.
Alex chuckled.
"It’s not like I’m going alone. I have someone from my guild helping me, so I can survive in the Cosmic World easily."
Kaiser raised an eyebrow.
"And you were talking about guild contributions until now?"
He scoffed.
Alex immediately replied.
"That Class Trial was my contribution."
"Bitch, that was something I found!"
"Yeah, and I’m your best friend, so get it through your head that you decided to sell that information to the Storming Guild because of me."
"That counts as a kind of contribution too," Alex said smugly.
Kaiser stared at him for a few seconds.
He felt like arguing with Alex would only waste his time.
Kaiser took a deep breath.
"Fine."
"You go to the Cosmic World."
"I’ll just safely level up to 100 here. Only after that will I enter the Cosmic World."
Alex nodded.
"That’s probably for the best."
"What about Alicia?" Kaiser asked.
"I don’t know."
"But I heard she’s also being allowed by her guild to enter the Cosmic World."
Kaiser nodded.
"Then we’ll probably meet there once we reach Level 100."
Alex ended the call.
Kaiser sighed and stood up.
"I guess I’ll be alone for a while."
He picked up his phone and sent Marina a message, telling her where he was going.
He had already decided on his next destination.
The Fallen Kingdom Dungeon.
It was a massive dungeon built around the ruins of an ancient city.
The entire area had been corrupted by a mysterious plague, and countless monsters wandered through the ruined streets.
The dungeon was also home to many demonic humanoids and other dangerous creatures.
It was classified as a Level 60 dungeon, making it an ideal place for Kaiser to level up quickly.
Kaiser had no intention of entering the Cosmic World until he reached Level 100.
"Level 60 should be perfect."
"I should be able to clear this place quickly with my pets."
He left his house and headed toward the dungeon.
The Fallen Kingdom Dungeon was several hours away, but Kaiser simply took a taxi.
After reaching the dungeon entrance, he went to the Association and purchased a map of the dungeon.
Kaiser unfolded the map and studied it for a moment.
"This place is quite large."
The map showed a massive ruined city divided into several districts, with countless streets, buildings, and underground areas spread throughout the dungeon.
Kaiser put the map away.
"Now, when will Marina arrive?"
He had decided to invest some resources into Marina.
After all, she was an A-Rank Alchemist, and having someone like her working with him would be useful in the future.
Fortunately, he didn’t have to wait long.
About thirty minutes later, Marina finally arrived.
"Sorry, I was late."
Kaiser simply nodded.
"It’s fine."
"Let’s go inside."
Marina nodded, and the two entered the dungeon together.
A strange feeling immediately passed through their bodies.
The dungeon’s spatial rules activated, randomly teleporting them to different locations.
When Kaiser opened his eyes again, he found himself standing on the rooftop of a large building.
He looked around.
"...It did say that we would be randomly teleported."
"But isn’t this a little too dangerous?"
He looked down.
They were standing on the roof of a four-story mansion.
The building was badly damaged, with large cracks covering its walls and parts of the roof already collapsed.
The architecture looked like an old European-style mansion that had been abandoned for centuries.
Kaiser looked around from the rooftop.
"This is definitely one of the more dangerous dungeons."
"Just look around."
"There are demons everywhere."
Several demonic creatures could be seen wandering through the streets below.
Kaiser wasn’t worried.
He snapped his fingers.
Two magic circles appeared beside him.
"Let’s upgrade both of you first."
"Then you two can go cause some trouble."
Kaiser activated his Reconstruction Talent and focused on the Blood Warlock and Steel Slime.
Golden light surrounded his body before flowing toward the two creatures.
However, a notification suddenly appeared.
[Insufficient Mana.]
Kaiser paused.
"...So Reconstruction requires a different amount of Mana depending on the target."
He thought about it for a moment.
"Last night, my skills evolved to Epic Rank, so I assumed I could reconstruct any Rare-Rank pets too."
"But it seems living beings require much more Mana."
He looked at the Blood Warlock and Steel Slime.
"I guess you’ll have to cause trouble without the upgrade for now."
