Kaiser smiled.
"And if I eventually obtain undead with completely different abilities, I can combine them with my own abilities whenever necessary."
He looked at the second effect again.
"The undead fusion function is also useful."
"If I have two undead with complementary abilities, I can temporarily combine them into a much stronger undead."
Kaiser closed the skill window.
"Genesis of Death really is useful."
He had now created three skills through his authority.
Undead Creation had given him the ability to create powerful undead.
Death Transfer had greatly increased his survivability.
Death Unity gave him another way to increase his combat power by borrowing the abilities of his undead.
Kaiser looked toward the ruined city.
"With these skills, my undead army is becoming more important than ever."
Kaiser looked at his Cosmic System.
"Now I only have two chances left."
He thought for a moment.
"What other skills can I create?"
He wanted to make his remaining creations count.
"Hmm. Is there a skill that could help me strengthen Mom and Dad?"
Kaiser thought hard about it.
He needed something that could permanently improve another person’s strength instead of simply giving them a temporary buff.
After thinking for a while, he finally came up with an idea.
"Skill Creation."
[Skill Creation has started.]
[Please specify your concept and ideas.]
Kaiser began explaining his concept.
"I want a skill that allows me to sacrifice my undead or other captured creatures to permanently increase the rank of something."
"It should be able to increase the rank of things such as classes, equipment, skills, talents, and similar abilities."
He continued.
"The sacrifice should be converted into power that can be used to empower a specific target."
"I should also be able to sacrifice a captured creature and bestow some of its characteristics or abilities onto the target."
"Basically, I want a sacrifice-based skill that can permanently empower others."
The Cosmic System began processing his concept.
[Concept received.]
[Analyzing conceptual structure...]
[Analyzing compatible authorities...]
[Evaluating sacrifice conditions...]
[Evaluating permanent enhancement properties...]
[Evaluating target compatibility...]
Kaiser waited patiently.
Several seconds later, another notification appeared.
[Genesis of Death Authority has detected a highly compatible concept.]
[Concept exceeds the standard classification parameters.]
[Additional analysis required.]
Kaiser raised an eyebrow.
"Exceeds the standard classification?"
The notifications continued appearing.
[Evaluating Plundering property...]
[Evaluating Sacrifice property...]
[Evaluating Empowerment property...]
[Combining compatible conceptual effects...]
[Creation process complete.]
Kaiser looked at the final notification.
[Skill successfully created.]
[Skill Name: Plundering Sacrifice and Empowerment]
[Rank: ???]
Kaiser blinked.
"Unknown Rank?"
He immediately opened the skill information.
[Plundering Sacrifice and Empowerment]
[Rank: ???]
[Type: Active]
[Description: A powerful sacrificial skill that allows the user to plunder power and characteristics from captured targets and use them to permanently empower a selected target.]
[Plundering Condition: The captured target must have been defeated and captured by the user. The target must also be stronger or equal to the user.]
[Plundering Effect: The user can extract suitable power, characteristics, abilities, attributes, or other compatible properties from the captured target.]
[Empowerment Effect: The plundered power can be used to permanently increase the rank or quality of one specific aspect of another target.]
[Valid Targets include: Classes, Skills, Talents, Equipment, Bloodlines, Physical Traits, and other compatible abilities.]
[Restriction: Power obtained from a sacrifice can only be used to empower one specific aspect of the selected target.]
[Restriction: The sacrificed target is permanently consumed and cannot be recovered.]
[Cooldown: 7 Days]
Kaiser slowly read through the description.
"This is powerful."
He looked at the cooldown.
"One week."
He was not surprised.
A skill capable of permanently increasing the rank of another person’s abilities could not possibly be used freely.
Kaiser continued reading.
"Most importantly, I don’t necessarily have to sacrifice one of my undead."
"If I capture a suitable monster, I can use it instead."
That would allow him to preserve his stronger undead while using captured monsters as materials for the skill.
Kaiser thought about his parents.
"If this works the way I think it does, I might be able to use it to strengthen Mom and Dad."
He could potentially improve a class, skill, talent, bloodline, or even another important aspect of their strength.
However, he did not intend to use the skill immediately.
He needed to understand exactly what it could do before risking an important sacrifice.
Kaiser closed the skill window.
"In a way, it’s similar to my Reconstruction Talent, except my Talent doesn’t require any sacrifice and can be used repeatedly."
He nodded.
"This is good. Now I have two ways to make Mom and Dad stronger while saving the uses of my Reconstruction Talent for other things."
Kaiser then sat down on the soft body of Molten Slime.
Although Molten Slime normally looked like a massive pile of molten metal, it could freely control its temperature and body composition. It could make its body soft and comfortable whenever Kaiser wanted to rest on it.
Kaiser looked toward Selene’s status screen.
"Hmm, she’s Level 51 already. Good. Keep going."
Selene was still inside the ruins with Grand Blood Warlock, hunting the monsters throughout the dungeon.
Kaiser simply lay down on Molten Slime and waited.
Whenever a monster wandered toward them, Molten Slime dealt with it easily using its Molten Spikes and other abilities.
With Molten Slime guarding him, Kaiser was able to rest without worrying about being disturbed.
As he relaxed, another thought crossed his mind.
"I wonder how Alexander and Alicia are doing in the Cosmic World."
Kaiser yawned.
"Hopefully, they’re doing well."
He closed his eyes.
Before long, Kaiser fell asleep.
After an unknown amount of time, he woke up when he heard Selene’s voice.
"Master, the boss is dead. The dungeon will close soon."
Kaiser opened his eyes and looked around.
There was an huge pile of corpses in front of him.
It was the corpses of all the monsters inside this dungeon including the mini bosses and Bosses.
Selene stood nearby.
"Master, here are the rewards I collected while clearing the dungeon."
She handed Kaiser several items.
There were more than six skill books, twelve pieces of equipment, and three different materials.
Kaiser looked through them briefly before storing everything in his inventory.
