"Yes, yes, just like that," Nina King nodded repeatedly, "No matter what, our film must be released as scheduled the day after tomorrow."

"Hurry and check it out then."

"Right, I just remembered, the guy who was in charge with me before kept advising me to go to Radiant after he heard that Radiant’s people were always reaching out to me."

"Who is it?"

"It’s Franklin Quinn, the one who often works with me. I don’t know if this has anything to do with him, but after he heard me say that Radiant’s benefits are really good, he’s been urging me to go, yet he never mentioned wanting to go himself."

Afterward, Quentin Archer always felt something was off about this situation.

"Go get him."

"Okay."

Franklin Quinn approached Melody Thorne’s office, nearly scared out of his wits when he saw Jared Quinn sitting at the head of the table instead of Melody Thorne. Everyone who saw Jared Quinn’s rigid features would break out in a cold sweat.

"Mr. Thorne, what can I do for you?" Franklin Quinn began, trying to stay calm.

"Is the issue with the company’s film related to you?" Melody Thorne stared at him. Though Franklin Quinn was doing his best to hide it, his anxiety was evident.

"Why are your hands shaking?"

"No, no, it’s just, seeing Mr. Quinn here, it’s making me a bit nervous," Franklin Quinn said, lowering his head.

Nina King and Melody Thorne exchanged a glance. "Quentin Archer just said he saw you tampering with our film. What do you have to say about that?"

Franklin Quinn’s face changed drastically, "No, absolutely not."

"You do know the consequences of lying, right? Let me tell you, no matter how much the person behind this paid you to do this, once it’s confirmed you did it, you won’t escape responsibility. I just calculated, if the film release is delayed, we could lose over twenty billion dollars. Are you sure you can afford not telling the truth right now?"

Nina King spoke word by word, keeping an eye on Franklin Quinn’s expression.

He was suspicious.

After hearing what Nina King said, Franklin Quinn’s face changed quicker than anything else. Because the other party promised him nine million, which as a low-level employee, is a lifetime’s salary for him, or perhaps something he might never earn in his lifetime.

"What? Still unwilling to speak? Then I’ll have to hand this matter over to Commander Chu for investigation. During this period, you cannot leave until the truth is revealed."

"Nina, it’s over twenty billion; even if we find the person behind this, considering their family as well, will he alone be able to pay it back?!"

Franklin Quinn’s face looked even worse, his legs shaking uncontrollably.

Clearly timid, yet still involved in such matters!

"Alright, but Mr. Thorne, if he confesses that someone instructed him, could we reduce his punishment?"

"If he confesses, he will be dismissed from the company, and any subsequent issues and compensations will not involve him."

Nina King and Melody Thorne spoke in unison.

Franklin Quinn’s face had changed countless times. His hands clutched together tightly, and sweat beaded on his forehead as he suddenly knelt on the office floor. "Mr. Thorne, I’ll talk, I’ll talk. It was a manager from Radiant who told me to do it."

"Was it a manager from Radiant or the general manager?" Nina King quickly questioned.
