On the other side, he replied indifferently, "You want to be abandoned? Only over my dead body. Alright, stay in the hotel well, I’ll be back later."

"Okay," Melody Thorne hung up the phone, took off her pajamas, unclasped the fasteners restraining her, and pulled out a set of pink undergarments from the wardrobe to change into.

Jared..."

His eyes were fixed for a few seconds, a shiver up his strong build, and a surge of heat filled him!

"Young Master Jared, Mrs. Quinn is out of danger and her wound hasn’t worsened. She said she wants you to come over, she has something to discuss with you!"

Jared lit a cigarette and smoked slowly. After finishing one cigar, he entered the hospital room.

"Jared, Jared," Mrs. Quinn weakly started speaking.

"Young Master Jared, as elders, we think it’s necessary to say something. Look at the chaos outside now.
