Amun continued chuckling for several seconds afterward before finally calming down slightly.
“Oh come on,” he said. “You should feel honored. Very few people get personally selected by me to become weapons of mass destruction.”
“That sentence is exactly why I don’t trusts you.”
“That hurts, Billion.”
“It should.”
I could feel his amusement clearly even through the mental connection.
Then after a brief pause his tone shifted slightly, becoming calmer than before.
“Jokes aside,” he said, “you really did return stronger.”
My eyes narrowed faintly inside the darkness of the coffin.
“What gave it away?”
“The fact that your perception reached me from inside a synchronization coffin without even trying,” he replied casually. “Before leaving, you would not have been able to sense me properly unless I allowed it.”
“And now?” I asked.
Amun remained silent for a moment. Then he chuckled softly again without replying.
I didn’t ask him anything after that.
The conversation faded naturally into silence while time passed slowly inside the coffin, the synchronization process continuing quietly as my soul settled fully back into the body I had left behind.
Hours passed that way.
Then finally I felt movement return.
First my fingers. Then my arms. Then the rest of my body.
I slowly raised my hand and pushed upward. The coffin lid slid aside with a low wooden sound before I sat up and took my first proper breath back in the Prime Universe, instinctively expecting the fresh air of home to greet me after everything that had happened.
Instead the first thing that hit me was the stale dead air of the drifting asteroid base.
Cold metal and dust.
And farther away beyond the protective barriers was the Crimson Zone. The endless crimson glow stretched across the distance like a wound carved into reality itself.
I stared at it for a second before sighing quietly to myself.
“What exactly was I expecting…”
I stepped out of the coffin fully and rolled my shoulders slightly while the stiffness in my body faded quickly under the pressure of my restored soul.
Beside me, the other two coffins opened as well. Knight climbed out first, stretching lazily before immediately looking annoyed by the surroundings.
“Yep,” Lyrate muttered, “still ugly.”
Then finally seeing us get out, Amun stood up.
Until now he had been sitting lazily near the edge of the formation watching over us, but the moment all three of us fully emerged from the coffins, he straightened slowly and looked directly toward me with obvious interest in his eyes.
“Well?” he asked immediately. “Now will you tell me whether there’s good news?”
I ignored him completely. Instead I pulled up my status screen.

Seeing my levels, laws, and attributes still in place, I felt a wave of relief wash through me.
“Finally,” I muttered quietly.
Being separated from all of this strength while inside Oriel had felt strange in a way I hadn’t expected. Not weak exactly, because I had still grown powerful there, but incomplete. Like moving around without a part of myself properly attached.
Now everything was back where it belonged. The pressure inside my body felt familiar again.
Stable, heavy and alive.
But I didn’t stop at the status screen.
I immediately shifted my awareness deeper inward and checked the Dawn Core resting at the center of my existence. The massive core remained exactly as I had left it, golden energy flowing steadily through it while the Star of Origin burned brilliantly in one corner.
Beside it the Abyssal Black Hole rotated silently. Still flaring energy slowly even while dormant. Then my awareness moved deeper again toward the Generator Core.
The moment I sensed the Null Core still spinning silently within it, I finally relaxed completely.
Everything was there. Exactly as I had left it before entering Oriel.
Amun watched me quietly for a few moments before finally speaking again.
“Well?” he asked with growing curiosity. “You’ve been checking yourself for the past minute like someone making sure all his organs are still attached.”
I looked up from the status screen slowly.
“They are,” I replied calmly.
“Yes,” Amun replied, “considering I personally acted as your guard this entire time, I would say I deserve some good news now. Don’t make me wait longer.”
I looked at him for a moment before finally speaking.
“There is good news.”
His eyes sharpened immediately.
“I received something from the treasury,” I continued. “A treasure called the Null Realm Key.”
The moment those words left my mouth Amun’s expression changed completely.
“It will allow me to enter the Null Realm.”
For the first time since I had met him, I saw genuine shock flash across his face.
“That’s…”
He actually paused mid-sentence.
“That’s…” he repeated again more quietly, “far more than I was expecting.”
I narrowed my eyes slightly. “You know about the Null Realm?”
Amun looked directly at me.
“Of course I do.”
The excitement in his eyes had completely changed now, becoming something sharper. Then he smiled slowly.
“Do you understand what this means, Billion?”
I shook my head. Amun laughed softly afterward.
“This means,” he said, “before we face Theras…”
The pressure around him began rising.
“…we are going to war.”
“War where?” Knight asked cautiously.
“The Null Realm.”
Then without waiting further, Amun lifted his head slightly and spoke directly outward.
“System,” he said calmly, “inform the Council that I have called for a meeting.”
The atmosphere shifted instantly.
“It is time,” Amun continued quietly, “the Eternals remember that I still breathe.”
The moment he finished speaking, space trembled.
No, the entire void shook.
The drifting asteroid base beneath us lurched violently while the surrounding darkness groaned like reality itself had suddenly become unstable. Essence flowing through the region went completely berserk for a brief instant, crashing wildly through the air while distant spatial fractures spread outward beyond the base.
I looked toward Amun sharply. “What the hell is happening?”
The pressure leaking from him had changed completely. It felt endless now. Almost impossible to properly comprehend.
Amun smiled faintly.
“Oh, nothing important,” he replied casually. “The real me is waking up somewhere.”
The surrounding void trembled again afterward.
“Billion,” he continued while looking directly at me, “this truly is good news.”
The excitement in his voice hadn’t faded at all.
“I will come meet you properly soon,” he said. “Until then, rank up to Saint.”
The crimson glow around him intensified further.
“After that…” Amun smiled wider, “…we will go to war in the Null Realm.”
Then suddenly his body shattered apart. Crimson particles exploded outward from where he stood before scattering into the surrounding void like burning dust, and within seconds nothing remained of him at all.
==================
Finally, we’ve reached 1000 Chapters. Honestly, it still feels unreal to me. When I started this story, I hoped one day it would come this far, but I never truly imagined we would actually reach this milestone, especially in just around 15 months.
Thank you to everyone who supported the story, followed Billion’s journey, discussed theories, pointed out mistakes, and kept reading Chapter after Chapter. Your support is the reason this story kept moving forward.
We’re now slowly entering the final phase of the story, and I’ll do my best to make sure the journey ends in a satisfying way worthy of everything built so far.
Once again, thank you all for reading my story.
Cheers!!
