The God of Death was completely dumbfounded. ’What kind of power is this? This absolutely does not belong to this world.’

It seems he really is a God of Death from another world. But he had his pride. If he were to run away now, and the others found out, they would look down on him.

He would become nothing. Although he was the weakest among the Gods, this intruder hadn’t been recognized by the fundamental rules of this world.

Therefore, he couldn’t possibly be a true God. But what was that power that could instantly kill him?

Was he truly destined to die here today? This was absolutely not what he wanted.

He refused to die.

"You bastard, I’ll kill you! How can you wield such tremendous power? If... if that power were mine..."

"...then I could definitely, absolutely conquer that God—the God I’ve longed to surpass for so long."

"What’s going on with you? Who exactly are you?! Tell me! Tell me!"

But Shin didn’t even spare him a glance. He had already concluded that this God was garbage, entirely incapable of defeating him.

He had merely grasped a tiny fraction of the rules of death, yet he dared to act so arrogant in front of him. Did he think Shin was an easy target?

Then, an idea struck him. Shin smirked wickedly at the God of Death and said, "Actually, I have a very special ability. Looking at your power, isn’t it just the basic rule of death?"

"I know how to use that too. Do you believe that my mastery of it is even higher than yours? Although, saying it like this, you probably don’t understand, right?"

"But I have to tell you one thing: the ability you’re so proud of? I know it too. And what’s more, I’m better at it than you."

Hearing this, the God of Death burst into hysterical laughter. "Is that so? You’re truly hilarious. Although I can’t defeat you right now, the rules of this world only acknowledge one person."

"You know my ability? Stop joking around. It’s absurd. If you knew my ability, then what the hell am I?"

Looking at the manic God of Death, Shin smiled and said slowly, "Is that right?"

"Then you should take a good look at your own ability. If someone like you can be called a God..."

"...then I guess I must be the Father of Gods. Hahaha."

The God of Death couldn’t tolerate Shin’s mockery any longer, but he was still highly rational. He knew he couldn’t defeat the man in front of him.

However, he couldn’t swallow this insult either, so he declared, "Then I’ll just stand here and see exactly what you can do to me."

"I’m genuinely curious just how powerful you are, to dare boast so brazenly in front of me."

"It’s absolutely hilarious."

Shin suddenly flashed a brilliant smile and announced slowly:

"Absolute Replication: Eyes of the Heavenly God."

Instantly, ten eyes materialized on Shin’s forehead, radiating an aura of infinite eeriness.

The God of Death watched as all ten eyes snapped open, locking onto him.

A moment later, he felt a strange, foreign power sweep through his entire being.

Then, the eyes vanished.

Feeling absolutely no physical change, the God of Death began to mock him.

"I freely admit that your power is indeed greater than mine. But so what?"

"The rift to this world has already been sealed. This means you will never be able to leave this world. Do you know what that means?"

"No matter how powerful you are, you are still just a man. There will come a day when you grow old. And when that day comes, no matter how strong you were, you won’t be my match."

Shin just chuckled. This guy was truly ignorant. With his Samsara of Heavenly Life, he could theoretically resurrect himself infinitely.

But the man in front of him didn’t know that. Shin had already touched upon the fundamental rules of life—something far beyond the grasp of this petty God of Death.

He then replied, "Well, we’ll see about that when the time comes. You probably don’t realize this, but I have the power to kill you right now. Why should I wait for that day? I can just kill you right here and now."

"Furthermore, today I’m going to use your own power to defeat you. I’m going to humiliate you thoroughly, and then kill you for daring to ruin my fun."

Although Shin’s tone was calm and his expression blank, his words sent shivers down the spine of anyone listening.

"Now, witness your own Origin Magic."

Without warning, Shin pulled out an exact replica of the scythe the God of Death was holding.

Only then did the God of Death realize that everything this man had said was true. The real clown here was himself.

But he refused to accept it. He protested:

"That’s completely impossible. It must be some kind of illusion. Do you think I don’t see through it? Do you think I don’t know?"

"I know the truth. You’re far too amateurish if you think you can fool me with something this basic."

Shin didn’t argue. Instead, he spoke slowly:

"Origin Magic: Absolute Death."

"Origin Magic: Absolute Death - Super Evolution."

"Supreme Tier Magic: Elysium."

In an instant, the entire sky turned pitch black. Those ten unsettling eyes reappeared in the sky, glaring down at the God of Death.

At this point, the God of Death was seriously starting to question reality. Was he the God of Death, or was the man standing before him the true God of Death?

But none of that mattered anymore. He recognized that magic. It was a Supreme Tier magic that only High-Tier Gods of Death could master.

A Mid-Tier God of Death like himself wasn’t even qualified to learn it. Yet this man knew it, and he had evidently evolved it from his own magic.

It had to be connected to those eyes. But so what? All of this was his power.

Not his own.

A suffocating aura of death began to coil around him. In that moment, the God of Death gave up.

There was no point in resisting anymore. It was completely useless.

He was going to die here. But he was so unwilling. He refused to accept it.

Just then, a woman appeared behind the God of Death. A woman clad in heavy armor.
