This remark drew agreement from many. It wasn’t that they wanted to go against Qin Li; from their perspective, they were just stating a fact.

At that moment, Qin Li walked to the high platform at the front of the conference room and sat down. With his arrival, all the discussions below faltered and then suddenly fell silent.

Although Qin Yu and the others were jealous of Qin Li, they had to admit that his current position in the Qin Family was unmatched.

Qin Suo, seated beside Qin Li, cleared his throat and began to speak. "I’ve called everyone here on short notice today because there is a matter I wish to discuss with you and ask for your opinions."

As he spoke, Qin Suo glanced at Qin Li, who gave a slight nod.
