For Team Four, nothing crazy happened during that time.

No dangerous missions.

"What about a battery?"

"A battery?"

"Something small that can store magic and release it when needed. Basically, something that contains the magic you need to operate the camera."

Kevin’s eyes immediately lit up.

"That’s actually a good idea."

He immediately began working on it.

Melissa liked the idea too.

Though for a completely different reason.

"So we sell the camera itself, then sell the paper and batteries separately. Meaning customers have to keep buying them whenever they run out."

Her eyes began sparkling.

"Oh my god, Qasim. That’s genius!"

"Uhhh..."

Qasim scratched his cheek.

"That’s not really what I was thinking about, but... yeah, sure, I guess."

Unlike the camera itself, the battery didn’t take nearly as long.

After only eight days, Kevin had his first design.

The design was based on an artifact that Melissa’s mother sold in her shop.

It produced a weak form of electric magic.

Normally, it was considered useless for battle.

But for the camera?

It was perfect.

The problem of producing light was solved as well.

They added a small mirror-like artifact that could generate light on its own.

It wasn’t perfect.

But it worked.

And after almost seventy days since the three of them first discussed the project...

A real, functioning camera.

Unfortunately, Qasim wouldn’t get to see it being sold.

Because just as they were preparing to take the next step, new mission arrived.

While Kevin was outside, Valen had gathered the rest of Team Four together.

Qasim sat with the others, waiting to hear what their next mission would be.

Valen looked at them.

"Boys and girls, I want you to get ready for~~~~"

"For a trip to the Goblin World."
