Only I Can Use Every Power System

Zyra spoke with a trembling voice, unable to believe what she was seeing.

"Cirix..."

In front of them was Cirix’s head, staring at them with bloody holes in place of her eyes.

Then a long, rectangular shape peeked from behind it.

It felt like the monster was intentionally making fun of them.

"YOU FUCKING BASTARD!" Zyra launched forward in her anger.

The monster barely dodged her fast attack and started running while Zyra followed it.

"Fuck, no! Stop!" Valen tried to stop her, but she was already gone.

The goblins also were going after her, but a sharp order from Aluna stopped them.

"B-But, Lady Aluna, the monster who killed our friends is right here!"

"We don’t know how many of them are hiding. Zyra is strong and can fight. Even if she finds herself in danger, she can escape. But you? Just one of these things can wipe you all out, so calm down. I don’t need dead followers."

The goblins were silent after that, although they were visibly angry.

"What do you think we should do, Aluna?" Valen asked.

"Like you said before, our top priority is escaping. But since we are facing the monsters, then I think it’s better to kill them before they can escape too and become a threat to this kingdom and ours."

In that moment, though, there was a voice coming from behind them, so the group turned around. But in doing so, they didn’t realize that another monster was running beside them.

The monster grabbed one of the elves and returned to the dark tunnel.

"No, Vom!" Selena instantly ran after the monster.

"Get back here, Selena!"

Seeing that her own follower didn’t obey her, the goblins decided to run after Zyra.

The whole group was in chaos now. Their numbers were reduced to half and were divided by the monsters.

Aluna looked at Valen, and he understood her.

"Come on, my team. We are going after the goblins. If we are already split by the monsters, at least we should stick together as much as possible."

The elves went after Selena and the other elf, while Valen and his team went after the goblins.

Well, that was the plan, but Valen soon found out that the tunnels in this chamber were getting more and more complicated.

Suddenly, something fell from the ceiling at them.

Both Valen and Levia fell to the ground, and each had a monster on top of them, trying to kill them.

Yasmin and Qasim quickly attacked to help, while Doran noticed another two monsters rising from the ground beneath him.

He realized that the other two who attacked Valen and Levia were a distraction, and their real target was him.

While the two monsters carved their claws into Doran, the lower half of his body emitted a blue light.

"Your mistake is thinking that you can take me with just two of you."

Then he blasted the monsters before jumping away from them.

But in the next second, he felt an insane pain in his leg. He looked down to find some nasty purple-looking roots growing into his legs.

"Tsk." Doran clicked his tongue, but he focused on the monsters in front of him and blasted them again and again.

They tried to escape, but Doran couldn’t stop them and fell to the ground.

"Doran!"

Valen left the others to fight the two monsters that attacked him and Levia, and he rushed toward Doran.

His eyes turned white, and he began to make changes to Doran’s legs.

The roots that were growing rapidly suddenly stopped growing, but they remained inside Doran’s legs.

"That’s all that I can do..."

He turned to the others and ordered,

"We need to catch one alive. I need to analyze it!"

As if the two monsters understood what he said, they tried to flee.

Fortunately, Yasmin managed to catch one of them quickly, but the other managed to escape.

"That’s enough. Help me pin him down."

The three of them pinned down the living monster while Valen’s eyes turned white.

"This... fuck, that’s not good."

His eyes turned back to normal.

"This thing infects living things and... turns them into a copy of itself..."

He turned to Yasmin.

"I don’t know how to stop it, but since it’s related to dead and living matter, there’s a high chance that life energy might help."

Yasmin nodded calmly, and she went and pushed her life energy into Doran’s legs.

"I am so fucking pathetic," Doran commented.

"Shut up and let me help you," Yasmin answered, which put a smile on his face.

At first, it was clear that the roots were slowly shrinking, but no matter how much she put in energy, the process was very slow.

"That’s enough, Yasmin. You’re gonna hurt yourself."

Doran showed concern for her, but Yasmin ignored him and continued pushing life energy.

"Hey, kid! That’s enough!" Doran was shouting as he saw blood leaking from her eyes.

"Yasmin..."

Both Qasim and Levia showed concern as well.

"Valen, stop her!" Doran turned to look at his leader but was surprised by the look on his leader’s face.

It was a look of amazement, the same look on a merchant’s face when they find something valuable.

"Why are you smiling, you sick fuc—"

"Doran!" Valen interrupted him by shouting in his face.

"Can’t you see that Yasmin is putting her life in danger for you? Can’t you see that she is doing her best here for you? Instead of asking her to stop, you should ask her to do her best. Instead of shouting at her, you should shout for her!"

He then looked at Yasmin before continuing.

"Our girl here is breaking through a new high. Irada power system isn’t for the weak like us. She isn’t stupid enough to kill herself here. She is breaking past her limits to achieve greatness!"

He looked back at Doran with an angry face.

"Shout for her, Doran! If you really care about her, then Hype her up, damn it!"

The others were surprised by Valen’s logic. Qasim had a cold chill looking at his face.

Valen now had a similar look to what he had back during the academy incident.

"Valen, you sick bas—"

But right after that, something broke inside Yasmin. A powerful aura was unleashed.

The roots inside Doran began to shrink faster. They were still inside him, but they were just like dead plants for now.

Yasmin started breathing heavily. The others rushed to help her, wiping the blood from her eyes and nose.

"I did it... I broke through," she whispered to herself.

Valen then rushed to her.

"That’s my girl. You made it, Yasmin. You did it."

Before he gave the others a chance to speak, he turned toward them.

"We need to take some time so Yasmin can rest."

"No... I can continue."

Valen turned back to her.

"I won’t allow it. Trust me."

Yasmin looked at him for some time, then she nodded.

Qasim was confused watching all this.

"What exactly happened here?"

Valen looked at the boy with a big smile.

"I would love to explain it, but we aren’t in the best condition right now... Once we are out, I will explain. I promise."

"For now, go rest."

While Team Four were resting, Team One continued advancing through their own tunnels.
