Origin: 

Former rookie racer. Grew up watching NASCAR, seeing his dad win races on TV. But one day, he attended the racetrack to see his dad, only for him to die in a car crash. Years later, he'd go on to Motorsport, only to suffer the same fate as his dad. Only this time, he simultaneously got hit with a particle accelerator.

Reality: Full story? He's Motorsport career was short-lived, but not for that reason. He only attended two years of racing, only to get banned by management and operations for announcing his sponsorship with OnlyFans(Reason being rookie don't get paid enough, which is true for most rookie athletes nowadays), which sparked controversy Motorsport didn't want to by associated with. He then transitioned from Motorsport to street racing (Wally West, anyone?). Made a name for himself for months, maybe years, to come. Only then, there's that one race taking place at the same time as the particle accelerator incident.
