Life within the First Sovereign Court had been, in many ways, relaxed and fulfilling for Qin Xian. Over time, he had come to understand the true structure of the Court.

At the pinnacle, of course, stood the supreme sovereign—the Void Empress of Eternal Abyss. Beneath her were countless Void Lords, fully devoted to her command, tasked with maintaining the Court’s operations and leading invasions into other worlds.

Then there were the corrupted deities, who served more as her personal slaves than as proper officials. And now, Qin Xian himself held significant authority within this terrifying hierarchy.

These days, most of his time had been spent following the Empress closely, delving deep into the mysteries of his bloodline abilities.

One thing had become increasingly clear: the digitized evolution system he possessed was truly the most terrifying cultivation path in the universe.

Unlike typical Void creatures, whose power was essentially fixed at birth, digitization broke that limit entirely.

From the moment a Void creature was born, its ceiling was more or less set in stone. Void Marshals were capped below level 60. Void Lords rarely exceeded level 80, and even the strongest among them didn’t pass 100.

But Qin Xian? He could level infinitely—so long as he continued harvesting experience.

Even bloodline powers, abstract and esoteric as they were, could be converted into concrete skill experience, enhancing abilities in a way no other system could match.

In this time, his levels and skills had soared, growing far beyond even the Empress’s expectations.

Reflecting on his days within the First Court, Qin Xian couldn’t help but feel… oddly at peace. It was a world unlike the human one he had left behind.

In the human world, he had been born into the mighty Qin Clan, the family of the Firstborn. He held power, certainly, but there were still restrictions, barriers, politics.

But here? Here, he was an emperor.

The First Sovereign Court, as the mightiest among the Seven Great Courts, was unrivaled in power.

And the Empress… she was one of the Void’s greatest terrors. With her backing, Qin Xian could do anything he pleased. If he declared he wanted to destroy the First Court, to slaughter every creature within it—the Empress wouldn’t even hesitate.

This was his garden. His kingdom.

The Void Lords he now saw were beings responsible for the fall of countless civilizations. Each day they debated which world to corrupt next, which deity to enslave.

Compared to that, the so-called politics of the human empire—the scheming, backstabbing, manipulation—felt petty, almost laughable.

Still, Qin Xian reminded himself not to become complacent.

The human world, after all, was where Apocalypse resided. The system. The Central Nexus. No matter how intoxicating this realm was, the human world remained crucial—and in some ways, more vital to his future.

Through his time here, Qin Xian had learned much about the true nature of the Void.

The Seven Sovereign Courts were each stationed at the edges of the infinite Void, acting as engines of cosmic destruction. Each one had devoured countless worlds. And yet, the First Court was not the most destructive among them.

That title arguably belonged to the Second Court, where the Plague Overlord had already spread his disease across innumerable worlds.

The Third Court, ruled by the Overlord of Excess, was even more insidious. In many corrupted worlds, life still seemed normal on the surface.

The kingdoms still stood, the gods still ruled. But beneath it all, from the lowest peasant to the most radiant divine, they had long since become the playthings of Lust and Indulgence.

Within the Void, the Courts had no real “territories” as humans understood them. There were no borders, no nations.

The Void was too vast, too boundless. Between each Court stretched billions of miles of emptiness, regions filled with mindless monsters and nothing else. Some Courts didn’t even dwell within the Void itself, but hid in fractured realms beyond dimensional space.

As for the First Sovereign Court, it was arguably the most powerful. It commanded hundreds of Void Lords, countless corrupted gods, and more Void Marshals than one could count.

The others were similar in strength—though none quite as enigmatic or oppressive as the Empress’s domain.

From the perspective of humanity, the Void was madness. An endless machine of war and death, tirelessly seeking new worlds to devour. There was no peace here. Only entropy.

And yet, even within this realm of nightmares, something monumental was happening. For the First Court, the greatest matter of concern was naturally Qin Xian’s return.

But for the other Sovereign Courts, their focus had shifted toward a different event: the imminent arrival of the World-Ending Feast.

This was no ordinary gathering. It was one of the Void’s grandest cosmic rituals—a convocation attended only by the Overlords themselves and their highest-ranking lieutenants.

Every participant had to be selected from countless battles, competitions, or brutal eliminations. For some Courts, the right to attend came only after rivers of blood had been spilled.

Except Qin Xian.

He didn’t need to fight for the right to attend.

He didn’t need to earn it.

He was invited by default.

After all, the Empress had already postponed the World-Ending Feast for nearly twenty years, just to wait for his return and preparation.

Now, the time had finally come.

The Void Empress of Eternal Abyss, her eyes cold and fathomless, personally led the way. A tide of Void Lords and Marshals followed behind her, their numbers countless.

And at her side, calm yet radiant, stood Qin Xian—ready to step into a feast where only the terrors of the cosmos dared tread.
