Edward’s expression was so dark it looked like it could drip ink, a mix of fury and disbelief. He had intended to kill Qin Xian immediately to avenge Zahl.

As one of the top 9-star Dragon Knight Commanders in the world, he never imagined he would be utterly suppressed by an unknown young man. It was a humiliation beyond measure.

With a roar, Edward channeled all of his power into the spear in his hand. This spear was none other than Hydra’s famed divine weapon—[Heartpiercer Numenki], said to have been forged by an ancient saint and capable of slaying gods and demons.

As Edward poured his energy into it, the spear shone with blazing light, casting the world in a sea of red. From afar, it looked like a falling star crashing down.

“Saint Dragon’s Might!” Edward bellowed, and Anthony’s face immediately darkened.

This was a Saint-Spear family secret technique, one that drastically boosted power by burning one’s draconic bloodline and could even draw upon Hydra’s world force. After all, the Saint-Spear family also possessed a Source Realm. Every core member had received Hydra’s blessing.

Storm clouds churned across the heavens, and winds howled wildly as a massive vortex formed behind Edward, resembling the eye of a god. His black dragon roared, channeling its full breath into the attack.

Boom!

The terrifying spear strike fell, and it was as if the sky itself was collapsing. The earth around Qin Xian instantly crumbled under the pressure, fissuring into countless fragments. Qin Xian finally felt a sliver of danger—this was the combined might of two level-80-equivalent powerhouses from Blue Star.

Even though the strike had yet to land, the sheer pressure had already gouged a massive crater into the land.

“Stop!!” Anthony’s expression changed drastically.

If that blow landed, not only would Soren—Qin Xian—be in danger, but half of the Windsor Domain might be wiped out. Such was the destructive power of a 9-star being. One move, and they could destroy nations or even a world.

But Edward wouldn’t stop. He had only one thought now—kill Qin Xian. “Die!!! This is what happens when you challenge the Saint-Spear Family!!!”

Boom!

In that instant, the heavens went silent. The swirling vortex in the sky burst with dazzling light, and a massive column of energy plummeted to the ground. The earth quaked, and mountaintops collapsed.

Even beyond the Windsor Domain, across all of Hope Continent, tremors were felt. People across the land turned to the direction of the Windsor Domain, filled with dread. Such power—was this another Void invasion?

It wasn’t known how long the devastating force lasted before finally settling. A massive ice barrier had been activated, enveloping the Windsor Castle and shielding the family from harm. This was the castle’s defense array, automatically triggered by the attack.

Anthony’s face was grim. In his eyes, Qin Xian was surely dead. Even he wouldn’t survive such a strike. Looking over the ruined land of the Windsor Domain, his body trembled with rage. The Saint-Spear Family had gone too far.

Just as Anthony was about to speak, he suddenly paused, his expression shifting to one of surprise and disbelief. Not only him—Edward too froze in shock.

As the smoke cleared, a lone figure still stood among the rubble. Qin Xian—untouched, not a speck of dust on him, as if Edward’s ultimate strike had never happened.

“This… this is impossible!!” Edward’s face was pale with shock.

That blow should have killed even Void Lords. Even the hero Rosha would avoid it if he wasn’t using world power. Yet Qin Xian stood there as if nothing had happened?

Expressionless, Qin Xian looked at Edward. Indeed, the attack was strong—strong enough to level a country. But he hadn’t even needed to dodge.

He had simply activated [Divine Light’s Protection], a skill that made him invulnerable to all damage for twelve seconds. Edward’s most powerful strike meant nothing.

Boom!

Qin Xian struck again, and this time, Edward was truly suppressed. Having expended most of his strength in that attack, he was left weakened and injured, his body covered in wounds and completely overwhelmed.

Just then, Windsor Castle’s teleportation array flashed blue, and several towering figures emerged. At the front stood a handsome man, his eyes glittering like stars, carrying a presence that seemed to shift the fate of the world with every movement. It was the Hero of Hydra—Rosha.

Rosha looked toward the scene, where Edward was beaten to the ground and barely able to stand. His face showed a trace of confusion. He had come because the Windsors had called for help, warning that the Saint-Spear Family might retaliate after a young man killed Zahl. They wanted him to protect this youth.

But now, looking at Edward being crushed…

Rosha blinked, baffled.

Wait… who was he supposed to help again?
