Zudomon's enormous body was struck head-on.
The impact forced him backward three or four steps...
before he finally stabilized himself.
Seeing that the attack had worked...
Suicune immediately repeated the same strategy.
After successfully landing the blow...
it retreated to a safe distance before Zudomon could retaliate.
Then—
WHOOSH!
Its figure flashed.
Suicune once again began racing around the battlefield at astonishing speed.
Immediately afterward...
the blue streak rapidly closed in.
In an instant...
Suicune arrived in front of Zudomon again.
BOOM!
Another vicious collision!
The attack worked once more.
Zudomon's enormous shell-backed body staggered backward several more steps.
Oh?
When Belotti saw this...
his heart immediately filled with excitement.
It looked like Suicune had discovered the opponent's weakness!
Zudomon's agility couldn't keep up!
And Suicune was exploiting that weakness relentlessly!
If this continued...
perhaps...
Suicune really could win this battle!
Meanwhile...
on Shiko's side...
even though Zudomon was clearly at a disadvantage...
Shiko showed absolutely no intention of issuing commands.
Because Shiko knew...
Zudomon definitely had a way...
to seize back control of the battlefield.
And the facts soon proved...
that his confidence was entirely justified.
