"Right." I said before explaining everything to her.

After spending fifteen minutes explaining everything she looked at me for several seconds as she absorbed the information.

"You’re an immortal who can have children with every race in the world?" She asked.

"Yes." I nodded.

"This is insane." She said.

"It is." I agreed.

"And you’re a goblin, but a completely different race than the green ones who will attack you the moment they see red of your skin?" She added.

"Correct." I nodded.

"And now you are taking me and my daughter into the western forest to give birth to your children while surrounded by countless numbers of goblins that will kill our babies on sight without thinking twice?" She asked.

"Yes. Even knowing that it’s the safest place to hide our children while they grow. I can defend them from a horde of goblins easier than I can from an army of humans that don’t care about the difference between red and green goblins." I said.

"I understand." She nodded. "So we leave tomorrow then?"

"Yes. As soon as I leave the goblin farm with the older kids." I answered.

She nodded and put her head back on my shoulder. We spent another hour in the bathhouse before returning to the caravan. After everyone ate dinner we went into our tents while the combat slaves stood guard and went to sleep.

Early the next day the cook started working on breakfast and the guards changed shifts as I was in my tent filling Roux, Ginger, and Tala with my seed. As the sun began to rise so did the children from their tents. The sisters went from tent to tent making sure all the kids were awake and lining up for breakfast. I waited for every child to get their food before getting a plate for Ginger, Tala, and Roux and taking it back to the tent where they were still recovering from our early morning activities.

"Here you go ladies." I said as I handed them their plates.

"So when are you taking the kids to the goblin farm?" Sarah asked.

"As soon as they finish eating and getting their gear ready." I said.

I left the tent and went to check on the guards.

"Good morning sir. They said.

"Have all of you decided how to rotate your shifts yet?" I asked.

"Yes sir. We decided all of us will stand guard during the day and rotate in two hour shifts during the night." Said one guard.

"So full guard at day and smaller groups at night. Do you think you can provide proper coverage for forty wagons and two hundred people?" I asked.

"We will do the best we can but in the western forest there is no such thing as enough security." He replied.

"That’s a good point." I replied.

By now Roux, Tala, and Ginger had gotten dressed and joined me. The three of them followed me as I gathered the nine kids to take to the goblin farm.

"Starting with the oldest what are your names? Ladies first." I asked.

"Isabella." Said the first girl.

"Madison." Answered the second.

"Alani." Replied the third.

"Jaylon." Answered the fourth.

"Oliver." The oldest boy held up his hand.

"Levi." Nodded the second boy.

"Jack." Said the third boy.

"Sam." The fourth boy waved.

"Ash, sir." Said the fifth boy.

"Great. Are all of you ready to get your classes?" I asked.

"Yes sir." They answered in unison.

"Follow me." I said.

We turned and began walking away from the caravan.

"Mr. Red can I ask a question?" Isabella asked.

"Sure, go ahead." I replied.

"Some of the kids from the other orphanage have been telling the others that according to the church when you sponsored our orphanages you essentially adopted all of us. Is that true?" She asked.

"Yes. All of you are my children now." I answered.

"So your wives are our mothers now?" She asked.

"My wives and the sisters." I said.

"Will it be okay if some of the younger kids call them mom? A lot of them have never had one." She asked.

I stopped and looked at her.

"I think they would love that." I answered.

"Really?" She asked.

"Yes." I answered and continued walking.

"Sir, some of the others said we are going into the forest to build a village." Levi said.

"That’s true. We will travel for over two months until we get to a good spot and will build a new village." I said.
