Then I made my way across the chamber into the next passage. I followed the passage until I came to the next chamber where I found a lone orc warrior. It immediately saw me as I entered the chamber and roared loudly before charging toward me. This one was much faster than any of the others. It swung it’s rusty old sword horizontally and I ducked and tried to stab it as I stepped forward but it turned it’s body just in time to dodge my blade. It swung again diagonally in a downward swing. I jumped back and dodged it before lunging forward and swinging horizontally and clipped it’s shoulder with my sword. It roared in pain and pressed forward with a lunging strike but I spun to the side. As I spun to the side it over extended and exposed its back to me so I continued to spin as I swung my sword and cut a deep gash across it’s back diagonally from shoulder to hip. It stumbled forward as I was now behind it I grabbed my sword with both hands and raised it high before bringing it down hard into the top of its skull with a wet crack. My sword went through its head splitting its skull before stopping midway through its neck.

I wiped my sword clean before turning and entering the next passage. At the end of the passage I found the orc’s hoard. I let out a short whistle when I saw the size of this hoard. The pile of coins and jewelry was at least twice the size as the previous hoards I found. I put my hand over the pile and sent it to my ring. I checked the new balance of coins in the ring in surprise. After spending so much coin in the city I was down to thirteen gold, twelve silver, and three hundred seven bronze. Now I had one hundred fourteen gold, four hundred seven silver and nine hundred eighty six bronze. I looked at the jewelry and realized I forgot to sell the jewelry from the previous orc caves when I had Sarah sell the extra armor we had. I looked down and saw four more storage rings on the ground and picked them up. I checked them and let out a small chuckle when I found more coins in them. The four rings added four gold, twenty silver, and ninety three bronze to my total. I added the coins to the ring I kept my coin in and put the rings on my fingers. I now had seven rings on my fingers, with Sarah and Lucy each wearing a ring our group now had nine storage rings. I turned and left the cave and returned to the tree I hid the girls in. Once I brought the girls down from the tree both of them hugged me.
"You were gone for an hour and a half. I was afraid you were injured or something." Sarah cried into my chest.
"I’m fine, see?" I assured her as I rubbed her back.
"I felt so useless hiding in a tree while you could have been laying somewhere bleeding on the ground." Lucy said with her head buried under my arm next to Sarah’s head.
"Oh? My healer slave was worried about me?" I teased.
Lucy slapped my breastplate and lifted her head.
"How else would I get a new home for my mother if something happened to you?" She teased with a sly grin.
I continued to hold both of them until they had calmed down.
"Since I spent so much time with the orcs I suggest we find a spot to make camp and rest up for the rest of the day." I said.
We found a good spot nearby and set up camp. I took out the camping tripod and the pot and went to hunt while the girls made a fire so we could have a hot meal instead of cold dried food. After I returned I handed two small carnivorous rabbit looking creatures to Sarah and began setting up our tent.
"So Lucy, does your earlier comment mean you have decided to accept my offer? Marry me and your mother gets a new home?" I asked.
"I said no such thing." She teased.
"I found more storage rings in the orc cave, would you ladies like another one to put on the hand that doesn’t already have one?" I asked.
"Sure." They said in unison.
I removed two of the rings and held them up.
"That will cost both of you a kiss." I said.
Lucy looked up with her mouth open before blushing. Sarah grinned and walked over to me before kissing me for a full minute and taking one of the rings. I looked at Lucy and held up the other ring smiling. She took a minute to think about it before walking over to me. Just as she was about to kiss me I wrapped my free arm around her waist and pulled her against me. The kiss lasted a solid five minutes before she pulled back breathing heavily and blushing a shade nearly matching the color of her hair. I handed her the ring and when she turned to walk away I gave her butt a sharp slap.
"Kya!" She shouted as she grabbed her butt where I slapped her and rubbed it.
Sarah broke out in laughter.
"So how was your first kiss with your master?" Sarah teased.
Lucy glared at her without answering and walked back to the cooking pot while rubbing her butt causing Sarah to laugh even harder.
"I found a fortune in coin when I cleared that orc cave." I sad.
"Oh? Are we close to our goal to start our clan?" Sarah asked.
"I’d say we are a little over a tenth of the way to our goal." I said.
"Really? That much?" Sarah gasped.
"What is your goal?" Lucy asked.
