Primordial Red Goblin

Chapter 34: Lucy’s Rings

I followed them and found a sofa and sat down and waited while the girls did their shopping. Sarah and Lucy pulled Amber and Lyra around the beast-kin section while holding different dresses up in front of each girl and after finding several dresses they liked they pulled them over to the shoe section and found matching flats for each dress they selected before pulling them into the changing room. After a few minutes Sarah brought Amber out in a dress that hugged her body from her shoulders to her hips. There was a small slit above her butt where her tail was pulled through and the dress hung lose from there. The dress was a gold color that closely resembles her eyes and it flowed down to her ankles. She had on a matching pair of flats. Amber was still looking down at the floor with her arms hanging lose at her sides. Sarah spun her around one time so I can see the whole thing.

"Amber can you look up at him so he can see how it matches your eyes?" Sarah asked.

Amber lifted her head just enough to show me her eyes.

"That looks lovely Amber." I said.

She looked back down and blushed a little. Sarah took her back into the changing room and Lucy brought Lyra out. She was wearing a similarly fitting dress. It was silver to match her eyes and she had on silver flats. Lucy spun her around once.

"What do you think?" Lucy asked.

"That looks nice. What do you think Lyra?" I asked.

Lyra was surprised I asked her opinion and looked at Lucy.

"Don’t look at me. He’s your master." Lucy smiled.

Lyra looked back at me.

"I don’t know Master. I never wore a dress before." She mumbled.

"Please don’t call me Master. I don’t like it but Lucy thinks it’s funny. Please call me Erik or sir." I said.

"Yes sir." Lyra mumbled.

Lucy took her back into the changing room and Sarah brought Amber out wearing another dress. This one was red to match her hair.

"That’s a nice one." I said.

After an hour of trying on dresses Sarah and Lucy took the dresses and shoes to the counter where the woman went through them and added up the total including the dresses and shoes Amber and Lyra were now wearing. Sarah and Lucy also put down some nightgowns identical to theirs for the girls. A golden colored one for Amber and a silver colored one for Lyra.

"Really ladies?" I asked when I saw the nightgowns.

Sarah and Lucy laughed and ignored the question.

"That’ll be twenty silver for twenty beast-kin dresses with matching shoes. Plus fifty bronze for each nightgown with matching panties. And two silver for all of those." She said as she pointed at a pile of lace panties Sarah and Lucy put down on the counter.

I paid the twenty-three silver for the clothes and Sarah and Lucy stored them in their rings. Then we left the store and I took the girls to the jewelry shop I bought Sarah’s bridal set from. I removed all the jewelry recovered from the orc caves and set it on the counter.

"I cleared a few orc caves and found these items. Are you interested in buying any of them?" I asked the ladies behind the counter.

"Our husband is the one who inspects incoming items, I will go get him." Said one woman.

"Hold on. I need to buy another bridal set while I am here." I said as I placed two gold coins on the counter.

The ladies locked the door to the shop and one of them went to get their husband. He came out and began inspecting each item while the two women took Lucy to pick out her rings. When nobody was looking I took off my gauntlet and removed my wedding ring and put my gauntlet back on. After an hour the man looked up from the jewelry I brought in.

"I can give you three gold for all of these." He said.

"Deal." I replied.

He gave me the three gold and took the jewelry to the back room. Then Lucy ran over to show me the rings she chose. The engagement ring had a large Ruby with several small emeralds around it. The wedding ring had a smaller ruby in the center surrounded by even smaller emeralds.

"Those are beautiful." I said.

I paid one gold thirty for Lucy’s rings. Then I took the engagement ring and slid it onto Lucy’s finger. I turned to the women behind the counter and handed them my wedding ring.

"I would like to alter my ring. The aquamarine stripe around the middle signifies my marriage to Sarah. I want to add an emerald green stripe for Lucy." I said.

Very well sir. We can have that done in two days and it will cost one gold." She said.

I handed over my ring and one gold coin. We left the jewelry shop and walked to the Goddess’ temple.

"Welcome back." The priestess said as she approached Sarah.

"I would like to schedule another ceremony. This time to the lovely redhead with emerald eyes." I said as I gestured to Lucy.

The priestess looked at Lucy and noticed her collar.

"Sir, I’m afraid you can not legally marry a slave." She said.

"I’m not a slave." Lucy said as she removed her collar.

"I was but I like the collar. It reminds me how my life has changed since I met the man who gave it to me." Lucy said as she put the collar back on.

"Oh that is so beautiful." The priestess said as she put her hand over her heart.

"Follow me and I will check the schedule." She said as she led us to her office.

She looked at her calendar.

"We have an opening at midday in three days." She said.

"That’s perfect." I said.
