"What would it cost to rebuild it using the same blueprint. Same layout and everything." I said.

He made some notes in his notebook and did some math.

"I can do it for twenty gold but it will take about six months. That’s for the materials and standard crew size. But it you want it done faster I can pay some of my other crews to work on it. For each additional gold coin you pay I can add another crew and take a month off the build time but even with extra coin it will take a minimum of one month." He explained.

"So for twenty-five gold you can have it done in one month?" I asked.

"Yes. That will allow me to pay enough crews to work Dawn til dusk seven days a week." He said.

"Deal. Let’s get it done." I said.

"Alright. We need to go back to my office to sign the paperwork and you can pay then. We can get started immediately after that." He said.
