Red Heart Patrols the Sky
Chapter 2715 - 43: Peaceful Ghost Messenger (Part 3)The Frost Wind Divine Seal appearing in Pig Dali’s pupils is the seal method Jiang Wang imprinted with the Buzhou Wind Divine Skills.
As for Taiping Dao, this name truly exists in history. It is a branch of the Taoist Sect, later vanishing in the Long River of time, though some fragmentary remnants of its scriptures still survive.
Someone Jiang, well-versed in classics, adjusted it slightly into a demon clan version, and even crafted a "Taiping Dao Collection" compatible with the demon clan worldview, preparing to offer Pig Dali some philosophical thoughts after his cultivation advances, lest he becomes difficult to deceive at that time...
Of course, this is something uncertain as to how long in the future.
The Divine Master Yuan Laoxi, Tianzhi Jiazi Chai Asi, and Peaceful Ghost Messenger Pig Dali are the three galloping carriages driven recklessly across the demon clan territories by the Ancient God with the surname Jiang.
And for every one of these galloping carriages, he reserved the possibility to abandon the carriage and flee.
What is meant by a cunning rabbit with three burrows!
He, Marquis Wu’an of Daqi, after all, has read military books and attended lessons at Under Jixuegong; thus, he cannot truly claim ignorance of strategy. In daily life, he merely chooses to be lazy in thinking, willing to offer Zhongxuan Pang a few more opportunities.
What truly prompted Marquis Wu’an to ponder was still the earlier Evil God... or maybe Evil Buddha?
The Buddhist Sect is one of the current prominent teachings, and the impact it has in the Monster Realm was something he had not considered before.
Actually, during this struggle for survival within the demon clan territories, he has already realized that many human cultural aspects are reflected here in the demon clan. Even many common daily habits have made it difficult for him to discern whether humans influenced the demon clan or vice versa.
Just like in the Ancient Era, many human Dao Techniques were imitations of the demon clan’s innate Demon Arts. The prolonged era-spanning bloodshed has long ingrained both clans with profound mutual understanding and deep imprints on each other.
The demon clan, with their hundred-fold races and diverse Demon Marks, fundamentally belongs to a single potent clan, hence the name "demon."
The differences between various racial attributes are not substantial. To Jiang Wanglai, they are more akin to the variations among numerous tribes on the grasslands. Or akin to how people of the Jing Nation call the people of Chu "barbarians," and the people of Mugu "wild."
Just like the Ancient God with the surname Jiang has most frequently interacted with Chai Asi, Yuan Laoxi, and Pig Dali, being a body housing both Divine Master and Daozhu grandfather, he understands a fairly considerable amount regarding the physical structures and Spirit and Soul Power of these three members of the demon clan.
They are fundamentally of one clan, and the differences among them are merely due to variations in Demon Marks, which only affect the distinctive Divine Skills they will manifest in the future. It is not a racial disparity akin to that among pigs, dogs, and monkeys.
Demon is not beast.
This concept may be repeated a thousand times, yet it cannot compare to personal observation, making the realization more profound.
Jiang Wang could not help but ponder—
Even among the human race, different transcendent cultivators often master different Divine Skills. How does this differ from demons with different Demon Marks?
So besides the Demon Marks, what exactly differentiates humans and demons?
Could it simply be that demons are all born with Natural Dao Veins?
Of course, this question might be quite vast. At this moment, while assimilating the newly obtained Divine Power and healing the Spirit and Soul damage, he is more concerned with another issue—
According to some ancient historical records, the creator of the Buddhist Sect, known as the "World Honored One," was born towards the end of the Ancient Era. He experienced the world-destroying Demon Tide, achieved greatness in the Middle Ages, and even participated in Emperor Lie Shan’s campaign, alongside the Third Generation Human Emperor, to drive the Dragon Emperor into the Cang Sea.
While in the mid-Ancient Era, the Second Generation Human Emperor Youxiong Clan had already allied with three Dao Venerates to construct The gate of all demons, thoroughly blocking the demon clan’s hope of returning to the present world.
In "Bodhi Meditation Sutra" narrated by Yan Chanyi of Under Jixuegong, it is also said, "The World Honored One saw the Lion Emperor, gaining enlightenment in Lion Roar."
This simple sentence encompasses what kind of magnificent historical torrent!
It indicates that the World Honored One indeed came to Hell World...
That great existence even saw the Lion Emperor in Hell World, gaining enlightenment in Buddha’s True Law, Lion Roar, and even spreading the Dao Tradition quite widely, resulting in the appearance of corrupt Evil Buddha in Mo Yun City.
So... how did He accomplish it?
When the human race had not long constructed The gate of all demons and not yet firmly established themselves in Hell World, how did the World Honored One safely traverse the Two Realms?
Though the World Honored One is mighty, the demon clan certainly does not lack powerful individuals capable of contending with Him. How could they allow Him to come and go freely?
If it is possible to capture the World Honored One’s experiences within the demon clan, thereby understanding that potentially grand historical epoch, perhaps one could defy the Heavenly Will of the demon clan and genuinely find the successful path back home!
