Sora patched up his body with healing magic and grabbed elven food and restoration capsules from his void, as well as two large bottles of his favorite sports drink.

"Take these." He said while handing Pride a sports drink and the magical capsules.

Pride grabbed them with his massive hands, threw them in his mouth, ripped off the top off bottle and drank it all in one gulp. Sora laughed while he ate his capsules and took a swig of the blue liquid.

"Well, how does it feel to be a Savior?"

"You didn’t beat me." Pride shrugged. "So, it is what it is."

"So you’re saying you would have been able to hold out in the heat?"

"No, I would have done the same thing you did. We would have played cat and mouse for weeks. Ballsy though, I’ll give you that. Willing to end your life for the sake of this planet and your party." Pride admitted.

"Kind of my job as Absolute ruler and King, don’t you think?"

"Very true. Well, I appreciate the additional conditions, that was a surprise. I just hope you don’t have anyone pathetic in your party."

Sora burst out in laughter.

"Funny. You can see everyone’s skills and every member if you just took a few minutes to read."

"That takes out the fun for sparring and training. I’d rather not know."

Sora smiled. "Your name is fitting, although are you still a demon sin or are you just a strong demon who is going to get his redemption story?"

Pride laughed. "I don’t know about a redemption story. I hope your son is powerful, because I’m sure Hades next move will be to go after him."

"He can handle himself."

"Well, the princes aren’t exactly a cake-walk, although I could handle them if you wanted me to."

"How about we try to get you to not just follow orders and start learning when and when not to do things."

Pride smiled, revealing his beautiful, yet sharp, metallic, sharp white teeth. They looked more vampiric than demonic.

"I’ve been following orders for so many years I lost count. Hades tried to make me follow orders from that pathetic masked god he calls a leader. Pathetic."

"So you know where that realm is don’t you?"

"I do."

"Why don’t we take the fight to them?"

"You really are a smart, quick witted leader, aren’t you?" Pride grinned. "Unfortunately, now is not the time."

"Why else would over 25 people be in my party? I think you’ll be able to defeat most, if not all of them in a duel, but they won’t be easy. There are a few that might kick your ass."

"Shit. The dragonness I tortured is with you." Pride’s facial expression was unreadable.

"She is. Pretty shitty what you did, even if you were just following orders."

"I can’t take back the past Sora. Let’s just move forward."

"You should probably start by apologizing and talking with her and her husband. He’s one of the legendary phoenix."

Pride smiled. "I can do that. Let’s go?"

"Whenever you’re ready, you can teleport to whomever you want in the party. It’s kind of our thing. If you’re ever in a position where it’s life, death, or soul shattered, just think ’I’m in imminent danger,’ and the entire party will teleport to you automatically. Same applies for you to them. We protect each other. We’re not a party, we’re a family. So get used to treating people the right way, that’s an order."

Pride laughed. "Understood."

"One more order before we go: if someone in our party fucks up, loses, or makes a mistake, you can’t laugh at them insult them. You can provide them with critical feedback, but don’t be condescending." Sora smiled.

"Your lucky Hades didn’t wipe your soul too. He’s making a lot of mistakes right now."

"So are you, he can see us. Shut up and let’s go."

"Shit, right." Sora said as the two teleported to the mansion.

"Dad!" Xander said while running to Sora and hugging him. "You smell terrible. Go shower and change."

Sora laughed. "Where’s my little ones?!"

"Dada!" Emery and Emma jumped up quickly and tackled their dad. "You do smell bad, like really bad and you’re super dirty!"

Brie smiled, put her hand over her heart and prayed.

’Thank you Athena for ensuring my husband and family were safe. I trust my husband with all my heart and even though Pride tried to kill me, I wouldn’t have ever seen Sora’s life on Earth and Exteria had he not. I just hope Leila, Levi, Sasha, Sera and Celeste are ok and don’t suffer any emotional setbacks or breakdowns from this. For your honor.’

"Well Pride, it’s been awhile." Eris said politely.

"Eris."

"That’s all you’re going to say is Eris? Come on dude..." Ignis said politely.

"I’m Ignis, nice to meet you." he said while reaching his flaming hand for a shake.

"Nice to meet you. Sorry that I scared your wife off. Can you please get her and stay with us while I speak with her?" Pride shook his hand, ’Is everyone really this friendly?’

"I’ll see what I can do. Thank you." Ignis said politely as he walked up the stairwell and headed for their room.

"Yes, everyone is that friendly." Celeste said to him telepathically.

"So you’re telepathic. That explains why Brie lived. Sorry you had to see all of that. Can you help me talk to Leila? I saw her sprint away when I got here."

"It might take some time and she has a newborn."

"Is it a dragon?!?!"

"Yes, and she can transform into a human form. Scarlet is quite the little miracle."

"Truly amazing. How many steps ahead of Hades is Sora?"

"To give him credit, he’s done very well. The recent addition of Diana helps, she knew you were coming, she just didn’t know who you were. I think Sora had plenty of time to think about what he wanted to do if you appeared."

"Ha! I knew I was right. I told him he must have a foresight user and it was the girl. Anyway, I don’t want to cause problems and the Leila situation really can’t wait. It will just cause her family problems and tension in this party."

"In our party you mean?" Celeste joked. "Well, I think you should interact with the others for a bit first and it was smart of you to have Ignis talk to her."

"Thank you. I’ll try to be more open but I’ve said more words to you and Sora than I’ve spoken in over a year."

Celeste laughed. "Well, if there’s anyone that can open you up, it is this group. Julius is adopted by Sora and Brie. Maybe you want to start with her first?"

"Good idea."

Pride walked over to Brie.

"I would like to apologize to you, but I want to interact with the party first. I was just fol–"

Brie hugged him awkwardly. She was 6`0 and he was 17 feet, so she was really just kind of hugging his leg.

"You could have asked me to shrink, you know?" Pride said with a forced laugh. His metallic skin began shifting and rearranging itself, resizing him piece by piece until they stopped moving when he was 7 feet tall.

"Woah! That was awesome!" Mindy screamed. "How the heck can you do that?"

"My skin can do a lot of things. It reflects all magical attacks, provides me with unlimited metal and repairs itself." He explained. "I should list my skills with everyone in the party, but I do want to talk to Leila first."

"We can talk, but don’t think I’m just going to stand there and forgive you." Leila appeared and said sternly, frowning.

"Where’s Ignis?" Pride asked.

"With our child, stay the fuck away from her!" She yelled.

"I deserved that. Let’s not cause drama, Sora, please, join us."

"I’ll go with you Leila." Brie mentioned kindly.

"Thanks Brie, I can handle myself." Leila said.

"I wasn’t asking, I was telling you I’m coming with you. I don’t need you doing something stupid and violating one of the sealing conditions. No one has ever broken a rule and I don’t really want to mess around and fight out what happens if Sora’s magic takes control and decides."

"Fine." Leila said as she stormed out to the backyard.

"Good luck dude." Connor laughed.

"Yeah, seriously... You’re going to need it." Jubelle added.

"Aren’t you that vampire genius?" Pride asked. "You’re the only reason she’s even alive... you’re impressive."

The party laughed. "There are a lot of impressive people here, why do you think Sora keeps us around?" Lucious said while holding Sera’s hand, who held Iris.

"I forgot you had a demon. Hello Seraphina, it’s nice to see you as a Mother. It suits you."

"Thanks, her name is Iris. She’s half vampire."

Pride laughed. "With the shadow? Impressive."

Everyone was surprised at how hard Pride was trying. Was he really just someone who always followed orders or was he putting on an act for the party?

’This is crazy. The only other person’s morality color I saw change was Eris, but Pride went from Black to Silver?!’ Xander thought.
