Reincarnated Femboy Vampire, with Max Survivability Stats
Chapter 70: Ridiculous Shenanigans"And that concludes what the trial will be," Nuvellia said, taking a casual sip of her strawberry-coconut smoothie.
"So it’s a survival game," Yuki chuckled. "This might actually be a breeze."
"I wouldn’t say that," Nuvellia replied flatly. "If you get assigned a role that you can’t use properly, you’ll be at a massive disadvantage and will most likely fail the trial—or die."
"That’s true. But if I get the perfect role for me, it’s going to be another vacation for us."
"Not worried about this at all, I see. Well, I appreciate the confidence. Just don’t do anything stupid—like starting a cult."
"..."
Yuki gave her a sly smirk before taking a massive gulp of his drink.
Slerp—
"...I really can’t stand you sometimes," she sighed, shaking her head.
"Is it really a bad idea, though?" Nyquella asked nervously.
"No... but it’s Yuki," Nuvellia countered. "How else do you think the cult will work? Why do you think people would be following him?"
"Good point."
Yuki chuckled sheepishly, leaning back and resting his head on Nyquella’s lap. "If I get assigned a Queen role, it’ll be the most fun I’ve ever had in a survival game. Starting a cult in medieval times is so easy it’s ridiculous."
"So you really are going to start a cult?" Nyquella asked, softly running her fingers through his hair.
"If it’s the fastest way to find you after we get separated into different kingdoms, then yeah, that’s what I’ll do."
Nyquella looked up from Yuki and turned anxiously toward Nuvellia. "Is there any way for us to get assigned to the same kingdom in the trial?"
"Yeah, there is," she said unbothered, swirling her smoothie. "But I don’t have the authority to pull that off, so it’s a total gamble for you two."
"Don’t worry, Nyquella," Yuki murmured softly. "If we get separated, I’ll come find you. Just stay put and wait for me."
"Yeah, be a good pet and wait for your master like a good bitch," Nuvellia sneered under her breath.
"What was that?!" Nyquella snapped, glaring at her.
"What was what?"
"Don’t play dumb with me! What is your problem?"
"I don’t have a problem with you, woman."
"Tch!"
Nyquella sucked her teeth in annoyance, stood up from the couch, and dragged Yuki along with her.
"We are going to continue our fucking session," Nyquella shouted back at Nuvellia over her shoulder. "So don’t interrupt us again until it’s time to leave this world! Got it?!"
Before Nuvellia could offer a response, Nyquella slammed the bedroom door shut. The loud BANG echoed throughout the entire villa.
"Hmph!" Nuvellia pouted, slouching deep into the armchair. "Tch... bitch."
"Hello, Nuvellia."
A deep, grounded voice vibrated through the air behind her.
"EEEP! Holy divinity!" Nuvellia shrieked, leaping straight out of her seat and nearly spilling her smoothie all over herself.
"L-L-Lord Solace!" she stammered, scrambling to stand at attention before the massive, six-eyed entity. "What brings you here, my Lord...?" she asked nervously, hurriedly hiding her drink behind her back.
Lord Solace stood completely motionless, his arms folded behind his back as all six of his glowing eyes slowly traced over her tiny frame.
"Looking as sharp as ever, my Lord!" she chirped, trying her absolute best to keep her cool—though her petite body was trembling like a leaf.
"You and Yuki have quite the strange relationship... don’t you?" Solace said, his heavy tone sending faint shockwaves through the room.
"I—I know not what you mean, my Lord! We don’t have that type of relationship! I have no romantic feelings for him, nor do I have any desire to engage in sexual intercourse or any other intimate activities with him! And—and I fe-he-he~el that he feels the same!" she blurted out, her voice cracking desperately.
"I see... Then why, exactly, are you here?"
"To give him necessary information regarding the Ascension Trial, my Lord!"
"Information that he would have automatically received the moment he entered the trial?" Solace asked, his tone growing distinctly more authoritative. "I’m not buying it, Nuvellia. What is the real reason you are here? Do not lie to me, or I will remove you from your position effective immediately."
"I... I just like being in his company!" she whimpered softly, looking down at the floor as her eyes began to water. "He’s cool to talk to... He doesn’t care about my pride or my temper, and... sniffle... he doesn’t get angry at me when I lie or yell at him..."
She sniffled again, clutching her smoothie tightly. "He makes me feel cool... like an older sister."
"So you are constantly popping in and out of this world simply because he makes you feel ’cool’?"
"Uh-huh..." she replied, nodding slowly.
"Do you seriously have nothing better to do with your time, Nuvellia?" Solace asked, sounding thoroughly exhausted.
"No," she squeaked, her face puffy from crying. "Not since I lost my other disciples... and they didn’t even like me anyway..."
"Well, you only have yourself to blame for that. How many times did I tell you to control your temper and stop lying to your apostles? But you kept breaking the rules, and now you’re stuck with an emotional, brain-dead idiot named Yuki."
"...I thought his mind was fixed?"
"It is. However, that doesn’t change the fact that he is a flirtatious, horny, androgynous little brat who does nothing productive."

Nuvellia and High Administrator Solace both turned to see Yuki wander casually out of his bedroom.
Nyquella called out for him, her voice tinged with exhaustion, from their activities.
He ambled across the house, scooped up a bunch of random items from a table, and padded straight back into his room.
"...See? An idiot," Solace deadpanned, gesturing toward the closed door.

A minute later, Yuki emerged from his room again, wearing an oversized shirt that was practically sliding off his bare shoulders.
"Hello, High Administrator," Yuki greeted casually as he passed them, picking up a pitcher of juice and pouring it straight down his throat.
He opened the front door, waddled out to the reception desk, and grabbed a few extra supplies from the receptionist—who paid absolutely no attention to the divine spectacle occurring nearby and simply watched him waddle off.
Yuki re-entered the house, handed Nuvellia a fresh glass of sweet tea, patted her gently on the head, and waddled right back into his room, shutting the door behind him with a soft click.
"...I’ll be going," High Administrator Solace said flatly. He turned and walked out the door without another word.
Nuvellia simply walked back over to the living room, sank into the sofa, and quietly enjoyed her sweet tea and smoothie.
