I tried to act smug like I knew where we were headed, but I was struggling to come up with a good spot to take Evy to. We had to scan our receipts and get stamps on our hands before we left the confines of the Brambler Travel Co. dating event.
"We've had some sneaky types trying to sneak in just for the merch, not here for romance finding nor for assisting in the romance finding," a staffer helpfully explained. "We don't want that, you see."
"Oh," I was barely listening, more desperately in need of being alone with Evy for even just a few minutes.
"I'm not really sure on the mechanics of how sneaking in would even work," Evy said once we were free. "I guess you could sneak in and steal a bunch of stuff, but that guy was talking about it like people pretend to be at the event and still buy tickets?"
"It is rather strange..." I said. "Sorry, I'm listening, I'm just...can I confess that I don't actually have a cool place to sneak off to?"
Evy shrugged. "That's fine."
"All I can think of is taking you to the bathroom," I said, looking around to make sure nobody heard that.
Evy shrugged again. "Works for me."
My giggling and swooning meters were overflowing. I was so glad I was at a point where I didn't have to go to a big dating event to try and find the perfect person, someone who needed no convincing to go run off to go have fun in the nearest bathroom. Someone who'd do yoga poses across a crowded event floor just for me.
"Yes!" I said when the first bathroom we checked was empty. I didn't waste any time, grabbing Evy by her collar, kissing her deeply as I backed her against the nearest wall. Evy responded in kind, nibbling at my ear between kisses, those brief moments where we came up for air before diving underwater together.
"I know this is a bit risky," I said. "Someone could walk in at any moment."
Evy shuddered. "Risky is kind of our thing lately, huh?"
"Listen, when something's hitting like this, it's good for us to pursue it!" I said. "Maybe this well will dry out so to speak, so let's enjoy it while it's good, right?"
"I agree completely," Evy said. My hands were all over her, grabbing at her at every point I wanted to desperately when I saw her bending over. "You really liked the yoga, huh? I wasn't sure when Mahina suggested it, but..."
"I liked it very much," I said. "We should do more when we're home."
"Lots more," Evy said. "But for now..."
I let out a squeaky noise when Evy picked me up, carrying me over to the sinks. There was just enough space between two of the sinks for me to sit, which Evy took full advantage of, hands all around me like mine were on her. When her fingertips reached just past my waistband, she confirmed I really wanted this, making sure to get my nod before going further.
I desperately tried not to moan as Evy got to work.
“We don’t have much time,” she said.
“Don’t need it,” I said.
"Stel, I gotta say, I don't think this well has dried out yet," Evy said as her fingers were already deep in me.
Suffice to say I lasted about a minute like that before I just about exploded on that sink. Evy, being cautious, washed up as I slid off the sink with a grace of a cat on the edge of a couch cushion, rolling sleepily off onto the ground.
