Chapter 1339: Chapter 1339: Wedding Mishap

Ryan Walyon put down the glass in his hand, and stared at Ariella Sawyer on the ground for a long time, seemingly torn between taking action or not. He remained silent for nearly ten minutes before bending down to pick up Ariella Sawyer from the floor.

"Follow me." He tossed these two words to Summer Sutton, and Ryan Walyon walked ahead out of the bar.

Summer Sutton let out a gentle breath, quickly grabbed the jacket Ariella Sawyer left on the sofa, and also left the booth.

Ryan Walyon walked in front, never looking back after stepping out of the booth.

Summer Sutton followed behind, first went to the bar to settle the bill for the night, and then left the bar.

When she stepped out of the bar, it was pitch black outside, and Ryan Walyon and Ariella Sawyer were nowhere to be seen, presumably they went to find a car.

Summer Sutton swept her gaze around toward the parked cars, just about to walk over when a fresh fragrance of flowers assaulted her senses from ahead. It was a strange scent, like Plumeria, yet not quite, strong enough to make one feel a little sleepy.

Before Summer Sutton could react, a wave of intense drowsiness flooded her brain, and after that, there was no more consciousness...

In the night breeze, a sound of a cane seemed to echo, stopping beside Summer Sutton. The leader leaned over to look at her on the ground for a while, his lips curling slightly...

...

Watt Bennet ended his call with Summer Sutton and waited for her at the hotel for a full two hours.

By nearly eleven o’clock, she still hadn’t returned, unable to resist, he picked up his phone to call her, yet after several rings, the call went unanswered.

Though attributing it to bar noise, Watt Bennet did not call again.

However, not seeing her back, his heart remained unsettled.

Clutching his phone, he strode out of the hotel room and asked the resort’s security about the direction Summer Sutton had gone. Watt Bennet headed to a nearby bar.

He gave Summer Sutton’s photo to the staff at the bar, but the response was that she had left quite early.

The staff’s words were like winding a string around Watt Bennet’s heart, suddenly tightening it.

Summer Sutton had already left, yet hadn’t returned to the hotel.

Not returning to the hotel, where could she go?

Tonight, she was still with Ryan Walyon, and Watt Bennet had never felt secure about Ryan Walyon.

Standing in place, pondering the situation for a moment, Watt Bennet’s gaze abruptly shifted to the resort.

He said nothing, taking long strides, running toward Ryan Walyon’s room at the resort.

At this time, it was eleven thirty.

Watt Bennet was responsible for booking every guest’s room attending the wedding, and he knew exactly where Ryan Walyon’s room was.

However, upon pushing open the door, Ryan Walyon was nowhere to be seen.

Summer Sutton disappeared, and Ryan Walyon along with her; what did this indicate?

Watt Bennet’s anger flared instantly.

Once at the wedding, Summer Sutton was taken away, and now again tonight?

He was always someone who becomes ruthless when provoked, Ryan Walyon had provoked him repeatedly, and no one should blame him for being harsh!

"Block the airport, don’t let Ryan Walyon leave the country!" He made a call to his people, tightened his grip on the phone, and ran towards the airport. While at the garden, he accidentally bumped into Bryce Walyon.

"Where are you going?" Bryce Walyon asked with concern, noticing something off.

"Airport." Watt Bennet simply tossed these two words to him and was about to continue when Bryce Walyon grabbed him, "What are you going to do at the airport?"
