Slowly Falling into His Love Trap

Evelyn raised her head at that moment, gazing into Caden Lockwood’s eyes.

"I’ll take good care of myself!" Evelyn obediently promised, "Don’t worry."

Caden nodded, holding Evelyn’s hand, leading her to the dining room.

Seeing this loving couple appear again, Aunt May was delighted.

"Young Madam, the Young Master has cooked for you again! Look, cola chicken wings, he made them," Aunt May said proudly.

"Aunt May." Evelyn pouted, "You kept me in the dark!"

Evelyn secretly cursed herself for being so foolish.

Aunt May put so much effort into bringing her and Caden together, she should have realized earlier that Caden was the elder brother!

Aunt May was puzzled, instinctively looking at Caden, then back at Evelyn.

"I know everything now!" Evelyn said with a lack of good humor, "You didn’t reveal a single thing to me! Although my husband pays your salary, I’m the mistress of this house now, Aunt May, don’t you dare make me mad, or I’ll dock your pay!"

"Young Madam!" Aunt May got anxious, "Some matters were instructed by the Young Master not to be disclosed!"

Evelyn gave Caden a fierce glare, "Anyway, I don’t care! You two conspired for so long, kept me in the dark for so long, making me foolishly sad for so long, it’s just..."

Before Evelyn could finish, Caden kissed her lips.

He only kissed her briefly, then released her and asked, "Does one kiss compensate enough? If not, I can kiss more. For now, let’s eat, don’t let your stomach go hungry."

Evelyn covered her face, sneaking a glance at Aunt May laughing happily beside her, she quickly covered her face with her hair.
