The appearance of the blood mosquitoes signaled the arrival of another reinforcement for the Gallant Federation—the Mosquito Heavenly Emperor of the Immortal Realm.
Before becoming the Mosquito Heavenly Emperor, he had been known as Mosquito Daoist, a major menace within the Immortal Realm Civilization.
He had been wanted and hunted by numerous sages and sects across the Immortal Realm, yet had never been captured. In fact, he had even established his own faction. That alone was enough to prove just how formidable Mosquito Daoist truly was.
Having joined the Gallant Federation’s cause this time, the Mosquito Heavenly Emperor naturally had demands of his own.
Aside from the vast wealth the federation had already agreed to pay him, another condition for his intervention was that he and his legions would be allowed to choose their own targets in this war.
The federation had no authority to dictate the Mosquito Heavenly Emperor’s offensive strategy. In fact, they did not even know exactly when these blood mosquitoes would arrive.
Had the Mosquito Heavenly Emperor truly set his sights on the material wealth and scientific technology offered by the Gallant Federation?
Not entirely.
Gathering the power of the three lotuses to reshape the Chaos Green Lotus was his true goal.
Thanks to his ambush on the Buddhist faction many years ago, the Mosquito Heavenly Emperor possessed a Merit Golden Lotus.
But the Golden Lotus alone was not enough. To reshape the Chaos Green Lotus, he also needed the other two law lotuses—the Black Lotus of Destruction and the Karmic Fire Lotus.
The true form of the Black Lotus of Destruction had long since vanished, and its whereabouts remained unknown.
Even so, numerous derivative lotuses of the Black Lotus of Destruction still existed throughout the Astral Realm.
These derivative lotuses shared the same origin as the Black Lotus of Destruction, and the Mosquito Heavenly Emperor could make use of them.
At present, two known beings possessed such derivative lotuses of the Black Lotus of Destruction—Destruction Spring and the Great Monkey of Destruction.
Unfortunately, both were Rank Eight overlords. Who could possibly wrest such treasures from their grasp?
As for the Karmic Fire Lotus, it was currently in the possession of Ancestor Minghe, the Lord of Blood Sea of the Immortal Realm Civilization.
He was a figure the Mosquito Heavenly Emperor dared not provoke.
Nevertheless, in recent years, the Mosquito Heavenly Emperor had ambushed several Asura Kings, hoping to determine whether Ancestor Minghe had bestowed the lotus upon the Blood Sea Asuras.
The results, however, showed that they had not.
Relying on one-on-one ambushes was clearly not enough to achieve his goal.
Therefore, in pursuit of his grand ambition to reconstruct the Chaos Green Lotus, the Mosquito Heavenly Emperor chose to side with the Gallant Federation.
Virtually all of the Magus Civilization’s allies were enemies of the Mosquito Heavenly Emperor.
When one had too many debts, one stopped worrying. When one had too many lice, one stopped feeling the itch.
Since he had already provoked those top-tier powerhouses and factions, the Mosquito Heavenly Emperor was not worried about offending them further.
Originally, he had planned to head to the battlefield where Destruction Spring and the others were fighting.
Although there were two Rank Eight overlords on that battlefield as well, the combined strength of Qiuniu and Destruction Spring was clearly inferior to that of the Great Monkey of Destruction and the Great Sage of Demonic Heaven.
However, the sudden blast of the Infinity Light caused the Mosquito Heavenly Emperor to change his mind at the last moment.
A swarm of blood mosquitoes descended near Planet Teyran.
Since both sides were locked in an incredibly intense battle, no one noticed the arrival of these uninvited guests for the time being.

The war on Florenza of the Divine Descendants Star Domain ultimately ended in the victory of the Dawn Empire’s coalition forces.
Glasdor, the divine ruler of Florenza, had indeed succeeded in ascending to Rank Six. Florenza itself had also begun the process of evolving into a medium-sized plane.
Unfortunately, the difference in overall strength was simply too great.
When vast numbers of lower-tier legions launched a surprise assault into Florenza Plane, the entire world was thrown into chaos.
Fermera, Belphane, and the other Rank Six combatants who seized the opportunity to infiltrate the plane became the final force that brought utter destruction upon the Florenzans.
Glasdor, who had only recently ascended to Rank Six, became yet another precious specimen in Sein’s laboratory.
This was because his body still contained vast amounts of plane-imbued power, along with old cells that had not yet fully completed their evolution.
As a result, the research value of this early-stage Rank Six biological specimen surpassed that of certain mid-stage Rank Six specimens.
Florenza Plane’s ascension was halted by Glasdor’s death and the severe war damage inflicted upon the plane itself.
As the war drew to a close, Sein, who had gained some understanding of this world’s metamorphosis, ordered his men to infiltrate the depths of Florenza Plane’s navel and retrieve several Star Core fragments that the planar will had not fully digested.
The immense pressure of war, the countless casualties among the plane’s inhabitants, and the plundering of the nutrients necessary for ascension had forcibly halted Florenza’s metamorphosis.
According to Sein’s projections, this world would regress to its pre-ascension state within twenty years.
And its decline would likely continue for thousands, perhaps even tens of thousands, of years.
The death of Florenza Plane was unfolding before their very eyes.
“The mechanical legions performed well in this interplanar war, though their energy and material consumption were far too high. Fortunately, the overall profits from this plane were quite good,” Sein remarked after the war ended.
The mechanical legions, which formed the bulk of the cannon fodder forces under Sein’s command, had suffered massive losses in this interplanar war.
After all, they had been the first wave of combat units to storm Florenza, and their overall tier was generally low.
Aside from the salvageable remains of the destroyed robots, another major source of raw materials came from various special alloys from the Gallant Federation and warship wreckage collected from the battlefield.
The Arriba Interstellar Chamber of Commerce had long been acquiring wreckage from the Gallant Federation’s fleets on the battlefield.
The Magus Civilization also had specific acquisition quotas for these crashed warships and massive fortresses.
Now, Sein was about to join the ranks of those salvaging and recycling these technological artifacts.
The Magic Cube had once again resumed operation at full capacity.
Sein hoped to amass a cannon fodder army numbering anywhere from several hundred thousand to one million units before the next war.
Utilizing the manufacturing model of a technological civilization was indeed far more efficient than Lorianne cultivating Viridescent Seeds in a laboratory.
This was despite the limited number of robotic production lines inside Sein’s Magic Cube. If he could secure a few more, the speed at which he built his robotic cannon fodder army would only increase further.
As for these disposable, low-level robot units, Sein maintained his previous stance. He did not grant them intelligence.
Not long after the interplanar war on Florenza ended, Sein received orders to head toward the battlefield where Gongsun Wudi was.
The Dawn Empire, the Arriba Chamber of Commerce, and the Magus Civilization all transmitted intelligence at remarkable speed.
Soon after Myriad Manifestations World’s legions arrived in the Gallant Federation’s star domain, they were detected by the Magus Civilization.
Before long, the Magus Civilization confirmed that two-thirds of Myriad Manifestations World’s legions were advancing toward the Divine Descendants Star Domain.
Accompanying them were two overlord-level combatants.
Gongsun Wudi’s urgent summons was most likely a response to the Dawn Empire’s own strategic adjustments.
On the frontlines, the Dawn Emperor and his forces intensified their siege of Marduk.
It seemed they intended to deal Marduk a severe blow, or at least weaken him as much as possible, before Myriad Manifestations World’s legions arrived. That way, they could reduce the pressure of the impending war.
The Magus Civilization had also adjusted its strategy regarding the war against Divine Descendants World.
Originally, Bev had intended to dispatch the legions of elves and beastmen, which had just been freed up following the arrival of the Dragon Clan Army, to reinforce the Divine Descendants Star Domain.
But a familiar voice that had just reached her ears caused Bev to change her decision.
“I’m back, big sis.”
