Truthfully speaking, returning on account of the dead was not his preferred method. He would’ve much rather proceeded slowly.

But reality had forced him to utilize his contingency plan.

Outside.

Whether it was the Human King or Long Zhan, both were extremely wary. That tremendous presence and might was making it difficult for both of them to breath.

The arrogant Human King’s usual cockiness was nowhere to be found. The look in his eyes flickered constantly.

“We’ll fight him if we can!” he transmitted to the supreme. His thoughts kept changing. “We’ll run if we can’t! Have Long Zhan bring up the rear. His skin is thick and he’s got a lot of padding. He can take a beating! The Skyward master is nearing nine thousand daos and might’ve already reached it!”

Fang Ping was rather cautious. Their opponent was too strong!

Although the Human King was also very strong and nearing seven thousand dao rules, possibly even more when he erupted with strength, a gap of one or two thousand daos rules was not something he could overcome! Not to mention, these dao rules might possess spirit!

Thankfully, the Skyward master was only here in replica form. The Human King suspected that he might die from one punch if the Skyward master was here in person.
