Chapter 411: Kara White [Bonus Chapter]

"I WILL RIP YOUR WORLD-TREE ROOTS OUT OF THE DIRT AND BURN THEM FOR FIREWOOD!" Morwenna roared, thrashing wildly against the mattress with pure embarrassment.

"Stay still, Morwenna," Silas ordered smoothly, his grip on her wrists remaining entirely unbreakable.

Morwenna blinked with her furious rant cutting off. "C-Captain?"

Silas didn’t give her a chance to question him. He leaned down and aggressively sank his teeth deep into the soft vulnerable crook of her neck.

"Ahn—!"

A sharp high-pitched whimper tore from Morwenna’s throat, instantly melting into a long, trembling groan of overwhelming pleasure.

Because her soul was bound to his and recognized him, her body offered zero physical resistance to the bite.

Silas’s sharp canines pierced cleanly through her pale skin, drawing a small brilliant bead of bright crimson blood.

He pulled his teeth back slightly, pressing his lips against the puncture to aggressively suck and lap the blood away with the flat of his warm tongue.

"There," Silas murmured against her heated skin, pulling back with a satisfied grin. "A proper love bite."

Morwenna lay completely paralyzed beneath him, her eyes wide, glassy, and swimming with a helplessly adorable expression of pure shock.

Her mouth was parted in a tiny, stunned gasp and her cheeks were burning so intensely they looked like ripe spirit-fruits.

’I... I got a hicke—’

CLICK! FLASH!

A bright burst of mana-light violently illuminated the entire bedroom.

"Cheese~!" Eluned cheered cheerfully from the doorway.

The Goddess giggled, tapping the runic dial on the back of the camera.

A small perfectly developed rectangular projection of crystal paper slid out from the brass slot.

Eluned held it up, admiring the high-definition image of the terrifying Astral Dread Queen looking thoroughly ravished and hopelessly flustered.

"Oh, this is a masterpiece," Eluned beamed, waving the photo in the air to show them. "I am framing this in the office!"

That was the final straw. The monumental humiliation snapped Morwenna out of her daze.

"GIVE ME THAT DAMN THING!"

With a feral shriek of pure rage, Morwenna forcefully exploded upward with the entirety of her mythic strength.

The violent unexpected thrust was so massive that Silas was literally thrown entirely off the mattress, flipping gracefully through the air before landing on his boots near the center of the room.

Morwenna launched herself off the bed like a guided missile, her claws extended as she dove straight for the Goddess’s throat.

Eluned, however, was an SSS-Rank deity in her own right.

With a breezy musical laugh, the World-Tree Spirit smoothly drifted backward on a cushion of gentle wind currents, easily dodging Morwenna’s frantic lunge as the Pirate Queen crashed headfirst into the Keep’s heavy corridor carpet.

"Hey! Didn’t you want to have sex with him?!" Eluned teased playfully, dodging another swipe of Morwenna’s hands while holding the photograph high out of reach. "You’re ruining your own reward, Morwenna! If you keep fighting me, Silas is just going to give all his energy to me tonight instead!"

"I WILL KILL YOU! I WILL DROWN YOU IN SEAWATER!" Morwenna screamed, scrambling to her feet with her dark hair completely wild.

Silas stood in the center of the master quarters, running a hand down his face as he let out a long groan.

"I leave for a few days..." Silas muttered to himself. "Just some damn days."

Before the two mythic entities could turn the second floor of the Keep into a smoking crater of elemental warfare, a polite throat-clearing echoed from the bottom of the stone staircase.

"Ahem."

The commotion instantly halted.

Stepping gracefully onto the landing was Kadi, the Second Secretary.

The sandy-haired mage looked exceptionally neat, wearing her tailored administrative robes and carrying a leather-bound inventory ledger against her chest.

She casually ran a hand through her hair, looking unfazed by the sight of a half-naked Pirate Queen wrestling a laughing Goddess on the floorboards.

"Welcome back to the territory, Lord Graves," Kadi greeted smoothly, bowing her head with crisp unflappable professionalism.

"Thank you, Kadi," Silas replied, leaning against the doorframe with relief. "Please tell me you have a report that requires my immediate presence elsewhere."

Kadi adjusted her ledger, her lips curling into a dry, highly knowing smirk as her amber eyes flickered between the two disheveled deities.

"Actually, my Lord, I came to deliver a brief update on territory morale," Kadi said, her tone dripping with subtle amusement. "The Keep has been unnervingly quiet while you were away on Earth. Interestingly enough, Lady Eluned and Lady Morwenna have spent the last few days acting remarkably friendly toward one another... right up until the exact moment they realized you were back in your bed."

Both Eluned and Morwenna stiffened, their cheeks flushing identically as they immediately turned to glare at the secretary.

"We were not being friendly!" Morwenna hissed, crossing her arms defensively.

"I was simply tolerating her presence near the gardens!" Eluned pouted.

Kadi didn’t flinch in the slightest.

Over the past few days, as the territory expanded and the hierarchy solidified, Kadi had come to a very simple realization.

At the core of it all, whether they were mortal mages, elves that wrote smut, or ancient SSS-Rank cosmic deities... they were all hopelessly devoted to the exact same man.

Every single woman in this domain ultimately wanted to be dicked down and claimed by their Lord.

So why waste energy fighting over turns when they could simply share the load together?

An empire was built on teamwork, after all.

"Of course, my Ladies," Kadi replied smoothly, entirely ignoring their weak protests.

She turned her full attention back to Silas. "The department heads and the captains have gathered in the Mess Hall, my Lord. They have prepared their reports regarding the new girls."

Silas nodded firmly, immensely grateful for the interruption. He straightened his long black shirt, brushing the wrinkles from his sleeves.

"Understood," Silas said, stepping past the flustered Pirate Queen and the giggling Goddess toward the stairs. "Tell everyone to assemble in my office and make sure Talira and Aeliana are present as well. We have a massive logistics overhaul to handle."

"Right away, Lord Graves," Kadi bowed.

Fifteen minutes later, Silas sat behind the massive obsidian-and-ironwood desk in his primary command office on the ground floor of the Keep.

He took a slow, deep breath, staring at the absolute chaos unfolding across the heavy table in front of him.

’This isn’t what I meant by a tactical meeting...’ Silas thought, his eye twitching slightly.

The office was packed to the brim.

Standing around the desk weren’t just his military commanders; practically every prominent woman in the Blessed Land had crammed themselves into the room.

Aeliana stood near the window, her Royal Elven robes clean and pristine once more, though her eyes carried a newfound disciplined reverence whenever she looked at him.

Beside her, Talira leaned against the wall, her tail flicking with restless draconic heat. Rowenna, Brida, and Tasmin were huddled near the maps, while Eluned and Morwenna stood on either side of his high-backed chair like two possessive royal sentinels.

And dominating the center of the desk was Kaelia.

The Culinary Maestro was in her element.

The dark-haired chef had laid out nearly a dozen steaming, intricately garnished silver platters across Silas’s maps.

"You have to try this one first, Lord Graves!" Kaelia insisted with passion, using a polished silver fork to present a glistening, caramelized cut of spiced meat. "During your absence, another stray migration of Tier 2 Magma-Scaled Drakes attempted to breach the eastern crags! I took the flank cuts, cured them in sweet spirit-nectar, and flash-seared them with wild ember-herbs!"

"No, Captain, eat the ocean-bass first!" Morwenna interrupted aggressively, shoving a bowl of fragrant broth-poached fish right in front of his face. "I caught it in the deep river trench myself! It restores raw stamina three times faster than drake meat!"

"My Lord, please," Eluned chimed in with a sweet, competitive smile, presenting a crystal bowl filled with glowing, sliced Spirit-Flora. "You must balance your palate with the fruits of the World Tree. It purges all mortal fatigue!"

"Lord Graves, the Shieldmaidens baked these protein flatbreads for you!" Brida boomed from the back, holding up an entire basket.

"Try the glazes, Sovereign," Aeliana murmured politely from the window, her cheeks dusting pink.

Silas sat frozen in his chair, completely surrounded by forks, platters, and eager, shining eyes.

Every single girl in the room was aggressively leaning forward, practically begging him to taste the specific dish they had helped prepare.

He let out a long, helpless sigh, running a hand through his dark hair.

’All that time I spent handling business in the regular world, life kept moving here too...’ Silas reflected warmly.

He had an empire to build, massive upgrades to calculate, and more than a hundred women looking to him for leadership, sustenance, and safety.

He couldn’t afford to ignore their efforts.

"Alright, alright," Silas chuckled, holding his hands up in surrender as he picked up his fork. "I’ll try it. I’ll try everything. Just don’t choke me."

The office erupted into a chorus of delighted giggles and eager chatter as Silas began methodically tasting each dish, praising Kaelia’s incredible culinary mastery and nodding in genuine appreciation at the flavors.

’Once I finish eating, I’ll distribute the Frost-Drake battalion armor to Brida, hand the Scepter to Kadi, give Eluned the Tear relic, and then we can finally move on to summoning the Hero...’ Silas mapped out his priorities in his mind.

He reached for a piece of the roasted drake meat, ready to call the meeting to order—

SLAM!

The heavy double doors of the command office swung open without a single polite knock.

The lively chatter in the room instantly died down.

Stepping through the threshold, dragging a thick cloud of pungent, gray tobacco smoke behind her, was Evelyn.

The former Lord Sky of the Unmovable Wall looked completely relaxed as the petite dark-haired woman was wearing a sleek gray oversized hoodie over cargo pants, her boots crunching arrogantly against the stone floor.

Resting casually between her lips was a thick glowing cigar.

She took a long, slow drag, letting the aromatic smoke billow lazily toward the ceiling, completely unbothered by the twenty pairs of deadly eyes immediately glaring daggers at her.

Silas dropped his fork onto the plate, his brows furrowing as he leaned back in his chair.

"Evelyn," Silas sighed, waving his hand to disperse the cloud of gray smoke drifting across his desk. "Do you have to smoke those damn things inside my Keep? We have a Conservatory full of celestial crops next door."

Evelyn stopped a few paces from his desk. She took the cigar from her lips, flicked the glowing ash carelessly onto the floor, and offered him a dry razor-sharp smirk.

"Don’t be such a delicate little princess, Graves," Evelyn insulted smoothly, her voice carrying that distinct, husky rasp. "If your fancy magic plants can’t survive a little high-grade tobacco, you’re building a pretty pathetic empire... but then again... What did I expect? You complain all the time."

’I missed you... and I did exactly as you asked.’

Eluned’s emerald eyes flared with violent intent, and Morwenna’s hand instinctively drifted toward the tattoo on her right wrist, ready to draw Tidebringer and cut the arrogant woman in half.

Silas raised a single calm hand, silently signaling his Heroes to stand down.

"What do you want, Evelyn?" Silas asked, crossing his arms. "I thought you were busy overseeing the rest of your garrison’s reorganization on the western ridge."

Evelyn reached into the breast pocket of her military coat, pulling out a sleek laminated plastic card.

With a flick of her wrist, she tossed the card across the desk. It slid across the smooth obsidian surface, coming to a halt right next to Silas’s plate.

"I just got back from the human world myself," Evelyn stated, crossing her arms over her chest and taking another slow puff of her cigar. "I figured you’d already made your Descent back to the territory, considering I texted your Spirit Phone not too long ago and your status showed completely offline."

’I actually texted that I saw you and your sister having fun and wanted us to go out or something but...’

Silas looked down, picking up the small card.

It was an official encrypted government identification card issued directly by the High Federal Registry of Earth.

Printed squarely on the front, beneath a digital photograph of a striking, single-armed woman with glowing purple eyes and dark hair, was a full profile though she looked a bit younger.

"That’s your official registered citizen identity in the Human world," Evelyn explained, a faint, mocking grin touching her lips. "The one tied to your ’Vespera’ disguise persona. It’s fully validated in the global database... Nobody from the Guilds or the Lord Association will ever trace it back to a scholarship kid from Valoria Academy."

Silas looked at the bold black lettering printed beneath the photograph.

’Did you have to say scholarship kid?’

He blinked.

His jaw slowly dropped, his face deadpanning as he read the name aloud to the empty room.

"...Kara White?"

Silas looked up from the card, staring at Evelyn in disbelief.

"Did you seriously have to pick the most generic unimaginative name in human history?!"
