"Can you build things, like devices for communication and other things."

"Yes. You can talk to each other within the star system easily with the Quantum Signal. Unless the distance is too great, everything should work."

"Also, can you build something that can take a peek at the distance? Like a telescope?"

"If you want, I can build a cosmic telescope. Of course, as long as the materials are provided."
