"What is going on?!"
The emperor looked at the battle in shock. "Is this truly a battle between them?"
She simply couldn’t believe that the alien was this powerful and Nathan’s group was even more terrifying.
When Nathan’s familiars opened the path, she witnessed how they were able to injure the alien.
"They’re able to injure something like that? And that kind of wound... If that kind of attack hits a planet..." The emperor gasped.
Devonio’s face darkened. The answer was obvious, but no one dared to say it. If this kind of power attacked them, 10% of their planet would have been destroyed. In other words, ten attacks of this level would be more than enough to destroy their planet.
"Wait. That’s blood and darkness?" The emperor was stunned when Selena and Nyx actually restrained its movement for a moment.
After that, Flora’s attack came.

"A massive amount of energy is detected. We can’t measure it." One of the staff reported.
Luna and Flora combined their powers and released a powerful beam toward the alien.
"This..." The emperor clenched her hands into fists.
"That single attack could probably annihilate the entire fleet you bring right now. Even if some battleships survive, there won’t be many of them left." Machina observed the battle carefully.
This was the master she currently served, the master who might allow her to fulfill her purpose.
Realizing that the situation had changed, everyone changed their approach since Nathan decided to make his move directly.
"Their leader is making the move!" The staff reported.
"They’re attacking from the right again."
"They succeeded!"
"The residual energy is coming this way. Brace for impact!"

The spaceship shook violently as the staff had a hard time stabilizing the spaceships. Fortunately, their shields were able to withstand the shockwave. If not, their spaceships might end up crashing into each other.
"It’s coming. They’re going to open the path again and launch an attack on its body!"
"Wait, no! The alien is turning!"
"It’s actually turning to their leader!"
The emperor observed carefully. This was the first time she had seen Nathan’s power. She wondered how powerful Nathan actually was.
"We’re detecting a spacetime fluctuation."
"Checking the origin!"
"It’s their leader!"
"He’s using the power of spacetime?"
"How can a human wield that kind of power directly?"
"No, look! The alien is attacking and its attack..."
All of them gasped when they saw the alien’s attack continued to travel without getting any closer to Nathan.
"He is... expanding the space around the alien’s attack?"
"Impossible. How did he do that?"
"No, that’s not important. He’s not just manipulating spacetime, he’s actually controlling it. How can someone expand this universe’s space and time?"
The staff simply couldn’t believe what they had just witnessed. It was something that couldn’t be described by science.
The emperor couldn’t help but tremble. If Nathan had actually released this kind of power back in the empire, there was no telling how much the empire would have to suffer.
He might even be able to turn back the planet’s size and distort it in a way that they wouldn’t be able to withstand the planet’s current shape, causing all the systems they had built would become invalid. The emperor’s face turned pale.
Machina turned to the emperor, noticing her pale face. "I wonder... what is the order you’ve given this time, Emperor."
"You have to call—" Devonio tried to stop Machina, but Machina simply ignored him.
"I am no longer affiliated with the empire because you have thrown me away for the new generation. However, I’m still being courteous as my master’s supporter.
"I’ve been searching for your plans in the system, but it looks like even the emperor hasn’t given out any orders yet.
"You must have been hiding your true intentions all this time, even from the Central Processing Unit or your subordinates.
"Well, I am merely trying to measure whether you will be a threat or not. After all, I can’t allow you to interfere in the battle between my master and this alien.
"So, tell me, Emperor. Are you intending to attack my master or are you intending to attack the alien? Maybe both?" Machina narrowed her eyes.
The emperor bit her lip. "If I say I’m planning to attack the alien, would you believe me?"
"Of course not. In the end, a part of you is still human, so I know the potential to lie." Machina shook her head. "Even the Central Processing Unit can lie if you just tell it what you want it to believe. This is why my master is not like you.
"The way he is able to create things and influence things is beyond your imagination. If you think you understand him, you will realize that he only lets you see what he wants you to see.
"Can’t you see it? All this time, it’s not his honor to be invited to the empire. It’s your honor to be able to invite him to the empire."
The emperor clenched her hands. "You talk too much. To think you’re divulging your master’s personal information."

The emperor glared at Machina. "Is he going to destroy the empire?"
