Swordsmanship Coach: Kill with One Slash
Chapter 139 - 119: Sword Shatters, Demon from HellChapter 139: Chapter 119: Sword Shatters, Demon from Hell
A piercing alarm suddenly blared, traveling over hill after hill to reach Su Xing’s ears.
It immediately intertwined with the incessant, sharp laughter of a woman clamoring in his mind, gradually morphing into a bizarre, evil, hoarse shriek.
More than that, the scene before Su Xing’s eyes seemed to warp and twist. To his naked eye, it was as if he had stepped into the world of an abstract painting.
The hills, the sky, the sun, and the wind blowing from the distance all spun and contorted, as if smeared with jumbled paints—bizarre, abstract, and radiating waves of intense resentment.
This onslaught of hallucinations was so intense that even Su Xing started to feel a faint, stabbing pain in his head.
’I have to end this quickly.’
Su Xing thought, forcefully shaking his head in an attempt to dislodge the nightmarish hallucinations.
Then, he heard loud laughter coming from various distant dunes. The laughter was filled with biting sarcasm, mockery, and thick malice.
Su Xing’s brow furrowed.
He slowly raised his head.
As far as he could see, several monsters stood there, their bodies festering as if they were corpses.
Their bodies were torn apart, barely maintaining a humanoid shape, as if they had been reassembled from rotting chunks of flesh. It was utterly nauseating.
These nauseating monsters were conferring about something in the distance, occasionally pointing in his direction with mocking smiles.
"What is this trash? Die!"
Su Xing’s eyes turned crimson, flashing with intense ferocity. He gripped his Black Sword and lunged, stabbing toward the nauseating monsters!
VMM!
A streak of red light flared across the dunes.
Su Xing’s sword-light was normally white, but now it blazed a blinding scarlet, its power unbelievably immense!
The terrifying force of his attack instantly blasted apart the air and space itself. In his wake, spatial rifts half the height of a man tore open one after another. At the same time, the air madly compressed by his passage transformed into a series of hyper-compressed shockwaves that blasted out in all directions!
He thrust the Black Sword straight ahead, aiming for the monsters.
Yet behind him, the turbulent air currents coalesced into the vague shape of a sword—a colossal black sword that seemed to materialize from nothing, thrusting forward in unison with Su Xing!
This move was Su Xing’s most recently mastered sword technique: Ocean Overturn!
It hailed from the same school as "Pierce Through" and "Mountain Breaker," relying on the thrust as its primary form of attack. However, "Ocean Overturn" placed an extremely high demand on the user’s physical body. If Su Xing hadn’t already raised nearly all of his sword techniques to the fourth tier, a single use would have forced him to rest for a long time.
However, its power was absolutely terrifying!
Provoked by the Cursed Power, his sword-light had shifted from white to a blinding red, elevating the technique’s might to an unimaginable degree!
BOOM!!!!
A red light flashed across the entire dune. Its speed was unimaginable—faster than the blink of an eye. Every nauseating monster still on its feet instantly disintegrated, exploding into a shower of tiny, rotten bits of flesh!
Monsters that had just emerged from the base upon hearing the alarm froze in a stunned daze. Then, they let out horrific screams, their foul, ugly faces contorting in ways that only intensified the feeling of revulsion.
Of course, the monsters were merely what Su Xing perceived. In reality, they were all genuine human beings.
Dozens of bodies in Spiritual Sect uniforms collapsed onto the sand. Half a breath later, with a crisp "CRACK," they broke apart into countless "pieces" like toys. Copious amounts of blood gushed from their remains, soaking the dunes.
Another squad from the Spiritual Sect ran out of the base, a scattered group of a dozen or so people. Standing just outside, they witnessed the utterly brutal scene, and expressions of terror appeared on their faces.
Some of the unluckier followers were even splattered with bits of flesh and blood that had flown from afar. They touched their faces, then let out bloodcurdling screams.
"AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"
Terrified screams continued to erupt from the crowd. An aura of fear enveloped them, but for some, it ignited a desperate ferocity!
Some of the men, their faces pale with an unnameable terror, unhesitatingly activated their Sequence-Abilities, unleashing a torrent of attacks on the distant demon.
’A single sword strike tore through space.’
’Before it even reached his comrades, they had been reduced to nothing but shredded flesh.’
Such a method was simply inconceivable. The intense fear only served to highlight Su Xing’s terrifying power, turning him into a true demon from Hell in the eyes of these Spiritualist Followers.
After the base’s alarm sounded, a continuous stream of Sequencers poured out of the abandoned military base.
These Sequencers belonged to different squads, each with its own leader, and their leaders’ opinions were naturally not all aligned.
Some squad leaders chose to attack Su Xing immediately. They were too far away to clearly see what kind of monster he was, or if he was even human. To them, the best defense was a good offense.
Others, however, attempted to communicate with Su Xing, hoping to avert the disaster.
Of course, the followers stationed here were of too low a rank; most didn’t recognize Su Xing. Otherwise, the moment they saw his face, any thought of communication would have been pointless.
