Chapter 301: Chapter 301 - It Counts Enough II (R)
Zac’s fingers dug into her waist, but he stayed still. His cock rested between her wet folds, hot and heavy, the head brushing near her clit while the length of him slid against her.
"Roxie," he breathed.
"I know."
She moved.
Slowly at first.
The head dragged over her clit, and her hips jerked from the sudden pleasure. Zac cursed under his breath, eyes locked on the place where she slid over him. Every roll of her hips coated him more, making the glide easier, more dangerous.
Zac’s hands stayed on her waist.
They had gone very still now.
Too still.
Roxie looked at his face and saw why. He was trying not to move. Trying not to thrust. Trying not to drag her down onto him and lose every bit of control he had left.
The realization made her wetter.
She rolled again, lower.
The head of him slipped down, nudging close to her entrance.
Both of them froze.
Zac’s eyes snapped to hers. "Careful." But the expression on his face made her wetter. They both knew what could happen if she pushed jus a little bit.
Her breath caught.
The pressure was there. Hot. Hard. Right at the place that had never taken him. Her body clenched around nothing, and the ache that answered scared her because it did not feel like fear only.
It felt like want.
She could lift.
She knew that.
Zac knew that too.
His voice came out strained. "Rox, if you push down, I’m gonna come."
The warning should have made her move away.
Instead, it made her whole body tighten.
Roxie stared at him, breathing hard, while the head of him pressed against her entrance. Only pressure. Only the beginning of something. But it felt like the edge of a door they had both been standing in front of for too long.
"Just a little," she whispered.
Zac’s eyes went wide. "Roxie."
"Just the tip."
His hands shook on her waist. "Are you sure?"
She nodded, too fast, too turned on, too far gone.
His voice roughened. "Words."
"Yes."
The word had barely left her mouth before her hips dropped.
Only a little.
The head of him pushed inside.
Roxie gasped sharply, fingers digging into his shoulders as the stretch hit her. It burned. A sudden, tight pressure that made her body lock around him. He was barely inside, only the thick head caught past the entrance, but it felt like too much and not enough at the same time.
Zac made a sound she had never heard from him before.
Broken.
Almost pained.
"Fuck. Roxie. Don’t move."
She couldn’t.
Her thighs trembled on either side of him. Her body fluttered around the unfamiliar stretch, trying to adjust, trying to pull him deeper, trying to push him out. The sharp edge of it faded into something hotter, and Roxie’s breath came out shaky.
Zac was shaking under her.
His hands stayed on her waist, but he wasn’t moving her. He wasn’t thrusting. He wasn’t taking anything.
He was just inside enough to ruin both of them.
Roxie looked down between them.
Most of him was still outside, slick against her folds. Only the swollen head had disappeared into her, stretching her open around him.
It was only the tip.
It was still enough.
Her body clenched.
Zac choked on her name. "Roxie, I’m gonna come."
The words hit her through the heat, but her body reacted before her brain caught up. She clenched again, harder this time, the pressure and the ache and the shock rolling together until pleasure snapped through her.
Her orgasm hit fast and bright.
Roxie cried out, gripping his shoulders as her body pulsed around the head of him. Zac tried to lift her. She felt his hands tighten like he meant to pull her off, but then his whole body locked beneath her.
"Shit," he groaned.
The first pulse of him spilled inside.
Roxie froze through the aftershock.
Zac came hard, hips jerking once before he forced himself still again, his face twisting as he emptied just inside her. It was too much. Too close. Too real. His arms wrapped around her, holding her against him while his body shook through every pulse.
Roxie stayed on top of him, breathing in broken little gasps, still stretched around just the head of him.
The room went quiet except for the music and their breathing.
For a few seconds, she couldn’t think.
Her body was still floating from the orgasm, still clenching weakly around him, still too sensitive where he was caught inside her. Zac’s forehead dropped against her shoulder. His breath was hot on her skin.
Then he went completely still.
"Shit," he whispered.
The word sounded different this time.
Roxie blinked slowly. "What?"
Zac lifted his head.
His face had changed.
The heat was still there, but underneath it was something colder. Fear. Real fear.
"I came inside."
The words moved through her slowly.
Then all at once.
Roxie looked down between them.
He was already slipping softer, the head still partly inside her, the rest of him wet against her folds. She felt something warm leak out around him and slide down her inner thigh.
Her stomach dropped.
Zac saw her face and immediately held her tighter. "Rox."
"You came inside."
"I know."
"Inside me."
"I know." His voice cracked. "I know. Fuck."
The panic arrived late, but when it came, it came hard.
Roxie’s hands shook on his shoulders. The room still smelled like dinner and sex. The plates were still on the table. Her shorts were on the floor. A few minutes ago she had been laughing, teasing him, telling him to sit down.
Now Zac had come inside her.
She looked at him, and the question came out small before she could stop it. "Does that count?"
Zac closed his eyes for half a second like the question hurt him.
When he opened them, he didn’t lie.
"It counts enough."
Her throat tightened.
Zac’s hands moved carefully on her waist. "I’m going to lift you, okay?"
Roxie nodded.
He lifted her slowly.
The soft slide of him slipping free made her whimper. It was not only pleasure now. It was soreness, wetness, and the horrible reality of what had happened. More warmth followed, spilling down between her thighs.
Zac saw it.
His face went pale.
"Fuck," he whispered again, but quieter this time, like he was talking to himself.
Roxie lowered herself onto the couch beside him, pulling her knees together. She felt exposed in a different way now. Naked, sore, wet with both of them, and suddenly scared enough that the air felt thin.
Zac reached for his discarded shirt with shaking hands. "Can I clean you?"
Roxie stared at him for a second.
He looked terrified.
Not of her. For her.
That was worse.
She nodded. "Okay."
He moved carefully, touching her like she might break. The shirt was soft against her inner thigh, but Roxie still flinched when he wiped the mess from her skin. Zac stopped instantly.
"Did I hurt you?"
"A little."
His face crumpled.
"Zac," she said quickly, even though her voice shook. "It wasn’t like that."
"I should have pulled out."
"You tried."
"I still came."
"I pushed down."
His eyes lifted to hers. "I let you."
The honesty sat between them.
For a second, neither of them spoke.
Roxie swallowed and looked away, because if she kept looking at his face, she might cry before she understood what she was crying about.
"I wanted to feel it," she admitted.
Zac’s hand tightened around the shirt. "I know."
"And then I came, and you..."
"I know."
The words were quiet now. Smaller.
Roxie hated how fast everything had changed. She still felt him in her body. The stretch. The pressure. The shock of being filled even that little. Part of her was still turned on by it, which made the fear feel worse.
Zac sat back beside her, shirt ruined in his hand. He looked like he wanted to touch her and was afraid to.
Roxie reached for his wrist.
He looked down at her hand.
"I’m scared," she said.
His face twisted. "Me too."
That answer scared her more than if he had pretended everything was fine.
Zac moved closer slowly. "We’ll handle it."
"How?"
"I don’t know yet." He swallowed hard. "But we will. Pharmacy. Whatever we need. I’ll go. I’ll take you. I’ll do anything."
Roxie closed her eyes.
The word pharmacy made it real in a new way.
This was no longer a dirty accident on the couch. It had become something with consequences. Something with clocks and chances and maybe a plastic test later if they got it wrong.
Zac’s fingers threaded through hers.
"I’m sorry," he said.
Roxie opened her eyes. "I pushed down."
"I should have been smarter."
"I wanted it."
"I wanted it too."
That was the problem.
They had both wanted it.
For one reckless second, wanting had been louder than every warning.
Roxie looked at him, at his swollen mouth and scared eyes, at the boy who had sat through dinner because she told him to and then lost control because she had pushed them too close.
Her throat burned.
"It was only the tip," she whispered.
Zac’s hand tightened around hers.
His voice came out low, rough, and honest.
"It was still enough."
The room went quiet again.
The music had ended at some point. Roxie hadn’t noticed.
Zac reached for the blanket from the back of the couch and wrapped it around her shoulders. He kept his hands gentle, careful, like he was still asking permission with every touch. Roxie let him pull her closer because fear had made her cold now.
She leaned into his chest.
His heart was racing.
So was hers.
For a while, they just sat there on the couch, naked under the blanket, holding each other in the mess they had made. Roxie could still feel the ache between her legs. Could still feel the warm slide of what had spilled from her. Could still hear Zac saying inside.
The surprise had lasted maybe ten minutes.
The consequence could last a lot longer.
Zac pressed his mouth to her hair, his voice barely above a whisper.
"I’ve got you."
Roxie wanted to believe him.
She held his hand tighter and stared at the dinner plates still sitting on the table.
