Just then, another elf suddenly cried out in surprise, "Wait, the equipment on those elves... is it all Micro-Light Level Magic Equipment?"
Evans was shaken and quickly focused his gaze on them.
Sure enough, the weapons in their hands and the leather armor they wore were all inscribed with intricate runes.
Judging from the energy fluctuations that erupted during their clashes, it was undoubtedly Micro-Light Level Magic Equipment.
But the sheer quantity...
Evans drew in a sharp breath.
There were at least fifty or sixty elves on the training ground. If all of them were equipped as he suspected, that meant there were at least a hundred pieces of Micro-Light Level Magic Equipment!
Micro-Light Level Magic Equipment wasn't a dime a dozen; every single piece was worth a fortune.
The number of Micro-Light Level Magic Equipment their entire clan possessed could be counted on one hand.
And yet, the Silver Moon Race had equipped even their ordinary members with it!
'Just how vast must their financial resources be?'
"Lord Darian," Evans said, swallowing hard, "forgive me for asking, but where does your clan procure so much Micro-Light Level Magic Equipment? As far as I know, there's no supplier on the market with that kind of volume."
Darian chuckled and shook his head. "We didn't procure them. Anton crafted them all."
Anton?
Evans and the others were stunned.
The Silver Moon Race elf who created that powerful combat technique was also named Anton.
'Could they just have the same name?'
As if sensing their thoughts, Darian smiled. "We only have one clan member named Anton."
Evans and the others were astonished.
'Someone who could create such an ingenious combat technique must be a powerful Warrior,' they thought. 'How could he possibly be an expert in Alchemy at the same time?'
"Don't tell me he practices both magic and martial arts?" Evans was the first to realize.
"That's right." Darian smiled and nodded.
As understanding dawned on them, their admiration and curiosity for this elder they had yet to meet grew.
Practitioners of both magic and martial arts were all rare geniuses, without exception. It was even more incredible for one to also create their own combat techniques and craft Micro-Light Level Magic Equipment.
'That elder must be a truly extraordinary individual.'
Just then, a muffled boom suddenly rang out, instantly drawing their attention.
In the center of the training ground, a massive humanoid creature had appeared out of nowhere.
"An Alchemy Puppet." A look of amazement appeared in Evans's eyes.
It was the first time he had ever seen an Alchemy Puppet with such a strange design.
But Darian's next words left him stunned.
"This is an Alchemy Puppet created by Anton. It's called a Yellow Turban Warrior."
'Anton again!'
Evans marveled.
'This elder even knows how to craft Alchemy Puppets?'
'He's a true master of Alchemy.'
Just as Evans was pondering how to request a meeting with this elder, he caught sight of an Elf Maiden approaching the Yellow Turban Warrior. Without a word, she raised her War Axe and charged.
And so, the elf and the puppet began to clash fiercely before everyone's eyes.
At this, Evans swallowed the words on the tip of his tongue and watched the battle with rapt attention.
The maiden didn't look very old, but her strength was unexpectedly formidable.
'She has to be at least at the mid-Silver Tier!'
'She's almost on par with me, a clan leader!'
'A major clan is truly a major clan, brimming with talent. Even a young elf has the strength of the mid-Silver Tier.'
Evans marveled to himself.
What was puzzling, however, was that he couldn't seem to detect any aura of Magic Power on the maiden.
'But that's impossible,' he thought. 'How could a Warrior who hasn't even condensed their Magic Power fight on even terms with a mid-Silver Tier Alchemy Puppet?'
Evans shook his head with a self-deprecating smile, then turned to Darian. "That young lady is remarkably strong. I presume she's the leading figure of your clan's younger generation? If you don't mind my asking, how old is she?"
Darian's expression suddenly grew peculiar. He smiled and said, "If you mean Romance, she hasn't come of age yet."
Evans's expression froze.
'She's not even an adult yet?'
'Her talent is simply incredible!'
Before he could recover, Darian continued, "As for being a leading figure of the younger generation, you could say that. After all, she is a Wind-whisperer."
"However, she isn't the only Wind-whisperer in our Clan."
Darian pointed to an Elf Maiden watching from the edge of the training ground. "Her name is Eleanor. She's also a Wind-whisperer, and her strength isn't far behind Romance's."
'Ten years ago, Romance and Eleanor were evenly matched.'
'But Romance's strength has soared in recent years, breaking through from the low-Silver Tier to the mid-Silver Tier in a remarkably short time.'
'It's said to be because she's practicing a special breathing technique of Anton's own creation, which has completely transformed her fighting style.'
'Even now, Darian couldn't understand how Romance had strengthened her body to such a degree without using any Magic Power.'
'But regardless, the effects of this special breathing technique were plain to see.'
'He had heard the Elder Council was already considering promoting this special breathing technique, but they were still deliberating because practicing it consumed vast resources.'
Of course, Darian would never reveal such a core secret of the Clan to an outsider.
He didn't mention a word of this. Looking at Evans, who couldn't hide the shock in his expression, he dropped another bombshell.
"However, neither of them is the strongest of the younger generation."
Evans was startled. "Then who is?"
"Anton," Darian said with a faint smile.
Anton?
Evans stood there dumbfounded.
He clearly remembered that Darian had just said there was only one elf in the entire Silver Moon Race named Anton.
'Could it be...?'
Evans suddenly realized, his voice cracking. "The Anton you speak of... is he the same Anton who practices both magic and martial arts?"
"That's right," Darian nodded.
The expressions on the faces of Evans and his high-ranking elves instantly became a sight to behold.
They had always assumed that the person who could create such ingenious combat techniques, mass-produce Micro-Light Level Magic Equipment, and even craft Silver Tier Alchemy Puppets had to be an experienced, world-weary elder of the Elf Race, at least several hundred years old.
But now Darian was telling them that this "elder" was not some centuries-old sage, but a peer of those two young maidens!
'What kind of joke is this?'
'This is too fantastical to be true!'
"What tier is Anton now?" an elf behind Evans couldn't help but ask.
The other elves also looked over, their interest piqued.
'High-Silver Tier? Or Silver Peak?'
'Either way, combined with his talent for Alchemy, he would be considered a once-in-a-millennium genius!'
"Golden Tier," Darian said.
The clearing instantly fell deathly silent.
Evans and his high-ranking elves stood frozen, their faces looking as if they had seen a ghost.
'Golden Tier...'
'That's too fucking absurd!'
'Does such a genius really exist in this world?'
Seeing that they were all shocked speechless, Darian tactfully swallowed the rest of what he was going to say.
'If he told them that Anton hadn't even come of age yet—that he was still just a kid—their jaws would probably hit the floor.'
After a long silence, Evans finally spoke, his gaze firmer than ever before.
"Lord Darian, our clan is willing to join the Silver Moon Race."
"I will return at once and bring all my people to migrate here."
The elves standing behind Evans exchanged glances, and none raised any objections.
Since entering the forest, everything they had seen and heard along the way proved that the Silver Moon Race was stronger and had greater potential than they had imagined.
For them, joining such a Clan had countless benefits and no drawbacks.
"On behalf of the Clan, I welcome you."
A genuine smile appeared on Darian's face.
"You can begin preparing for the migration. When the time comes, we will send people to escort you."
"Very well." Evans didn't refuse the offer.
'With an escort from the Silver Moon Race, the migration would be much safer.'
The two sides exchanged a few more pleasantries, and then Evans took his leave with his people.
Watching their figures disappear over the edge of the Eldron Plain, Darian breathed a sigh of relief, a heartfelt smile gracing his features.
This was the sixth elf clan to join the Silver Moon Race.
Once Evans's clan had fully migrated, the Clan's total population would surpass the three-thousand mark.
Three thousand members was still not enough to be considered a major clan among the Elf Race, but it was a quantum leap compared to seven years ago.
On the Dawn Continent, population was power.
Compared to seven years ago, the Silver Moon Race's strength had taken another great leap forward.
After reveling in his joy for a while, Darian calmed himself and turned toward the Eternal Hall.
'I still have to report this to the three elders.'
As he passed through a winding arboreal corridor, Darian's pace slowed slightly when he went by several ancient, vine-wrapped oaks.
Beneath each of the oaks stood a treehouse. They were spaced far apart, and with guards posted at every door, the security looked tight.
Those were the recently built Spirit Gathering Rooms.
Inside, an Array developed by Anton called the "Spirit Gathering Array" was set up. It could gather elemental energy, drastically increasing its concentration.
Darian had personally experienced the effects of the Spirit Gathering Array.
When he cultivated inside a Spirit Gathering Room, the speed at which he could condense Magic Power more than doubled.
Combined with the aid of a Dragon Essence Potion, he had managed to break through to Silver Peak this quickly.
And he was only just over three hundred years old now.
In terms of the lifespan of the Elf Race, he was in his prime.
Barring any accidents, his promotion to the Golden Tier within his lifetime was practically guaranteed.
Unfortunately, setting up a Spirit Gathering Array required many rare materials, so the Clan had only managed to build five Spirit Gathering Rooms so far. For the time being, they were only available for use by clan members at the Silver Tier or higher.
The Spirit Gathering Array and the Dragon Essence Potion were the Silver Moon Race's greatest secrets.
No one outside the Race knew of their existence.
That was why Darian had not brought Evans and the others here just now.
Otherwise, if they were to reveal just the Spirit Gathering Array alone, the elf clans scattered across the Eldron Plain would probably be fighting over each other to join the Silver Moon Race.
At this thought, Darian was once again filled with emotion.
The strength of the Silver Moon Race was growing at an unprecedented rate.
And it was all thanks to Anton.
The child he had watched grow up had now become the strongest pillar of the Silver Moon Race.
