"So, they got away?"

Space suddenly stretched before violently compressing as three figures were spat out.

Ronan, Hesa, and Yen appeared above a waterfall.

Yen hurriedly caught Ronan before he could fall.

Feeling the soft hand supporting him, Ronan couldn’t help but thank her as yen carefully lowered him onto the ground.

Ronan longed for the day he could finally fly after all being carried around by Yen was...not exactly befitting of the future leader of the Abyss.

The three looked around, trying to determine where they had arrived.

A massive river flowed beneath the waterfall while a cool breeze brushed against their faces.

The sounds of animals echoed through the forest, mixed with the chirping of birds and the buzzing of insects.

For the first time in a long while, the three felt their bodies instinctively relax.

Hesa carefully observed the waterfall and the surrounding space.

Hesa asked.

The hand washing her back suddenly stopped.
