I looked around in awe.

Luna was doing the same.

Then we continued deeper into the ruins.

Not long afterward, we came across a massive door.

"There’s something hidden over there."

I pointed toward one of the walls.

Isabella looked toward the location I indicated.

She examined it carefully.

Compared to the surrounding walls, that section looked slightly different.

Its color was a little duller.

And the material seemed slightly weaker.

Isabella drew her sword.

She swung it once.

A clean line appeared across the wall.

Then the entire section split apart as easily as cutting through cheese.

Elena immediately stepped forward.

"Light Spear!"

A spear of light shot forward and blasted the remaining debris away.

Behind it was a small hidden compartment.

Inside were several items.

A few monster cores.

And some coins.

I immediately activated my Perception.

I carefully searched the entire compartment for traps.

Only after confirming it was safe did I look toward Isabella.

"Can I go inside?"

She nodded.

I stepped into the compartment.

Luna followed me.

I looked toward Isabella.

"Can we learn skills from scrolls that belong to other elements?"

I looked around the compartment again.

More than ten small dark bullets formed around me.

The other two immediately charged toward her.

I raised Eclipse and rushed forward.

"The one on the right!"

I intercepted the Orc on the left.

Its club came crashing toward me.

I blocked it.

The spear struck.

The Orc collapsed.

I looked toward Luna.

Luna and I looked at each other.

Then we raised our hands.

We high-fived.

Amy, Elena, and Isabella were still fighting the Dragonoid Beasts.

Their skin was incredibly tough.

Most attacks barely managed to damage them.

Amy and Elena had to attack several times to bring each one down.

I watched for a moment.

Then an idea came to me.

I looked toward Isabella.

She was the leader of our group.

If I acted without her permission, the entire formation could fall apart.

Isabella looked toward the remaining Dragonoid Beasts.

At the same time, I pulled Space Mana into it.

The two affinities began mixing.

The darkness became deeper.

Darker.

Until even the surrounding light seemed to disappear around it.
