The First Patriarch: Streaming My Cosmic Harem
Chapter 101: Kusarigama Lesson ThreeThe next morning, according to the internal cycle of the silver time barrier, Azriel stepped onto the packed dirt of the training ground.
He was dressed in a sleek, brand-new set of high-density black training gear, fresh out of spatial storage to replace the pair Rosalind had shamelessly shredded with her aether the night before.
He moved effortlessly, fully recharged after a hearty, protein-rich breakfast with Rosalind.
Vesperia hadn’t joined them at the dining table, though Azriel wasn’t particularly surprised.
Given her monstrously high level as an Overlord, her body no longer required mundane sustenance.
As Azriel walked toward the center of the arena, he casually glanced through the analytics panel hovering in his line of sight.

A small, satisfied smirk touched his lips. His balance was steadily climbing, inching ever closer to that six-figure 100,000 KP milestone.
Because his eyes were occupied with the floating UI, he failed to notice Vesperia watching his approach from across the arena.
But driven by pure instinct, Azriel caught a fleeting sensation, her golden, feline eyes flicking downward, locking onto his crotch with a strange, lingering intensity before smoothly snapping back up to his face.
Azriel paused mid-stride, subtly checking if his gear was misplaced or if he was somehow standing erect, but everything was perfectly in place.
Looking up at her properly, he noticed her choice of attire for the day.
She was wearing a tight black tank top that strained against her massive, voluptuous bust and fitted black gym shorts that showcased her incredibly thick, sculpted thighs.
Azriel couldn’t help the slight, instinctual gulp that caught in his throat.
Remembering his daily routine, he fired up the divine stream interface.
He had already pre-set the thumbnail and title earlier, a simple, blunt "Training with Mother-in-Law: Day 2", since it was just another day of relentless drills.
The moment the broadcast went live, divine viewers flooded the chat in a roaring wave.
First to appear, as always, was his beautiful goddess, Seraphine, followed closely by [Moon_Priestess_99] and the rest of the VIP regulars.
Azriel gave the chat a lazy wave as he closed the distance.
"Yo, bitches," he greeted the stream casually.
And explained that today’s stream would be just another regular grind session, mastering the weapon.
Stopping ten paces across from Vesperia, he offered a smooth nod.
"Good morning, Senior."
Vesperia offered a crisp, knowing nod, a subtle, unreadable glint dancing in her golden pupils.
"Good morning, Azriel. You look... remarkably well-rested."
Noticing her sharp gaze, Azriel offered a slightly sheepish grin, scratching the back of his neck as his mind flashed back to the chaotic events of the previous night.
Vesperia let out a low, husky chuckle, her golden eyes glinting with quiet amusement.
Raising the Kusarigama with a casual flick of her wrist, she let the heavy iron fundo sway gently beside her boot in a smooth, rhythmic pendulum arc.
"No more idle swinging," Vesperia announced, her tone shifting into that of a strict, unyielding grandmaster.
"Today, we begin your third lesson on the kusarigama: dynamic and precise aiming," Vesperia commanded, her authoritative voice echoing under the silver dome.
"So let’s get started."
With a light wave of her hand, Vesperia activated five rune-inscribed wooden targets that rose out of the dirt arena floor, positioning themselves at varying distances, three, five, ten, fifteen, and twenty paces away.
"Aiming a kusarigama is fundamentally different from firing an arrow or throwing a spear," Vesperia explained, her voice sharp and educational.
"A projectile moves in a straight line governed by initial force. The fundo, however, travels along a curved vector that is constantly influenced by centrifugal force, momentum decay, and the release angle of your slack."
She gestured toward the nearest target five paces away.
"The fundamental rule of aiming the iron weight lies in the Release Point. As you spin the fundo in a vertical clockwise orbit, the ball forms a continuous circle. To strike a target directly in front of you, you must release the tension in your wrist at the exact moment the weight reaches the 9-o’clock position on its rotation arc."
Demonstrating with effortless precision, Vesperia set her fundo into a rapid vertical spin.
Wuuush—
The iron ball whistled in a razor-flat circle. Just as the weight hit the rear quadrant of its arc, her wrist snapped subtly forward.
SNAP— BANG!
The iron weight shot forward like a cannonball, striking the exact center of the five-pace dummy with a thunderous crack before instantly recoiling back into her palm.
"If you release too early, at 12 o’clock, the ball flies skyward," Vesperia noted smoothly, catching the returning weight in one effortless movement.
"If you release too late, at 6 o’clock, it slams into the dirt at your feet. The trajectory is entirely dictated by the precise millisecond your wrist releases that stored kinetic tension."
What followed was two agonizing hours of Vesperia droning on about dynamic vectors, angular momentum, friction coefficients, and spatial trajectory curves.
Azriel stood there with a glazed look in his eyes, feeling as though his brain were slowly melting right out of his ears from sheer theoretical overload.
Finally, after exhausting every possible piece of physics jargon, she turned her golden eyes toward him, her playful demeanor vanishing as her tone hardened into that of a strict, unyielding instructor.
"Of course, in the heat of a battle, you won’t have the luxury of counting degrees or measuring clock faces. True mastery relies entirely on pure combat instinct, an instinct that only forms after tens of thousands of repetitions until the weapon becomes an extension of your own blood."
She gestured toward the line of target dummies with a dismissive sweep of her clawed hand.
"So that is precisely what we are going to do today and for the days that follows, practice. You will stand here and throw until my eyes are satisfied with your consistency, no matter how many days it takes."
Vesperia crossed her arms beneath her massive chest.
"Forget the theoretical numbers I just gave you. Step up, trust your instincts, and throw what feels right."
Azriel stared at her, giving her a flat, deadpan look that clearly translated to, ’Then why the hell did you just give me a whole lecture about the fucking Physics of Kusarigama?’
Catching his unamused expression, Vesperia casually shrugged her shoulders, a smirk tugging at her lips.
"Hey, don’t look at me like that, that’s just what the official textbooks say," she said smoothly, spinning her own weapon with a lazy flick of her wrist.
"I only mentioned it so you wouldn’t come crying to me later after reading some manuals."
