Chapter 178: Chapter 163-164: The Game

As Xu Chang’an walked out of Gray Rat Cave, he saw a dozen or so figures standing in mid-air amidst the distant Cloud Sea Peak.

The leader was a Peacock Demon, and the aura it radiated was surprisingly that of a Top-tier Great Demon.

Behind it were a dozen or so Demons. Some had revealed their true forms, while others had assumed human shape.

Another streak of light flashed, and a new figure appeared before Gray Rat Cave.

It was a powerfully built, middle-aged man with two large horns sprouting from his head.

The Big-horned Sheep Spirit’s name was Mo Siyi, so Xu Chang’an addressed him as Fellow Daoist Mo.

"Fellow Daoist Mo, you’re here! Oh, I’m so frightened!" Yu Lulu said with a smile, drifting toward him.

"Fellow Daoist Yu, please don’t make fun of me!"

The Big-horned Sheep Spirit backed away a few steps.

He was clearly well aware of Yu Lulu’s reputation.

The Powerful Bear Demon was away on an escort mission and wasn’t currently on the mountain.

The demons of Shuyun Peak were, for the most part, now gathered in one place.

Amidst Cloud Sea Peak, Sherri had stepped forward and was now in discussion with the Law Enforcement Demons from Peacock Mountain.

Then, several streaks of light flashed from behind the Peacock Demon, heading toward the various peaks.

Cloud Sea Peak comprised a total of five mountains, each dotted with numerous cave residences.

Two of those streaks of light flew toward Shuyun Peak, where Xu Chang’an resided.

"Fellow Daoists, I am a Law Enforcement Demon from Peacock Mountain. My name is Shi Yunxing, and this is my colleague, Wu Zhixiu!"

Two Great Demons appeared before Shuyun Peak.

One was a Stone Bear Demon, the other a Giant Elephant Demon.

The auras of their cultivation radiated outwards; both were veteran Great Demons at the Mid-stage of Foundation Establishment!

"According to the intelligence we’ve received, a Tribulation Cultivator has infiltrated Cloud Sea Peak. We must ask all fellow Daoists to deactivate the mountain’s Array and allow us to enter and conduct a search!"

Xu Chang’an’s gaze sharpened.

He glanced at the Stone Bear Demon, then over at Sherri, who was still conversing with the Peacock Demon in the distance.

"Fellow Daoist Shi, Fellow Daoist Wu, greetings to you both," Yu Lulu said with a smile. She took a Restriction Token from her Storage Bag, preparing to deactivate the Array Restriction on Shuyun Peak.

Yu Lulu was a Tier Two High Grade Array Master. Whenever she was on the mountain, she was typically responsible for managing the Restriction Token for the Mountain Protection Array.

"Fellow Daoist Yu, wait!"

Xu Chang’an called out.

"What is it, Gray Rat Alchemist?"

Yu Lulu gave Xu Chang’an a surprised look.

Xu Chang’an said nothing.

"Fellow Daoist Grey Rat, is something wrong!?" Mo Siyi, the Big-horned Sheep Spirit standing to one side, also asked.

With a Tribulation Cultivator having snuck in, he was eager for the Peacock Mountain Law Enforcement Demons to come in and start their investigation as soon as possible.

’Who knew where those Tribulation Cultivators were hiding!’

Seeing that Shuyun Peak’s Mountain Protection Array still hadn’t been lowered, the two Peacock Mountain Law Enforcement Demons hovering in mid-air began to look impatient.
