Chapter 1315: Chapter 1315: Classroom Brawl
Just as Lin Tian expected, Liou Qingcheng was very satisfied with this set of wedding attire, but she didn’t take it away immediately. One reason was that Lin Tian had reserved three sets of traditional bridal dresses here, and the other reason was that this clothing store also had a wedding photo package, so she would still need to wear it later, thus she decided to leave it at the store for now.
Hooking her arm around Lin Tian’s, Liou Qingcheng returned to the car, her face beaming with joy that she couldn’t contain.
"Where do you want to go now?" Lin Tian asked.
Liou Qingcheng glanced at her watch and said, "Did you just lose your mind watching? It’s meal time now, isn’t it?"
Lin Tian took a look, and it indeed was. He asked, "What do you want to eat? I’m all ears."
Liou Qingcheng smiled and said, "I want something you make."
"All right, then you call Bai Shishi, let’s head home to eat. We’ll also swing by the supermarket; since you said you wanted to stay over, we need to buy some daily necessities and grab some groceries," Lin Tian said.
"Okay."
...
Compared to other girls, Liou Qingcheng would need much fewer daily necessities... She didn’t wear makeup, just bought some common skincare brands, a doll she slept with, and a few sets of clothes. It took less than ten minutes to get everything. Lin Tian didn’t need to buy any daily necessities, as Bai Shishi had already prepared everything for him.
Meanwhile, Lin Tian acted separately, buying some flour, shrimp, meat, and vegetables intending to make noodles.
When they drove back to Bai Shishi’s villa, Bai Shishi and the others had already returned.
Miaoqiu said with a smile, "They all say your cooking is good, but I haven’t tasted it yet. If it’s really tasty, you’ll be our exclusive chef for all four of us."
Mei Ruyan was lounging on the sofa and said with a smile, "If Shishi wasn’t pregnant, this guy wouldn’t cook so easily."
Bai Shishi noticed the daily necessities Liou Qingcheng bought and suddenly realized, inviting Lin Tian to go to the kitchen and make noodles while she took Liou Qingcheng to see the room prepared for her.
About half an hour later, a big pot of fresh shrimp noodles was ready.
Speaking of the noodles, they were made by mixing flour and free-range chicken eggs in the right proportion to form a dough. Then, using Spiritual Qi, the dough was pulled back and forth until the noodles were uniformly thick, chewy, and delicious.
Then they were boiled in clear water, taken out, and put into a pre-prepared pork bone broth. The cut vegetables and shelled shrimp were added, switching from high heat to low heat, and then Spiritual Qi was added.
In the living room, the TV was playing, and the four beauties were eating snacks and chatting, but mostly focused on Lin Tian in the kitchen. Through the kitchen’s oil-proof glass door, they could see his busy figure and the charming movements while kneading dough, pulling noodles, and cutting vegetables, making him look less like a homemaker and more like a skilled martial artist.
Besides his attractiveness, the four women were truly hungry, and Miaoqiu even ran to the kitchen for a peek. As soon as she smelled the broth, she couldn’t help but swallow, wanting to taste it but was chased out by Lin Tian.
Once the noodles were ready, the four women felt their stomachs rumbling with hunger; the aroma from the soup further whetted their appetites.
They joyfully ate two big bowls, then lounged comfortably on the sofa, rubbing their bellies.
After resting enough, Bai Shishi, Mei Ruyan, and Miaoqiu returned to the company. Lin Tian and Liou Qingcheng went to school because they still had classes in the afternoon.
The first class in the afternoon was Anatomy & Histology; although it included anatomy, not every class involved dissecting small animals. There was professional knowledge to grasp as well.
Anatomy was a very important basic course in ancient medicine, so it was a required course in the first year.
The Anatomy & Histology teacher was surnamed Yang, a middle-aged woman about fifty years old, somewhat stout, with half-gray half-white hair, wearing high-strength glasses. She loved to laugh and was liked by the students.
These were what Lin Tian learned from Liou Qingcheng because the class hadn’t started, and neither of them had entered the classroom yet, just gaining preliminary understanding. After all, having more knowledge was beneficial when unfamiliar with the teacher.
About five minutes before class started, Lin Tian was already holding Liou Qingcheng’s hand, walking to the classroom floor. Anatomy & Histology wasn’t as popular as Zhao Xuefeng and Hua Dongxu’s classes, so there was no need to jostle for seats. Naturally, there was no rush.
But what Lin Tian didn’t expect was that this floor was crowded, and they were all blocking the door of the classroom he was heading to, peering inside, causing quite a commotion. It was obvious something was happening, but these students seemed eager for drama, watching with excitement.
Liou Qingcheng politely tapped the shoulder of a female student she didn’t know and asked, "Classmate, can I ask what’s happening?"
The female student replied, "Two guys inside started fighting, apparently over a girl."
This was her class, so the ones fighting inside were naturally her classmates. Liou Qingcheng definitely knew them, but with the hallway crowded, she couldn’t see inside the classroom.
"Do you know who’s fighting?"
The female student shook her head.
While they were speaking, Lin Tian had already activated his X-ray vision, and seeing was a shock—inside the classroom, the fighters were indeed Li, and a slightly chubby young man. From the looks of it, Li couldn’t compete, already kicked to the ground.
Lin Tian saw this scene and his heart became anxious.
If Li were winning, Lin Tian wouldn’t worry. But now this guy was skinnier than the other by two sizes, if he didn’t get help soon, he’d be done!
Lin Tian quickly pushed through the crowd in front of him, shouting, "Make way, make way, the teacher is coming!"
At school, the mention of a teacher’s name was quite effective among students. Now the classroom was filled with intense fighting, so upon hearing that a teacher was coming, many instinctively made way, looking back.
Lin Tian seized this opportunity, pulling Liou Qingcheng’s hand and squeezed forward. To prevent boys from getting handsy, Lin Tian kept a large space for Liou Qingcheng, allowing him to stop any inappropriate advances.
Once they reached the door, Liou Qingcheng finally saw the situation in the classroom and was stunned by the sight.
She didn’t expect the one fighting to be Li. Nor had she thought Li would be injured, with blood like crazy over his head and arms, kicked to the ground looking battered, but still stubbornly clinging to a chair with his left hand.
As for the other slightly chubby guy, he was also holding a chair, looking down at Li with heavy breathing, pointing a finger at Li’s nose and shouting, "F**k you, come on! Let’s see if you get out alive today!"
