Lin Fei didn’t expect the strength of these two demon beasts to be so formidable. They were in the True Body Realm, no wonder they could cause such a spectacle here, making it seem like a bulldozer had passed through.

"No worries, let them follow. Haven’t you noticed? With them around, we haven’t encountered any other demon beasts. Their deterrence is immensely powerful, rest assured." Little Black replied.

Hearing this, Lin Fei was at a loss for words. He used the Godspeed Talisman, dragging Xiao Dao along, but couldn’t pick up much speed, always on the verge of being caught, his heart pounding with fear.

However, Little Black wasn’t wrong. With the Demon Energy emitted by those two beasts, other demon beasts kept their distance.

And although the two demon beasts chased him, they could never catch up, which made Lin Fei feel somewhat reassured. Even if they repeatedly hurled attacks at him, Lin Fei could still dodge, rendering their offensive words futile.

"Awoooo!!"

A wolf howl resonated as one White Wolf suddenly attacked the other.

The other White Wolf quickly retaliated, unleashing a flaming projectile, directing it towards the attacking White Wolf’s claw. It rebounded with a clash.

"Roar!"

The White Wolf lunged aggressively at the other White Wolf, the two wolves grappling once again.

Lin Fei finally stopped, letting out a sigh of relief. Watching the white wolves fighting below, he remarked, "At least their attention is off me now, thank goodness. They’re really something else."

The wolves clashed as if two small houses were colliding, the impact filled with power. The resulting gusts were like a storm, leaving Lin Fei hovering in the air, waiting for the outcome of their battle.

Lin Fei wanted to see who would come out on top after their fight.

"Aren’t you leaving? I suspect they’re setting you up." Little Black said with a chuckle.

"Why would they set me up? You’re treating them like humans with complex minds. Relax." Lin Fei replied.

"You’re underestimating these demons. They’re all ruthless, especially wolves." Little Black commented.

Lin Fei gave a dismissive smile, "Whatever, I’ll watch for a bit. If they stop fighting or finish the fight or keep fighting, I’ll leave."

"Fine, suit yourself. But if something goes wrong, don’t say I didn’t warn you." Little Black said, then fell silent.

Just then, Lin Fei noticed the two white wolves rolling towards him while fighting, and feeling the danger, he slowly flew towards the distance.

Suddenly, a wolf howl! The two white wolves charged at Lin Fei like lightning. Lin Fei was stunned; he hadn’t expected them to attack him just as Little Black predicted.

But even if they did, so what? Using the Godspeed Talisman, Lin Fei instantly transformed into a ray of Flowing Light.

Chomp!

The two massive jaws snapped shut, with teeth clashing loudly. Cold sweat ran down Lin Fei’s back; he hadn’t expected them to be so formidable. He realized he couldn’t take them lightly and quickly put distance between them.

Just a little more, and Lin Fei’s coat hem would’ve been bitten off if it weren’t for his quick reflexes. He realized Xiao Dao would’ve been doomed. Quickly, Lin Fei flew away.

Thankfully, Lin Fei encountered no barriers, easily leaving the two treacherous White Wolves behind.

It was then that Lin Fei noticed something about the White Wolves. They seemed uninterested in pursuing further, slowing down and increasing the distance, which allowed Lin Fei to breathe a sigh of relief.

No matter what, Lin Fei didn’t want to stir up trouble. Since the wolves had retreated, Lin Fei didn’t want to bother them further. He slowed down, stopping atop a tree and gasping for air.

"Are you alright, Master?"

"I’m fine, Xiao Dao." Lin Fei responded, just as he was about to rest, replenish True Qi, Little Black alerted urgently, "Lin Fei, you should hurry! The demon beast has mutated!"

"What? Mutated?" Lin Fei was startled, unsure what it meant, but he knew a mutation was bad.

Quickly grabbing Xiao Dao’s hand, Lin Fei used the Godspeed Talisman, disappearing in the blink of an eye.

Just as Lin Fei fled, a giant fireball shot towards him, whizzing by and leaving a long trace on the ground before crashing into a mountain range, causing a massive explosion.

The explosion’s gusts almost destabilized Lin Fei, the forest beneath like waves rolling and swaying, with fiery smoke billowing at the explosion site.

Lin Fei never expected such power. As he turned back, he saw a massive Blood Wolf approaching from behind, its blood-red eyes staring like Hell’s gaze, chilling Lin Fei to the bone, prompting him to flee!

"Holy crap, what on earth is this? How’s it so strong?" Lin Fei exclaimed. Despite everything, they had merged? Lin Fei thought they were abandoning him.

Besides, what was Lin Fei’s strength? He was just a Nascent Soul Realm cultivator. Why would the White Wolves go to such extremes? It seemed overly aggressive and unreasonable!

But for the White Wolves, none of this was an issue.
