She found an opportunity to interject, "Each dorm room can only house four people, but there are five of you. Just take the room next door, too. It’s empty anyway. Eight beds—you guys can figure out how to divide them."
Tony asked, "So your sister doesn’t count as a person, is that it?"
"Do you even know how to talk?" Elise shot him a glare. "Of course my sister counts as a person, but she’s a girl. How could she possibly live with you guys?"
’Besides, even in False Heaven, you have to know how to pull a few strings. Eleanor is my beloved older sister; of course she’s going to live with me. I’m allowed to have this little privilege!’
In the end, Ryan also chose to "compromise" and went next door with Sean.
Once the dorms were assigned, the city entry process was more or less complete. As for daily necessities like bedsheets and duvet covers...
They had to buy them themselves.
The good news was that Elise could reimburse them for the expense.
The bad news was that the place to buy these things was very far away.

"Since this is our ’student era,’ where’s the school?" Tony asked. "The Table of Truth in a month only allows the use of Truth Techniques. You can’t seriously expect us to just imagine them out of thin air, can you?"
This was beyond self-study. For self-study, you at least had books to reference, but they didn’t even have books. How were they supposed to learn?
’Don’t tell me all the Wizards who participate in the Table of Truth are just born knowing this stuff.’
"No way, you really want to go to the Table of Truth?" Kave asked.
Tony shot back, "Why not?"
’Since I’m already here and I’ve decided to stay, I naturally have to choose a more impressive way of doing things. I’ll make the Saintess personally invite me to join the Knight Order! As for application forms... whoever wants to fill them out can. I, for one, won’t be.’
"You’re pretty confident, aren’t you," Elise snickered. "I hope you can stay that confident."
"Cut the crap." Tony seemed fond of grunting. "Just tell me where to go to learn."
"Alright, fine. I’ll take you there," Elise said.
Tony wasn’t wrong about this. Compared to conventional Magic, Truth Techniques were hellishly difficult. Even with books, it was nearly impossible to learn them on your own; you needed a teacher. And as it happened, False Heaven had just such a Grand Mage, respectfully known as the "Scholar." This old man was also one of the Judges for the Table of Truth.
"We’re here."
"Yep, this is it."
Elise led Sean and the others to the entrance of a bookstore.
The bookstore had no name and was very old. The glass of the display window was covered in cracks, and inside sat a dust-covered Book of Ancient Language.
An old man sat on a chair just inside the door. On the counter level with him stood a black cat.
Yes. Standing.
Not only was it standing, but the cat was also holding an old fan with both paws, fanning the old man with up-and-down motions.
"Tsk tsk, now that’s a real capitalist. Not even sparing a cute little kitty," Kave clicked his tongue.
With that, he started to walk inside.
But this was the territory of a Grand Mage. How could anyone just walk in as they pleased?
Whether it was him, Tony, Johnson, Ryan, or even Sean, the moment they tried to cross the threshold, they were all stopped by a powerful surge of Magic Power.
The old man never opened his eyes, yet from the ground beneath their feet, golden chains burst forth like wildly growing weeds, binding them tightly from their feet to their hands.
