While Ethan and Sentinel were preparing to fight for their lives, a strange heartbeat could be heard across New Geneva as a streak of blue flashed at incredible speeds
"Come on Tempest! Faster! Go Faster!"

Clenching his teeth, with veins on his head bulging through his cowl, Tempest pushed himself to his absolute limit as he struggled even to get one second faster
With every stride his legs took, Ethan’s expression telling him to run while they faced off against that monster echoed through his mind
"However, even if I can’t fight against that monster, I should be able to save the regular people then rescue you guys if you need it"
He thought to himself, his heart still beating as fiercely as ever
All around New Geneva. These mysterious potions could be found, and for everyone he missed, another life was lost
If that happened, then that would mean his fastest man alive was too slow
A situation he could never allow.

Maintaining his speed, he stretched out his hand and shattered the potions in the hand of a civilian who had just taken them out of a chest near him
"Hey kid! Didn’t your parents tell you never to drink things you find on the side of the road?"
Cursing under his breath, regardless of whether the civilian heard him, he continued running
"Sigh... should that be vial one hundred and five? It’s only been a few minutes yet I’ve already destroyed so many"
"Damn, scientists! Don’t let me get you!"
Cursing under his breath, Tempest couldn’t help but frown
At this rate, it wouldn’t be long before he stopped finding the potions and started finding people who turned into monsters because of it

Just as he was about to look for his next target, a huge explosion suddenly happened north of him, causing the ground to vibrate
"This aura? That location?"
"Isn’t that where Sentinel and Imperion are? What is going on?"
Looking in the direction of the explosion, although he didn’t know why, Tempest sensed a very dangerous aura which made him, a hero of Elysium, shiver slightly
"Damn it? Are those guys going to be alright?"
"Am I going to be alright?"
Cursing angrily, his brows frowned and he even stopped running as suddenly he could sense hundreds of monsters being born around him
All similar to the aberrants he had dealt with before in the building
It seemed, despite his efforts to stop them in advance, he was still not fast enough
In such a situation, he had no choice but to keep running and destroy them himself before they caused any havoc
While at the same time destroying any other possible potions
In such a situation, where his veins were popping, his speed was at its limit, the enemy was on all sides, and it was being live-broadcast, Tempest only had one sentence to say
"Fuck you Crescent Moon! I am never taking any orders from you again!"
Shouting to the sky, with a flash of blue lightning, the world’s fastest man, once again began to run.

Time goes back a few minutes, and while Tempest was running around the city, Ethan and Sentinel were not idle
Facing the gigantic purple monster before them, the results of the fight had led to a global upset as all the people in New Geneva and even the world could not believe what they were seeing
Even with the world’s strongest hero, and the world’s greatest defense paired together, both seemed unable to withstand the might of the monster in front of them
Sentinel on one knee was covered in scars and blood dripped from his chest and cheek and his white teeth were completely stained with blood.
Ethan the other hand, although better, wasn’t in the best state as his shirt had been ripped off showing his chiseled upper body.
Currently he lay in a huge pit on the ground beside Sentinel.
Had it not been for his imperial body upgrade, perhaps he too might have been bleeding all over like Sentinel
"Haha! People of the world, do you see! This is the result of my greatest masterpiece! Level 5!"
"Level 5 I tell you!"
"Gone are the days when you just had to blindly worship Imperion for fear that he would retaliate"
"Gone are the days when he just sits at home and gets to be lauded as the hope of humanity and the world’s greatest hero!"

Laughing crazily, to the screen, Dr Lannister’s words echoed throughout the building, every word penetrating the people’s hearts
Could what he was saying be true? Could they really all become as strong as Imperion by taking that so-called evolution potion?
For a while, the people of New Geneva were split
While the majority of them still worshiped Imperiom and were glad for all the times he saved them
However, a thought couldn’t help but cross their mind,
If they could become as strong as Imperion then wouldn’t they need to be saved in the future?
Rather they could even be the ones doing the saving and even be called heroes?
And watching all this happen in the pile of rubble, Ethan couldn’t help but sigh
"This Dr, although he’s crazy, he certainly has a way with words"
"Playing on the greed of human nature, I’m sure right now a lot of people are probably searching for these so-called evolution potions to become the next Imperion"
"That guy Tempest certainly has his work cut out for him"
Muttering slightly, as he narrowed his eyes at the monster standing behind the doctor

’Doesn’t that mean if Tempest doesn’t solve the issue outside and most civilians get turned into aberrants, then they’ll be under its control!’
’If that happens then the whole city will probably fall under its rule!’
Realising this, Ethan began to stand up.
No matter what he had to take down this monster right now, even if it meant getting hurt
Even if he wasn’t at full power, with his imperial body to defend, it’ll probably take the monster a while before it could injure him
In that time he could find a weakness in its armour and destroy it
Scanning the monster with his eyes, Ethan prepared to act.
However, before he could even make a move, Sentinel who was still struggling to stand up, asked a question that left him completely shocked
"Hey kid, before you jump back in to fight, answer this"
"Why the hell are you so weak?"
Blood dripping from his forehead, Sentinel looked at Ethan with scrutiny in his eyes
