Train Survival: I Can Evolve Everything!
Chapter 592: They escaped, but he couldn't.With a single sword strike descending.
Garcia's pupils contracted sharply, a flower immediately manifesting before her in an attempt to block Red Tears' blade.
But when the sword energy truly arrived.
This defensive ability specifically designed to block sword and blade attacks was sliced apart as easily as torn paper.
She had no time to dodge, one of her arms was severed clean off.
"Barr!"
"Damn! Who is this!?"
Barr rushed over anxiously, a massive white centipede emerging from her dark green space, barely managing to block another of Red Tears' attacks.
A flash of red light passed through Red Tears' eyes. She leapt down, the demonic wings at her waist fluttering gently.
"Damn! It's a thirteenth-level!"
Barr tightened her grip on the scythe, looking with some heartache at the centipede now in two pieces.
"Stop her! The one above is Emperor's Order's Demon Mech-Dragon Man, Altos!"
Garcia's words sent a jolt of shock through Barr's heart. Not daring to underestimate the situation, she hurriedly took out a band-aid and stuck it directly over her own mouth. Then, raising her scythe, she retreated while simultaneously trying to hinder Red Tears' attacks on Garcia.
A new flower bloomed.
Garcia's hair elongated, directly pulling over Laine, who was frowning not far away as if pondering something.
"Stop spacing out! You should understand his strength better than we do. Retreat!"
Laine was still frowning.
He stared fixedly at "Altos" in the sky, feeling strongly that this guy probably wasn't called that name.
Arrogance? That Demon Card?
Arrogance was affecting his memory, preventing him from recalling this person's real name.
However, Emperor's Order's public chat room should have the name.
As long as he saw the name, he could remember everything.
He opened the light screen, and along with Barr and Garcia, was swallowed by the summoned flower, using it as an escape pod to directly leave this world.
They escaped.
However, he could not escape.
Ye Qiyan's target, from beginning to end, was only one person.
【Unknown Station World - Abukado】
The floral escape pod rose from the turbulent flow of imaginary numbers.
Garcia and Barr breathed a sigh of relief. They looked at Laine beside them, about to say something, when they heard him suddenly speak.
"No! He's not Altos!"
Before the words finished falling—
A diamond-shaped golden light gate unfolded.
Dozens of dark golden chains bound Laine tightly from head to toe.
"Barr!"
"Damn, can't you handle it yourself?"
Barr cursed angrily, raising her scythe to slash at those chains.
Yet before the scythe made contact, her movements froze in place.
A baseless fear arose in her heart.
As if she had arrived at a massive courtroom watched by countless people, sentenced to death by the faceless judges whose forms were obscured by light.
She knew very well this was fake! It was those chains affecting her! But... it was too real! So real she couldn't wake up immediately.
"Barr?"
Garcia clutched her severed arm, looked at Barr frozen in place, gritted her teeth, and tried to pull Laine back using her own hair.
Only, she couldn't do it.
Laine's throat was tightly constricted, his entire face turning a deep purplish-red.
He widened his eyes, using his last bit of voice to roar loudly:
"He is!! Ye..."
Clatter!!
The chains lashed out! Laine was forcibly dragged into that diamond-shaped spatial gate.
Finally, Barr's scythe fell to the ground, but it could no longer prevent Laine's disappearance.
"Garcia? What's going on? That just now!"
Garcia pursed her lips, taking a deep breath.
"Report it to the leader. To be able to directly pull someone back across worlds, that Demon Mech-Dragon Man Altos... is far more powerful than we imagined."
"Then, then why didn't he pull us back together?"
"I don't know, perhaps... he just didn't want to antagonize Abukado... But what did Laine mean at the end... he's not Altos?"
————
"Ye Qiyan!!!"
Hanging Drowning Seaheart.
Having already arrived at the seabed cavity, Ye Qiyan smiled as he looked at Laine, who had been 【Arrested】and brought before him.
"Senior Laine, long time no see. It seems you can still remember my name. What an honor."
"You're just a newcomer! Just someone who's been in this world for less than half a year! Why! Why do you possess such power!?"
Laine's face was filled with unwilling disbelief.
He looked into the distance. Zhu Xingshu had fallen unconscious at some point.
Lisette stood right beside her, still holding the armament of Celestial Domain Fantasy. Clearly, her unconscious state was Ye Qiyan's doing.
"That's Blasphemy, right? The power of the Blasphemy Card! Belonging to the Card Sequence, yet completely different from it! Ye Qiyan, so you're the Blasphemer!"
"Hmm... I thought you all already knew."
Ye Qiyan did not deny it. Behind him, the Judge hovered amidst eight Demon Cards.
Eight Demon Cards, one Blasphemy Card.
Laine's eyes were filled with jealousy and resentment.
He didn't understand. Why could a newcomer who had entered the wasteland for less than half a year obtain such a number of Card Sequences in such a short time!
He couldn't accept it even more. Why wasn't he the one who obtained the Blasphemy Card!
Laine climbed up from the ground, his appearance shifting back and forth between a middle-aged man and a handsome youth.
He understood.
The other party wanted his life.
Laine took a deep breath, his mind flashing with various words and phrases, trying to increase his chances of survival.
But he didn't want to do that.
As for the reason?
Why?
Why should he fear a newcomer?
Yes, he had lost to a monstrous newcomer before, but that was just terrible luck, and that guy was clearly not normal.
But Ye Qiyan was just an ordinary human!
He was the possessor of Game Cards! No matter how powerful the enemy, once they entered his game space, they had to follow the rules.
Kill him! Kill him! As long as the game succeeds! That Blasphemy Card, and those machines by his side, might very well become his!
All this thinking happened in an instant.
Laine revealed a smile.
His only remaining two Game Cards appeared in his left and right hands respectively.
"Ye Qiyan, you overestimate yourself."
"Game Card - Weapon Era!"
Space unfolded.
Ye Qiyan did not dodge. He gave Lisette an instruction not to worry and to wait here for WALL-E. Then, before the space could envelop him, he actively entered.
Game Cards were an interesting Card Sequence.
If he hadn't learned about the peculiarities of this Card Sequence through Zhao Lin, he wouldn't have taken this risk.
But it was fine.
The rule-setter of a Game Card could adjust the win rate to ninety-nine percent.
But that remaining one percent was never as scarce as it seemed.
Because all Game Cards, all game spaces, could, entirely, be cheated.
And, one must remember this~
No matter what kind of Card Sequence, even the Blasphemy Card, would never affect a person's talent.
