"Go hang out at Li Garden Hall and Qingyun Hall more when you have time," Wang Chenning said, patting Yang Xiaodong’s shoulder again. "If I start any new projects in the future and you’re interested, you can join in."

"Okay!" Yang Xiaodong was overjoyed. He then added in a low voice, "Brother-in-law, find some time to give me a check-up, will you? I’ve been feeling really run-down lately."

"We’ll see how you behave," Wang Chenning replied with a meaningful smile. "I’ve said certain things before, so I won’t repeat them today."

"I get it!" Yang Xiaodong beamed.

During the meal, Luo Yuqing was the most talkative.

Sitting beside Wang Chenning, she chattered on, constantly reminding him that if he made any future investments in the medical field, he had to go through her to get the highest returns.

Then she proposed that she, Wang Chenning, and Yang Xiaofei start a new medical investment firm, separate from all their other companies. The three of them would be joint shareholders, and all future investment projects would be handled by this new company.

"Yang Xiaofei, Wang Chenning, what do you two think?"

"Sounds good to me," Wang Chenning agreed without hesitation. "I’ll contribute my expertise for a fifty-percent stake."

Wang Chenning’s shameless words shocked everyone at the table.

"Okay," Yang Xiaofei said, quickly composing herself and giving a slight nod. "I’ll put up half the capital for a twenty-five percent stake."

Luo Yuqing looked at Wang Chenning with a smile. "Dr. Wang, are you sure you want to be that ruthless?"

Wang Chenning beamed right back at her. "How about this: I take sixty percent, and you two each get twenty."

"Aren’t you going too far?" Luo Yuqing flared up, grabbing a napkin and throwing it at him. "Getting something for nothing and you’re still so greedy?"

"I could just start my own company without any of your capital," Wang Chenning said, catching the napkin and placing it on the table, his expression as calm and unbothered as ever. "I’m not short on money or investors, but you won’t find another partner like me who can provide a constant stream of new technology."

"Fine, then!" Luo Yuqing shot Wang Chenning a look. "Since Yang Xiaofei is willing to let you swindle her, I guess I have no choice but to throw in my lot with you two!"

Hearing this, Yang Xiaofu couldn’t help but interrupt Luo Yuqing. "Miss Luo, if those two end up as a married couple, they’ll own seventy-five percent of the shares. You’ll have no say in the company! Aren’t you afraid they’ll team up against you?"

Luo Yuqing looked at Yang Xiaofu with a grin. "So, what are you trying to say? Are you suggesting I have some kind of ulterior motive?"

"I came to see your workplace again. Plus, I have to film a show here in a couple of days, so I wanted to familiarize myself with the place," Wang Chenning said, smiling at Zhao Xiao’an. He then told her about the conversation from dinner. "Do you want in? If you join, I’ll give you half of my shares. If you don’t want to be involved, we can set up a separate company later. You can just put your name on it, and I’ll give you half the shares."

"Something this good exists?" Zhao Xiao’an’s eyes widened. "Is this one of those ’too good to be true’ situations? What’s the catch?"

"I give others good things, so shouldn’t I give you something even better?" Wang Chenning said with a brilliant smile. "After all, you’re the first woman who’s ever truly captured my heart."

Zhao Xiao’an was instantly overjoyed, feeling as if she was about to swoon!
