Chapter 294: Chapter 294: Doubting Life

When the operation began that night, Wang Chenning insisted on doing things his way, taking only Lei Danyun and Wu Ziyue onto the scene.

After sneaking into the villa behind Wang Chenning, Lei Danyun and Wu Ziyue finally witnessed his covert operational abilities, which seemed to defy human limits.

By the time Wang Chenning hauled them into a room on the second floor, the two women had lost all of their usual grace. They clawed frantically at their own bodies, writhing uncontrollably on the floor.

After mustering the last of their strength, Yamamoto Chiru and Meiyu finally managed to swallow the pills.

Miraculously, as soon as they swallowed the pills, the agonizing symptoms began to fade. The swelling that had been blocking their throats slowly subsided as well.

About two minutes later, the feeling of a fate worse than death had vanished completely.

However, they were completely drained of strength and remained limp on the floor.

"Bring in the man you were supposed to kill," Wang Chenning said to Lei Danyun with a grin. "I’ll use a few of my tricks, you can ask the questions, and I guarantee he’ll spill everything." He then gestured toward Yamamoto Chiru and Meiyu, who were still collapsed on the floor. "And let these two witness my methods again!"
