Narrator

Some legends...

Are born...

Upon battlefields stained by countless wars.

Others...

Are born...

In complete silence.

Not through hatred.

Not through bloodshed.

But...

Through love.

Because sometimes...

The beginning of the greatest legend...

Is simply the moment...

Two hearts become a family.

Morning quietly arrived...

Over Restart Village.

The first golden rays of the rising sun slipped through the towering branches of the ancient Death Forest.

A cool breeze carried the scent of fresh grass and damp earth.

Tiny drops of dew rested upon every leaf like sparkling jewels.

Birds greeted the new day with cheerful songs.

Far away...

The river flowed peacefully.

Its crystal-clear water reflected the morning sky like a mirror.

Nature itself...

Seemed to welcome another beautiful day.

At the edge of the forest...

A familiar young boy stood silently.

V White.

Now stronger than before.

His black hair swayed gently in the breeze.

Twin katanas rested comfortably in his hands.

Nethrakar.

The Living Blades.

Liza's final gift.

V slowly closed his eyes.

He took one deep breath.

Then...

Opened them again.

His gaze became calm.

Focused.

His feet shifted naturally across the soft ground.

His body lowered.

Both blades pointed in opposite directions.

Martial Art: The Beginning Pose.

For a brief moment...

Nothing moved.

Even the wind...

Seemed to pause.

Then—

SHHING!

Both swords moved together.

Their silver blades sliced cleanly through the morning air.

V stepped forward.

One step.

Then another.

Every movement flowed like water.

Without hesitation.

Without wasted motion.

SWISH!

The left blade swept across the air.

SHHK!

The right blade followed instantly.

Each strike was precise.

Controlled.

Elegant.

His feet glided across the ground with perfect balance.

The blades never collided.

Instead...

They danced together.

Like two dragons flying through the endless sky.

Leaves drifted gently around him.

Whenever a falling leaf crossed his path...

A single flash of silver appeared.

SHHK!

The leaf separated cleanly into two perfect halves.

Both pieces continued floating gently toward the ground.

Sweat slowly rolled down V's forehead.

His breathing remained steady.

Not once...

Did he rush.

Not once...

Did he lose focus.

Because Liza had once told him...

"Speed without control..."

"Is merely panic."

"But control..."

"Creates true strength."

Those words...

Had become part of his sword.

The morning breeze suddenly became stronger.

The tall grass bent gently.

The branches above rustled softly.

Thousands of tiny leaves floated through the clearing.

V smiled faintly.

"...Perfect."

He stepped forward once more.

Both swords moved together.

The leaves surrounded him.

Yet not one touched his body.

Each leaf was gently divided before reaching him.

Not by overwhelming force.

But by flawless precision.

Far away...

Hidden behind the trees...

A pair of bright little eyes watched everything.

Tiny footsteps hurried across the forest path.

The sound grew closer.

Faster.

Excited.

Then—

"Brother!!"

"Brother!!"

The cheerful voice echoed throughout the quiet forest.

V immediately stopped.

The swords returned to his sides.

He turned around.

A small figure rushed toward him as fast as her little legs could carry her.

Little T.

Her golden hair bounced with every step.

She was breathing heavily.

Yet her sparkling eyes were brighter than the morning sun.

"Brother..."

She finally reached him.

Holding onto his sleeve to catch her breath.

"Haa..."

"Haa..."

V knelt beside her with concern.

"T?"

"What's wrong?"

"Did something happen?"

T nodded so quickly that she almost lost her balance.

She pointed back toward the dragon cave.

Her tiny voice trembled with excitement.

"The egg..."

"It's hatching!!"

For a single heartbeat...

Time itself seemed to stop.

V's eyes widened.

His heartbeat quickened.

"...Really?"

T nodded enthusiastically.

"Yes!"

"I saw it!"

"It moved!"

"There were little cracks everywhere!"

"And it made tiny sounds!"

"Hurry, Brother!"

"It might hatch before we get there!"

A warm smile slowly appeared across V's face.

The dragon egg...

Liza's final treasure.

The child she had entrusted to him.

The day had finally come.

Without another word...

V carefully lifted T into his arms.

She wrapped both arms around his neck.

"Hold on tight."

"I will!"

T giggled excitedly.

The next instant—

V pushed off the ground.

WHOOSH!

The forest rushed past them.

Trees became blurred shadows.

Leaves danced wildly behind them.

The morning wind brushed against their faces.

Sunlight flashed between ancient branches.

Their footsteps echoed lightly through the peaceful forest.

T laughed happily the entire way.

"Faster, Brother!"

"We're almost there!"

V laughed softly.

"I'm already running as fast as I can."

"No!"

"You can still go faster!"

V smiled.

"...You're impossible."

The two disappeared deeper into the forest.

Toward the silent cave...

Where destiny...

Was quietly waiting to be born.

Some meetings...

Feel as though they were decided...

Long before either side was born.

Not by fate alone.

But...

By the promises...

Left behind by those who came before.

Moments later...

V slowed to a stop before the ancient dragon cave.

The cool morning air drifted through the entrance.

Soft rays of sunlight slipped between the hanging vines.

The crystals embedded in the cave walls glowed faintly...

Bathing everything in a gentle silver light.

The cave was peaceful.

Quiet.

Just as Liza had always loved it.

At the centre of the cave...

Upon a bed of soft emerald moss...

Rested the dragon egg.

A gentle silver aura surrounded it.

Tiny particles of light floated lazily through the air.

The entire cave seemed to be holding its breath.

Waiting...

For the miracle about to unfold.

V carefully placed T back onto the ground.

The two siblings slowly walked closer.

Neither spoke.

Neither blinked.

Only the sound of their quiet breathing...

Filled the cave.

Then...

Crack...

A tiny fracture appeared across the shell.

T instinctively grabbed V's hand.

"It moved..."

She whispered.

Another crack slowly spread.

Crack...

Then another.

Crack...

The silver glow became brighter.

The shell trembled gently.

Small pieces began falling onto the moss below.

The heartbeat inside the egg...

Could almost be heard.

Thump...

Thump...

Thump...

Each beat echoed softly through the silent cave.

Almost...

As if another life...

Was greeting the world for the very first time.

Suddenly—

CRAAACK!!

A tiny white claw pushed through the shell.

T gasped.

"So cute..."

The little claw waved clumsily.

Trying to widen the opening.

Moments later...

A tiny snow-white head slowly peeked outside.

Two beautiful sapphire-blue eyes blinked curiously.

The newborn looked around the cave.

Confused.

Curious.

Innocent.

One final crack echoed.

CRAAACK!!

The shell completely broke apart.

Fragments scattered gently across the moss.

Standing before them...

Was a newborn dragon.

Her snow-white scales shimmered beneath the morning light like polished pearls.

Tiny silver horns rested upon her head.

Small wings fluttered awkwardly against her back.

Her little tail swayed from side to side as she struggled to keep her balance.

She took one tiny step.

Then another.

Almost falling.

Before slowly making her way toward V.

Neither V...

Nor T...

Moved.

They simply watched.

The little dragon stopped directly before V.

She tilted her tiny head.

Her sapphire eyes met his.

For one long moment...

The cave became completely silent.

Then...

She gently rubbed her little head against V's leg.

"Kyuu..."

A soft...

Happy cry escaped her.

T covered her mouth.

Tears shimmered within her eyes.

"Brother..."

"She chose you..."

"As her family."

V slowly knelt before the tiny dragon.

His trembling hand gently rested upon her head.

Her scales felt warm.

Comfortable.

Almost like sunlight itself.

The little dragon happily closed her eyes.

She leaned even closer into his hand.

Her tiny tail wagged excitedly.

For that single moment...

There was no human.

No dragon.

Only...

A family...

Meeting each other for the first time.

A warm smile appeared on V's face.

He looked into the newborn dragon's bright blue eyes.

"The same way your mother raised me..."

"I'll raise you."

"I'll protect you."

"I'll train with you."

"I'll laugh with you."

"And one day..."

"I'll watch you spread your wings across the sky."

The little dragon happily cried once more.

"Kyuu!"

V chuckled softly.

"From today onward..."

"Your name is..."

Tiamat.

"And..."

"Your nickname..."

"...Tiami."

The little dragon tilted her head adorably.

Then...

A cheerful little voice suddenly echoed inside V's mind.

《Papa...》

《Tiami...》

《I really like my name.》

V froze.

His eyes widened.

"...You..."

Before he could finish speaking...

The tiny dragon rubbed against his hand again.

《Papa...》

《Thank you.》

A gentle laugh escaped V's lips.

"I'm glad..."

"You like it."

Beside him...

T blinked in confusion.

She looked from V...

To the little dragon...

Then back again.

"Brother..."

"Who are you talking to?"

"I can only hear..."

"Kyuu..."

"Kyuu..."

V smiled gently.

"Really?"

T nodded innocently.

"She's only making dragon sounds."

V quietly looked at Tiami.

The little dragon giggled inside his mind.

《Looks like...》

《Only Papa can understand me.》

V softly laughed.

"...Maybe."

Tiami happily flapped her tiny wings.

She climbed onto V's shoulder as though she had belonged there all along.

Then curled up comfortably beside his neck.

Closing her eyes...

She let out one final sleepy sound.

"Kyuu..."

Within moments...

She had fallen asleep.

T smiled warmly.

"So tiny..."

"So cute..."

V carefully looked at the sleeping dragon.

His smile became even gentler.

"Welcome home..."

"Tiami."

Outside the cave...

The morning breeze quietly rustled the trees.

Sunlight poured across the mountain.

The world continued moving...

Completely unaware...

That a new legend had quietly taken its first breath.

The Narrator

A dragon's true voice...

Cannot be heard...

With ordinary ears.

It can only be understood...

By someone...

Who has shared their heart.

To everyone else...

It is merely a cry.

A roar.

Or a growl.

But to family...

Every cry...

Becomes a word.

Every heartbeat...

Becomes a conversation.

And on that peaceful morning...

Without kingdoms knowing.

Without history recording it.

A legend...

Quietly opened...

Its very first page.
