"If an opportunity comes... I would like to leave Kamui County."

Grey muttered in a low voice after listening to Violet’s explanation. An intense urge to leave this small corner of the world and explore the vast lands beyond it suddenly filled his heart.

For a long time, Grey had been focused on surviving and becoming stronger. His world had revolved around Kamui County, Sky Mist City, the Corroded Zone, and the few places he had encountered along the way. But now that he had learned about the existence of the Lese Region, he realized just how small his understanding of the world truly was.

"Hehe, Little Grey... Don’t you think I have plans for that?" Violet’s voice carried a hint of amusement as it echoed through his mind. "Hehe, many of our adventures will take place in Lese County. I’m just gathering a few things first."

Grey was slightly surprised. He hadn’t expected Violet’s future plans to extend beyond Kamui County, especially since he had only just learned about the existence of the region beyond it.

"For this plan to work though, we have to play our cards just right. On our own, we can’t travel to Lese County. Even if we use a large relocation rune, it would still take several years to reach there."

Violet paused for a moment before continuing.

"Hence, we must make use of the Sects Alliance and the super sects."

Grey’s eyebrows twitched slightly. He hadn’t expected the captain to use the Sects Alliance as a stepping stone to reach Lese County. However, although he was surprised by her plan, he didn’t find it particularly shocking.

The Sects Alliance was an enormous organization with connections and resources far beyond what an ordinary cultivator could imagine. If they wanted to leave Kamui County and enter a larger region, relying on such a force was undoubtedly the safest and most realistic option.

"With all the materials I’ve gathered and the plans I’ve made in Sky Mist, us getting to Lese is very much assured," Violet said calmly.

Grey didn’t respond immediately. He merely nodded his head before increasing his speed.

Night had already passed, and the first signs of daylight had begun to spread across the distant horizon. With the darkness receding, the mutated creatures that had hidden throughout the night began crawling out from their hiding places once again.

Their eyes were filled with hunger as they prowled through the wilderness. Some of them noticed Grey and immediately charged toward him.

However, the moment they approached, they felt the intense pressure radiating from his body. The terrifying killing intent hidden within his gaze made their instincts scream in warning.

One after another, the mutated creatures stopped. Some even lowered their bodies before retreating without hesitation.

They might have possessed an instinctive desire to hunt, but they weren’t foolish enough to throw their lives away.

Grey paid them little attention. As he continued running, his mind remained focused on the Lese Region Violet had told him about.

The mere knowledge of its existence had made the world seem much larger in his mind.

Before this, Kamui County had seemed enormous to him. Even after entering the Corroded Zone and discovering its countless dangers and mysteries, he had still considered it one of the major places he needed to understand.

But now, he realized that Kamui County was merely a small corner of a much larger world.

And within the Lese Region itself were countless places that seemed even more mysterious. Among them, the Dark Namye Region and the Mystical Nether Region were particularly prominent.

Grey couldn’t help but feel that those places would eventually become important to him. They were bound to contain their own mysteries.

"I still have to find out the whereabouts of my siblings."

Grey’s eyes narrowed slightly.

"But I also want to know where the other mysteries within my body come from. The purple moon... and that mysterious purple crystal."

The purple crystal had appeared in his life long ago, and its existence had continued to affect his journey in ways he couldn’t completely understand. Then there was the purple moon.

Even now, Grey had no idea what its true origin was or why it seemed to be connected to him. There were too many unanswered questions.

And the more he learned about the world, the more he realized that these mysteries were probably connected to something far greater than he had initially imagined.

Violet had also explained more about the smaller regions within Lese, and Grey discovered that each of them was far stranger and more extraordinary than he had expected.

For example, the Dark Namye Region had no sun. The entire region was constantly shrouded in darkness, and the only source of light came from the moon hanging high in the sky.

Yet even the moon was extremely strange.

It was a black moon that remained in the sky almost constantly.

Whenever the black moon disappeared, the entire region would be plunged into absolute darkness.

Grey couldn’t imagine what kind of place could exist under such conditions.

He wasn’t entirely certain about all the details Violet had given him. Much of the information was secondhand, and there were naturally bound to be inaccuracies within it.

Nevertheless, he deeply regarded everything the captain told him and took it seriously.

This was the first time he had received such detailed information about another region directly from someone he trusted.

However, in the end, Violet stopped talking about the different factions and strange locations within Lese. She knew that Grey needed to focus on his surroundings.

The Corroded Zone was still dangerous, and even someone with Grey’s current strength couldn’t afford to become careless.

"How do you know so much about the Lese Region?" Grey suddenly asked calmly.

"Have you been there before? Have you actually visited all those places?" Upon hearing his question, Violet couldn’t help but let out a small chuckle.

"If I had gone there before, then my cultivation wouldn’t be this low."

She paused before continuing.

"And if I had already gone there, why would I come back? The information I’m telling you is merely something I heard from another person’s mouth."

Grey fell silent. After thinking about it, he felt that Violet’s explanation made sense.

If she had truly traveled to the Lese Region, she would have needed to cross an incredibly long distance to get there. Along the way, she would have encountered dangers that even powerful experts would have been wary of.

With her cultivation still at the Peak of the Foundation Establishment Realm, it would have been almost impossible for her to safely make such a journey.

Unless, of course, she possessed some extraordinary means that Grey knew nothing about. But that was relatively unlikely.

As Grey continued running through the wilderness, his sharp eyes suddenly caught sight of something unusual.

A pale-red flower was dancing gently in the wind. Its delicate blossoms were spread open, and its thin stem swayed lightly with every passing breeze.

At first glance, it looked harmless and beautiful. A faint fragrance drifted through the air.

Grey’s nose twitched slightly. The smell was surprisingly pleasant at first, but the moment the fragrance entered deeper into his nostrils, his expression changed.

He felt an overwhelming urge to vomit. The scent... it smelled like blood. Grey’s eyes narrowed.

Under normal circumstances, he would’ve ignored the strange flower and continued moving.

But its appearance immediately reminded him of something. The Crimson Moon Blossom.

It was the very flower Iria had been sent into the Corroded Zone to search for.

And coincidentally, Grey had encountered one deep within the dangerous region. He immediately became cautious.

The Corroded Zone was filled with strange plants and mutated lifeforms. Something that looked completely harmless could easily hide a terrifying danger.

Grey didn’t approach immediately. Instead, he remained at a distance and carefully observed the flower.

One minute passed. Then five minutes turned into ten minutes. In the end nothing happened while Grey continued watching.

He waited for more than thirty minutes, carefully observing every subtle movement around the flower.

There were no strange fluctuations o concealed creatures emerged from the ground. Neither was there any sudden change in the surrounding environment.

Only after confirming that nothing seemed amiss did Grey finally make his move. His figure suddenly blurred.

In the next instant, he transformed into an afterimage and shot toward the pale-red flower.

His speed was astonishing.

Before anything could react, Grey arrived beside the Crimson Moon Blossom. His hand reached out and he carefully plucked the flower from the ground and immediately placed it away.

Then, without looking back, he continued forward at full speed. Only after he had traveled a considerable distance did Grey finally relax slightly.

He released a quiet breath.

"There was no concealed danger." He said inwardly in his mind.

The flower had truly been nothing more than the Crimson Moon Blossom.

"I got lucky," Grey muttered inwardly.

Finding the flower so easily in the depths of the Corroded Zone was already fortunate enough. If he had encountered a powerful mutated creature guarding it, obtaining it would have been much more troublesome.

Grey glanced ahead. The wilderness stretched endlessly before him.

Without slowing down, he continued rushing forward like a black blur. The deeper he went, the more vigilant he became.
