In the bathroom, Xi Siyan could only see a vague outline of the person outside through the frosted glass, not her clearly, yet his eyes were filled with a tenderness he only ever had for Zhou Chengchen.

When Zhou Chengchen struck the final note, Xi Siyan went out. He first exchanged a look with Mrs. An, then turned to Zhou Chengchen. "Xiao Ge wants to see you."

Zhou Chengchen didn’t know the specifics of An Ge’s situation, but she roughly understood what this sentence meant. Mrs. An was clearly shocked. Even though there was a bit of awkwardness in Zhou Chengchen’s heart, she still knew her limits and wouldn’t actually let it show.

Xi Siyan spoke a few more words to Mrs. An, then went back into the bathroom with her. Mrs. An pushed An Ge’s wheelchair, and Xi Siyan walked in front to block An Ge’s line of sight.

After the three of them came out together, Zhou Chengchen looked utterly confused. Suddenly, half a head poked out from behind Xi Siyan. Zhou Chengchen didn’t even have time to see that person’s face clearly before that half a head shrank back again.
