Young Master Zhou had no idea he was once again despised by his dear little sister.

Zhou Chengchen finished breakfast and went upstairs, sitting at the desk. Originally, she wanted to continue doing some practice problems, but thinking of Zhou Qi’s words made her feel a bit uneasy, so she couldn’t help but take out her phone to text Xi Siyan.

[Hey Xi, there’s a problem I can’t figure out, need your help.]

Two hours later, Xi Siyan and Zhou Chengchen were sitting on the second floor of a milk tea shop, each with a milk tea by their side. Zhou Chengchen also ordered a serving of fries.

The milk tea shop wasn’t crowded; besides them, there were two other tables of students doing their homework. Occasionally, there was some talking, but overall it was quiet.

Zhou Chengchen summoned the courage to face Xi Siyan, but found that nothing seemed to have changed between them, just like before.

She found the problems she couldn’t solve and asked Xi Siyan. He explained them to her with the same seriousness and focus.

Then she worked on her workbook while he tackled his competition problems.

During a break, Zhou Chengchen glanced at Xi Siyan’s competition papers and was instantly stunned. They both started at the same time, and she hadn’t finished the first page yet, while Xi Siyan was almost done with his sheet.

Whoa, whoa, no way.

Although it’s hard to say about the number of problems, it’s still one sheet, not too different in amount, and the competition sheet should be much harder, right?

This... this... this guy, where has his problem-solving efficiency declined?

Watching Xi Siyan’s serious and focused look again, Zhou Chengchen felt like she was being played.

Grabbing her teeth angrily, she thought, "Revenge is a dish best served all day long, Zhou Qi, just you wait."

They sat in the milk tea shop all afternoon, ordering several cups of milk tea, until the sun set and Xi Siyan and Zhou Chengchen finally left.

No one mentioned the kiss; it seemed as if nothing had changed, yet something felt different.

For example, now, Xi Siyan casually took her backpack from her hand, and they strolled slowly along the street.

"I heard you’re about to participate in a competition?"

This was what Zhou Qi told her, and Xi Siyan nodded, "I’ll give it a try."

"Confident?"

Zhou Chengchen didn’t really understand these things; she simply thought that if it was Xi Siyan, there wouldn’t be any problems.

Xi Siyan looked into her clear eyes and smiled, "Just testing the waters. Competing in sophomore year, just for show."

"Doesn’t matter. Even if it’s just for show, you’re still the best-looking one."

Zhou Chengchen’s smile remained unchanged, and Xi Siyan couldn’t resist ruffling her hair.

Competing as a sophomore doesn’t necessarily mean just for show, but he’s not the type to brag, so he gave the standard answer. Unexpectedly, the girl in front of him had such a response.

Being with her always seems to uplift the mood.

"Want to grab a bite?"

"Sure, sure, let’s go to Snack Street."

"Snack Street?"

"Yep!"

Zhou Chengchen nodded eagerly, looking like she was about to drool.

Xi Siyan smiled and nodded, "Let’s go."

Zhou Chengchen suggesting Snack Street wasn’t random; it’s nearby, just about a ten-minute walk.

However, after taking just a few steps, Xi Siyan suddenly stopped.

"Xi..."

Zhou Chengchen noticed and was about to ask when she saw Xi Siyan looking across the road.

It was in front of a nice restaurant, where three adults and two children were walking out.
