Several fireballs the size of Alexander’s Warrior Pot hurled themselves at the crowd!

Silently, their approach left no hint of their presence, and before the warriors present could even see them with the naked eye, none had sensed their arrival.

Despite appearing to burn fiercely, they didn’t make a single sound as they burned.

"Get out of the way!"

The warrior who peeked out quickly retreated, and the warriors behind him leaped back in unison, pulling away from the exit, avoiding the chaotic rush that can block others’ paths due to delayed retreat.

"Boom!"

The fireballs collided one after another with the stone-brick exit, finally producing a roaring sound upon their explosion.

Crimson flames surged along the path, with those at the rear pulling the still hazy Temude back while the frontline warrior stomped heavily on the ground with a loud shout.

Gravity Lightning immediately pulled countless sharp rocks from the ground, forming a wall in front of him that could seal the road.

But the flames were obviously faster than his magic, and some flames slipped through the gaps before the rock wall fully formed, striking the warrior.

"Sss!"

The warrior gasped, quickly patting out the flames on his arm, and within a second, a frightening burn appeared on his skin.

A wave of dizziness overwhelmed him, and the warrior’s mind felt a moment of fuzziness, flames seeming to dance before him. He shook his head violently, struggling to break free from the illusion.

He reinforced the wall in front of him again, feeling the terrifying heat coming through it.

The warrior’s body swayed, forcing him to lean against the wall, turning back to ask the others, "How is he doing, any better?"

"Better, a bit better..."

Temude forced out a sentence with effort, clearly showing that his condition was far from good.

As they poured various healing potions into him, the warriors asked what had happened, how he had ended up like this, and if he had been attacked.

"I don’t know what happened either," after drinking all the potions, Temude finally regained his composure, propping himself up to sit and said, "There’s something wrong with that fireball, just now a flame seemed to form an arrow and hit me."

The warriors showed puzzled expressions, as there were no visible fire-inflicted injuries on Temude.

"It’s a mental attack; that thing can launch mental attacks."

Saying this, he took a sip of the calming potion, his gaze becoming firm, casually tossing the unfinished bottle to the warrior who was also burned by the flames.

The warrior quickly drank it, nodding, "Indeed, I felt my spirit was hit hard, I almost couldn’t stand just now."

Fire waves surged once more from the front, and the warrior quickly reinforced the wall again.

"It seems the most dangerous thing here is those flames; they can move silently and explode with a speed even I couldn’t react to, and they have a mental disruption effect."

"Those must be the Sin Flames."

Like the branding irons used by the Yilushier Prisoners, these Sin Flames are very effective at disturbing people’s minds.

Even a branding iron’s dosage can make someone dizzy for half a day; who knows what would happen if a giant fireball hit directly.

It might drive someone mad, like being burnt by Mad Fire.

Temude, saying "I’m okay now," stood up, dusting off his body, suddenly activating Gravity Magic to coat himself with rock armor using the same principle as the Combat Skill Rock Sword.

He now looked like Murphy; even his voice became rougher.

"This will keep the flames out; let’s go."

Someone frowned and said, "Rock’s protective effect is still a bit lacking, maybe we should—"

"I’m perfectly fine like this." Temude said decisively.

That person shrugged and said no more, and the other warriors, without further words, mimicked his appearance, donning rock armor, quickly turning the scene into one filled with stone men.

"We are now as steady as a rock."

Temude punched through the wall in front and charged out first, showing the Warrior Country’s tradition of decisive style, with a group of warriors right behind him.

Whether it was their luck or the Prince’s timing was just right, they emerged just as the fireballs finished a round, leaving them with a window of opportunity.

"Boom boom boom!"

The City of Sin echoed with the sound of stone men marching away briskly; they ran along the narrow path towards a nearly collapsing tower, planning to use the building’s advantage to block flames before the next attack, saving their magic from creating a Protective Shield.

With four King’s Souls gathered, Temude could easily attempt to smash a fireball, but now that he saw the mental attack paired with the flames, he chose the cautious approach.

"Once I get there, I’m smashing that flaming altar."

He stared intently at the altar and the tall, thin figures in white robes beside it, eyes full of murderous intent, his speed significantly increasing as a result.
