"Ahem!" After announcing the result, Shui Qian cleared his throat again, speaking in a voice loud enough for everyone to hear. "Han Ning, Black Ray, on behalf of the Lord of Shuixiu City, I am issuing you a warning. Due to the excessive destructive power displayed by your Soul Beasts, you are hereby restricted from any further battles within Shuixiu City until your departure."

’Does this mean... I’ve been officially banned?’
