About Tibetan Mastiffs, or rather, dogs from the Tibetan Area.

When Tibetan Mastiffs were popular, market demand soared; as the origin, Tibetan Area herdsmen would naturally seize this opportunity.

They cultivated Tibetan Mastiffs massively, selecting excellent breeds, even building Mastiff breeding bases.

As the market trend subsided, Mastiffs became neglected.

These bases either closed down or were transferred.

Tibetan Mastiffs in the bases, and those bred by herdsmen, had only two outcomes—slaughtered for fur and meat, or abandoned on the streets.

Due to the predominantly Buddhist Tibetan locals at the pastoral area, most Mastiffs roamed the streets.

But as they wandered, mated, reproduced.

Hikers suddenly discovered an increase in stray Tibetan dogs in this area!

These stray Tibetan dogs had violent temperaments, large sizes, and strong offensiveness.

They posed significant trouble for hikers!

These creatures attack humans, not to mention they’re carriers of rabies, echinococcosis, and other parasites and bacteria!
