World Evolution: Starting With The Wind Monarch
Chapter 59: Evolving Wolf Robe (Part 1) [30GT Bonus Chapter]Evan and the others entered the living room and sat down.
Lia sat beside Evan, while Alfred and Venisa sat across from him.
After everyone settled down, Evan took a deep breath and started telling them everything that had happened after he entered the Dark Forest.
He first told them about how he had killed the Rank One Silver Bear and reached Level 25.
"Everything was going fine until I received my Job Class options."
Evan opened his Status Window and showed the earlier notifications to his grandparents.
When Alfred and Venisa saw the options for his Job Class, both of them were stunned.
Five different Job Classes.
That alone was enough to surprise them, as most people only received two options, or very rarely, three.
But there were five options for Evan.
However, that was just the beginning.
When they saw that Evan had even received a Job Class called Ruler of Wind, which was obviously a Unique Class, their surprise intensified even further.
But what made them truly speechless was that the class Evan had chosen was not Ruler of Wind, but Elemental Apprentice, a class that even they found strange.
However, neither Alfred nor Venisa said anything about his decision.
After all, everyone had to choose their own Job Class. Only they themselves knew what they had gone through to receive those options and which path would be most suitable for them in the future.
Finally, when Venisa and Alfred saw the requirements for Evan’s evolution, their mouths opened wide.
"What the hell is wrong with these requirements?!" Alfred couldn’t help but shout.
Even Venisa had a dazed expression, and her eyes twitched slightly.
When Evan saw their reaction, he chuckled and shook his head, recalling that his own reaction had been exactly the same.
However, Venisa and Alfred soon thought of something, and their eyes widened even further.
"You are already a Rank One Evolver. Doesn’t that mean you have already completed all of these evolution requirements?" Alfred asked Evan with a stunned expression.
"How did you complete them? Especially the last requirement? There shouldn’t have been any dungeons nearby, right?" Venisa asked.
Evan sighed and explained how he had entered the Skeleton Graveyard and how he had managed to conquer the dungeon without using Mana.
"If I hadn’t received the Basic Sword Art skill after killing the Silver Bear, I don’t think I would have been able to conquer that dungeon."
Evan said as he finished his story about the Skeleton Graveyard.
Alfred and Venisa were still shocked after hearing everything that had happened.
Especially when Evan told them about the fourth floor, where he had faced an army of more than two thousand skeletons.
However, what confused them even more was the way Evan had entered the dungeon, as they had never heard about anything like this before.
With their strength and knowledge, there were very few things that they didn’t know about.
Yet, everything that had happened to Evan was something that even they couldn’t understand.
"I have never heard about a dungeon called Skeleton Graveyard. Maybe this is a new dungeon that appeared recently."
Venisa said thoughtfully.
Evan nodded as he had thought the same thing.
Venisa then looked at Evan and asked.
"You had never heard about this dungeon either, so why did you enter it without having any information about it?"
Evan sighed after hearing her question.
"What else could I have done at that time, Grandma? If I had missed the chance to enter that dungeon, I would have had to wait for an entire year before I could complete my evolution requirements."
Venisa and Alfred looked at Evan.
They once again read the evolution requirements, but neither of them understood why Evan had said that he would have needed to wait for an entire year.
"Why is that?" Alfred asked.
Evan looked at them in surprise.
"How can you forget? You can’t enter a dungeon before turning sixteen, and I just turned fifteen. If I had missed this dungeon, I would have been stuck at Level 25 for an entire year."
To Evan’s surprise, after hearing him, both Alfred and Venisa looked at him strangely.
Seeing their strange expressions, he asked in confusion.
"What’s wrong?"
Seeing his innocent look, Venisa sighed and patted his head.
"Silly child, there is something called an Exit Stone. Although they are rare, your grandparents still have some of them. Using one, you can enter a dungeon even before turning sixteen because it allows you to leave the dungeon midway if things become too dangerous."
Evan was stunned when he heard Venisa’s words, and his eyes widened.
"Are you serious?"
Seeing his stunned expression, Alfred chuckled and nodded.
Seeing Alfred nod, Evan couldn’t help but remember all the hellish things he had gone through to conquer the Skeleton Graveyard without using Mana.
Why had he entered the Skeleton Graveyard Dungeon?
Wasn’t it because he thought it was his only chance to evolve without wasting an entire year?
He had fought thousands of skeletons.
He had nearly been crushed to death by the Colossal Skeleton General.
Even when he was on the verge of death, he hadn’t used Mana because he thought that failing the requirements would force him to remain at Level 25 for an entire year.
But now...
An Exit Stone?
Evan felt his mind go blank for a moment.
Seeing his depressed expression, Alfred immediately smacked the back of his head.
"Now stop thinking about useless things that have already happened. Didn’t you receive enough rewards for conquering that strange dungeon?"
After hearing Alfred’s words, Evan finally remembered all the rewards he had received after clearing the dungeon.
Whether it was the Mind Pendant, the Devourer Stone, or the Rank Two Skill he had obtained, everything he received from the Skeleton Graveyard Dungeon was extremely valuable.
Thinking about all those rewards, Evan’s depressed expression gradually returned to normal.
Seeing his expression returning to normal, Alfred leaned forward slightly.
"Now, boy, let us see the details of your Job Class. Just what kind of Class did you get after completing those horrible requirements?"
Evan smirked when he heard him.
He opened his Status Window and showed the notifications related to his evolution to his grandparents.
The more Alfred and Venisa read, the more shocked they became.
When they saw the various benefits Evan had received after becoming an Elemental Apprentice, their expressions became increasingly strange.
Especially when they saw Wings of Wind was a Passive Skill that Evan could use without consuming any of his own Mana.
The absurdity of the skill was simply too great.
However, when they finally read about the Unique Skill, Elemental Zone, their eyes almost popped out of their sockets.
For a moment, neither Alfred nor Venisa said anything.
Then, almost at the same time, both of them said the exact same thing Evan had said when he first read the skill’s details.
"Isn’t this skill completely broken?"
Evan burst into laughter when he saw their reactions.
After all, Elemental Zone was truly a completely broken skill.
"This... Are you sure this is a Job Class that you should have received right after becoming a Rank One Evolver?" Alfred muttered with a dazed expression. "I feel like even some classes obtained at Rank Two aren’t this absurd."
Although he sounded shocked, Alfred was extremely happy deep inside.
Venisa also couldn’t stop smiling after seeing the details of Evan’s class.
Suddenly, she thought of something and asked.
"When are you planning to leave for Sky Pearl City?"
Evan looked toward Lia, who was sitting beside him.
Thinking that he had already delayed his plans for far too long, he answered calmly.
"I already wasted three weeks, so I will be leaving in two days."
